The packing auger 440 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the storage bin 410 and is positioned in the material guide pipe 420, the feeding motor 450 is connected to one end of the packing auger 440 far away from the storage bin 410 in a transmission manner, and the seed dressing agent can be sequentially conveyed from the storage bin 410 to the material guide pipe 420, the feeding branch pipe 430 and the stirring tank 200 through the feeding motor 450 and the packing auger 440, so that the conveying function of the seed dressing agent is realized.
