The modular LED lighting features are typically powered using either a 12V or 24V power supply. An interface module 10 is arranged in the electrical appliance control box.
The interface module 10 mainly comprises a switching power supply 11 and an interface bracket 12, wherein output terminals (OUT 1, OUT 2) of the switching power supply 11 are electrically connected with output connection terminals (15-1, 15-2). The interface support 12 comprises a support end plate 13, a wire clamping groove (14-1, 14-2) is formed in the support end plate 13, a cable for connecting an output end (OUT 1, OUT 2) of the switch power supply 11 and an output wiring terminal (15-1, 15-2) extends into the wire clamping groove (14-1, 14-2), the output wiring terminal (15-1, 15-2) is embedded into a terminal clamping groove (15-1, 15-2), the terminal clamping groove (15-1, 15-2) is formed in an electric appliance control box body, the output wiring terminal (15-1, 15-2) is operatively and electrically connected with a power supply terminal 16, and the power supply terminal 16 is electrically connected with an LED light-emitting functional component. According to the interface module 10 provided by the utility model, the electrical connection function of the fixed connection node between the main control circuit board and the LED light-emitting functional component is realized by flexibly operating and matching the output connection terminals (15-1, 15-2) and the power supply terminal 16 which are arranged on the interface bracket 12 and the box body of the electrical appliance control box, the flexibility of circuit connection is improved, meanwhile, the positions of cables are limited by the wire clamping grooves (14-1, 14-2) and the terminal clamping grooves (15-1, 15-2), the problem of cable entanglement is avoided, and the connection stability of equipment is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the LED light-emitting functional component is disposed in the air conditioner case 33, a wire hole 34 is formed in the air conditioner case 33, and an external cable connecting the power supply terminal 16 and the LED light-emitting functional component extends from the wire hole 34 into the air conditioner case 33. The appliance control box also preferably includes a housing 32.

Claims (10)

1. An interface module is arranged in an electrical appliance control box; characterized in that the interface module comprises:
the output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the output wiring terminal; and
the interface bracket comprises a supporting end plate, a wire clamping groove is formed in the supporting end plate, a cable extends into the wire clamping groove, and the cable is configured to be connected with the output end of the switching power supply and the output wiring terminal; the output wiring terminal is embedded into a terminal clamping groove, and the terminal clamping groove is formed in the box body of the electrical appliance control box; the output connection terminal is electrically connected with a power supply terminal which is electrically connected with the LED light-emitting functional component.
2. The interface module of claim 1, wherein: the switching power supply is a multi-output switching power supply, and a plurality of output ends of the multi-output switching power supply are respectively connected with an output wiring terminal; the supporting end plate is provided with a plurality of wire clamping grooves, and the box body of the electrical control box is provided with a plurality of terminal clamping grooves; the wire clamping grooves correspond to the terminal clamping grooves one to one; and along the extending direction of the supporting end plate, the wire clamping grooves are uniformly distributed.
3. An electrical appliance control box applied to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the interface module of claim 1 or 2.
4. The appliance control box according to claim 3, further comprising:
the bottom shell comprises a bottom wall and a side wall surrounding the bottom wall, a cavity used for containing the interface module is formed by the bottom wall and the side wall in a surrounding mode, and the terminal clamping grooves are formed in the side wall and are evenly distributed along the extending direction of the side wall.
5. The appliance control box according to claim 4, further comprising:
the connecting column is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall, and a screw hole is formed in the connecting column;
the interface bracket also comprises a connecting end plate, the connecting end plate and the supporting end plate are arranged vertically, and a through hole is formed in the connecting end plate;
the bolt penetrates through the through hole and the screw hole in the connecting column in sequence and is detachably and fixedly connected with the interface bracket.
