Description

Outdoor machine casing of air conditioner and outdoor machine of air conditioner
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of air conditioning equipment, and particularly relates to an air conditioner outdoor unit casing and an air conditioner outdoor unit.
Background
The electric control system of the variable frequency air conditioner consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The traditional outdoor unit electric control system mainly comprises an outdoor unit main board and two module circuit boards. The outdoor unit electric control system mainly has the following forms: the first outdoor unit mainboard processes various input signals, controls a load and integrates a switching power supply circuit; the module receives 6 paths of signals and direct current 15V voltage output by the outdoor unit mainboard, outputs three-phase alternating current with adjustable frequency and voltage after processing, and drives the compressor to operate. The second outdoor unit mainboard processes the input signal and controls the load, and the module integrates a switching power supply and outputs direct-current 12V voltage; and meanwhile, 6 paths of signals are received and processed to drive the compressor. The third outdoor unit mainboard switching power supply supplies power to the module, transmits communication signals and drives the relay, the module integrates a microprocessor, processes input signals, outputs 6 paths of signals to the power module, and drives the compressor to operate after being processed by the power module, and the fourth outdoor unit mainboard switching power supply integrates all circuits such as the power module, the switching power supply and the microprocessor on a circuit board. The outdoor unit electric control system is fixedly arranged in the outdoor unit shell and is positioned above the axial flow fan. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
One aspect of the present invention relates to and provides an outdoor unit casing of an air conditioner. The air conditioner outdoor unit suitable for the air conditioner outdoor unit shell is mainly used for exhibiting and publicizing novel air conditioner products, for example, materials and internal devices selected by the air conditioner outdoor unit are displayed in a key mode, and the air conditioner outdoor unit is deeply integrated with intelligent home technologies such as a new communication technology and cloud computing. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises at least one display module (not shown), wherein the display module can be one or more of a display screen, a holographic fan, a holographic projection module, a projection module and a mini LED. The display module can present image contents inside or outside the outdoor machine shell of the air conditioner for a user to view according to the needs of an exhibition hall or a sales hall. For example, the outdoor cabinet of air conditioner made of transparent hard material can image the content to be displayed in the outdoor cabinet of air conditioner by holographic imaging technology, while the outdoor cabinet of air conditioner made of non-transparent hard material can project the content to be displayed on the nearby ground or wall by the built-in projection module. The displayed content may be a set video or image, or may be an image generated according to the operation state of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Different from the air conditioning system of the traditional air conditioner outdoor unit, the exhibition site and the marketplace are usually non-standardized spaces and may be temporarily built venues, and the provision of a standard power supply interface with a unified standard cannot be ensured. Meanwhile, due to the continuous development of the display technology, the updating iteration requirement of the display module still exists, so that the traditional electrical box arranged in the outdoor machine shell of the air conditioner cannot be matched with the actual use requirement, and the external electrical box needs to be designed in a matched manner. The electrical box, which is externally installed in the outdoor unit casing of the air conditioner, may interfere with the parts and areas where the products are displayed, so that the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the entire outdoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced. Meanwhile, the electrical box protrudes out of the shell, and scraping and touching are easy to occur in the transferring process under the condition of adopting original packaging. In order to solve the problem, the utility model particularly designs the air conditioner outdoor machine shell matched with the external electrical box. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, an outdoor unit casing of an air conditioner includes a front panel, a bottom panel and a specially designed support side panel 10 detachably fixedly coupled to each other. Wherein the support side plate 10 comprises a first side plate section 11 and a second side plate section 12, the first side plate section 11 and the second side plate section 12 being adjacent and substantially at 90 degrees. The support side plate 10 is fixedly arranged at the corner of the chassis and the second side plate section 12 is located at the side far from the front panel. The support side plate 10 is formed in an L shape as a whole, and protects components inside the outdoor unit case of the air conditioner at the side and the back, respectively. An inwardly recessed mounting slot 16 is formed on the outer end surface of the second side plate segment 12, and an external electrical box 24 is partially mounted in the mounting slot 16. An external electronics box 24 provides power to the display module. Through the specially designed supporting side plate 10, the external electrical box 24 can be stably fixed on the outdoor casing of the air conditioner, and meanwhile, the external surfaces of the external electrical box 24 can be ensured to be exposed as much as possible, so that ports can be conveniently arranged on the surface of the external electrical box 24, and a sufficient hardware design space for the external electrical box 24 is provided.
Referring now to fig. 1 and 2, the second side plate segment 12 is described in detail, and the mounting slot 16 of the second side plate segment 12 includes a base plate 17 and a side wall disposed around the base plate 17. The side walls preferably include an upper side wall 18-1, a lower side wall 18-3 and a side wall 18-2, i.e., an opening is formed at a side of the mounting slot 16, so that a complete mounting surface can be left at a side of the external electrical box 24 away from the side wall 18-2, and the external electrical box 24 has a sufficient design space in the height direction H to design an electrical interface. The substrate 17 is provided with at least one first avoiding hole 20. The first avoiding hole 20 is configured to allow the first internal cable 27 in the outdoor housing of the air conditioner to extend out from the first avoiding hole 20 and be electrically connected to the external electrical box 24, or the first external cable in the external electrical box 24 may extend in from the first avoiding hole 20 and be electrically connected to the first internal cable 27 in the outdoor housing of the air conditioner, or both the first internal cable 27 may extend out from the first avoiding hole 20 and be electrically connected to the external electrical box 24 and the first external cable in the external electrical box 24 may extend in from the first avoiding hole 20 and be electrically connected to the first internal cable 27 in the outdoor housing of the air conditioner. The first inner cable 19 is electrically connected to the display module.
Preferably, a lighting module 32 is further disposed in the outdoor unit housing of the air conditioner, and the lighting module 32 may be a track light, a small light source spotlight, an LED lamp board or an LED lamp strip. The external electronics box 24 provides power to the lighting module 32. In addition, the substrate 17 may further have a plurality of second avoiding holes, for example, as shown in the figure, a second avoiding hole 19 is formed, the second avoiding hole 19 is configured to allow the multiple second internal cables in the outdoor housing of the air conditioner to extend out from the second avoiding hole 19 and to be electrically connected to the external electrical box 24, or the second external cables in the external electrical box 24 extend into the second avoiding hole 19 and to be electrically connected to the multiple second internal cables in the outdoor housing of the air conditioner, or both the second internal cables extend out from the second avoiding hole and to be electrically connected to the external electrical box and the second external cables in the external electrical box extend into the second avoiding hole and to be electrically connected to the multiple second internal cables in the outdoor housing of the air conditioner. The second internal cable connects the lighting module 32 to provide power to the lighting module 32 through the external electronics box 24. Taking the guide rail light as an example, the guide rail light is distributed along the inner surface of the outdoor machine shell of the air conditioner and is controlled independently in sections. Considering that the guide rail lights are integrally provided at respective edges of the outdoor unit casing of the air conditioner, it is preferable to design the mounting slots 16 to extend in the height direction H of the second side plate section 12, and the height of the base plate 17 is greater than three-quarters of the height of the second side plate section 12. Therefore, the cables in all directions can be conveniently connected with the external electric appliance box 24, and the length of the cables is reasonable.
Preferably, a plurality of relief holes (19, 20) are designed, and part or all of the relief holes are designed to be knock-off holes, and tools are used to knock off the holes when routing is needed. The non-use state plays a dustproof role. Preferably, a switch 25 is disposed on the external electrical box 24 near the side wall 18-2 of the mounting slot 16, and the switch 25 is disposed on the outer side of the side wall. The user-operated switch 25 may control the power of the external electric box 24 to turn off or on the display module and the illumination module as a whole.
In this embodiment, the display module may be a commercially available holographic projection module, a common projection module, or a holographic fan. These products typically have their own power adapter 26. To mate with different power adapters 26, the internal cable 27 is preferably designed with a connection end and a free end. The connection end is electrically connected to a display module provided in the outdoor unit casing of the air conditioner, and the free end is provided with a first adaptor connector 28. The free end extends outwardly from the access hole 20, the first adapter 28 is operatively connected to the display module power adapter 26, and the display module power adapter 26 is operatively electrically connected to the external electronics box 24.
The second side panel section 12 primarily serves a supporting function. In contrast, the first side wall section 11 serves primarily for connection and protection, and a top cover (not shown) is detachably connected to the upper side of the first side wall section 11. The first side plate segment 11 and the top cover are preferably connected by bolts. The supporting side plates 10, the front panel, the top cover and the bottom plate can be made of transparent materials by adopting a plastic uptake process. The shell manufactured by the process is lighter and thinner and has better light transmittance. In order to improve the structural strength of the connection point, it is preferable that a connection end plate is provided at an upper edge of the first side plate section 11, and a plurality of cylindrical screw holes 15 having internal threads are provided on the connection end plate, so that the connection between the top cover and the support side plate 10 is achieved through the cylindrical screw holes 15. The upper portion of the first side plate section 11 is provided with a handle mounting hole 21, and the lower edge of the handle mounting hole 21 is provided with an inclined portion 22 partially extending from outside to inside upwards. The inclined portion 22 is composed of a vertically extending connecting plate section 22-2 and an inclined plate section 22-1 integrally formed with the connecting plate section 22-2. The connecting plate section 22-2 is also provided with a cylindrical screw hole 15, and the handle is stably connected with the inclined part 22 through the cylindrical screw hole 15 on the connecting plate section 22-2. The lowermost end of the first side plate section 11 is preferably provided with a cylindrical screw hole 15, by means of which cylindrical screw hole 15 a stable connection to the chassis is achieved.
The internal electric box 31 is preferably provided in the space surrounded by the support side plates 10. The built-in electrical box 31 includes a main control chip, an IPM module, and a power switch, and the built-in electrical box 31 controls the operation of loads such as a compressor and an outdoor fan in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The internal electrical box 31 and the external electrical box 24 can communicate in a wired or wireless manner. Specifically, a single chip microcomputer is optionally disposed in the external electrical box 24, and an input end of the single chip microcomputer receives the operation state signal output by the internal electrical box 31. The operation state signal may be a high level signal or a low level signal, and when the temperature parameter of the air conditioning room reaches the set temperature, the external electrical box 24 receives the operation state signal output by the internal electrical box 31, and outputs a driving signal to drive the lighting module 32 to light up, thereby realizing an intelligent display effect.
