本实用新型涉及薄膜式键盘用机械式按键开关,
解决简化结构,减少成本而又使用方便的问题。其特
征在于按键帽内侧中间设有圆形凸柱,圆形凸柱前后
左右设有导引压缩弹簧的斜度凸肋,斜度凸肋外缘设
有滑轨,滑轨左右两侧设有四处凸出卡钩;压缩弹簧
设于按键帽下按键固定座内,压缩弹簧下面设有弧形
弹片,通过滑轨、滑槽上下运动,完成触摸导通电路。
可广泛用于薄膜式键盘。
Description
本实用新型涉及薄膜式键盘用机械式按键开关。
现有薄膜式键盘用的按键开关,其组件少的至少六件,多则十件,既嫌复杂,成本又高,实有改进的必要。
本实用新型的目的是有鉴于现有薄膜式键盘用的铵键开关存在上述缺点而进行研究,予以克服,提供一种结构简便组装省时省力,使用寿命又长的机械式按键开关。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:薄膜式键盘之机械式按键开关,包括按键帽、压缩弹簧、弧形弹片、按键固定座及薄膜电路板等,其特征在于按键帽内侧中间设有圆形凸柱,圆形凸柱前后左右设有导引压缩弹簧的斜度凸肋,斜度凸肋外缘设有滑轨,滑轨左右两侧设有四处凸出卡钩;压缩弹簧的内径上方导入按键帽内侧中间的圆形凸柱,下方则套入弧形弹片中间凸柱;弧形弹片可为金属或与塑胶的,弧形弹片中间设弧形凸肋,弧形凸肋上方设有短凸柱,下方设有凸点,外缘两侧中间设有压缩支撑凸肋、弯曲传导肋;按键固定座内侧设有滑槽,滑槽中间两端设有导入槽,底部设有四处凸肋,左右两侧设有卡钩导引槽及凸块,凸块上方设有卡钩导引槽。
上述技术方案,由所述四项组件构成,当压下按键帽时,藉按键固定座的导引,作上下运动。当到达一定荷重时,触动弧形弹片往下弯曲,使薄膜电路板上下层触摸,产生导通,于是使按键产生的答声,并达到良好动作。
下面通过附图和实施例对本实用新型再作进一步说明。

图中:10按键帽,11圆形凸柱,12斜度凸肋,13滑轨,14凸出卡钩,20压缩弹簧,30弧形弹片,弧形凸肋,32弧形弹片中间凸柱,33凸点,34压缩支撑凸肋,35弯曲传导肋,40按键固定座,41滑槽,42导入槽,43凸肋,44凸块,45卡钩导引槽,50薄膜电路板。
如图所示:按键帽10可顺着按键固定座40内侧的长方形滑槽41套入按键固定座40,其中长方形滑轨13的凸出卡钩14也顺着卡钩导引槽45而下,钩住凸块44,继而压缩弹簧另一端,压缩弧形弹片30中的弧形凸肋31下弯,凸点33拍打于薄膜电路板50上,当压缩弹簧20复原时,被弯曲的弧形弹片复位时而产生的答声,同时压缩弹簧20也回复原状,但按键帽10内的凸出卡钩14则会被卡钩导引槽45及凸块44扣住而停止。仅以35克力即可使其产生动作,材料省,成本低,组装简捷,使用方便。

1、薄膜式键盘之机械式按键开关,包括按键帽、压缩弹簧、弧形弹片、按键固定座及薄膜电路板等,其特征在于按键帽内侧中间设有圆形凸柱,圆形凸柱前后左右设有导引压缩弹簧的斜度凸助,斜度凸肋外缘设有滑轨,滑轨左右两侧设有四处凸出卡钩;压缩弹簧的内径上方导入按键帽内侧中间的圆形凸柱,下方则套入弧形弹片中间凸柱;弧形弹片可为金属或与塑胶的,弧形弹片中间设弧形凸肋,弧形凸肋上方设有短凸柱,下方设有凸点,外缘两侧中间设有压缩支撑凸肋、弯曲传导肋;按键固定座内侧设有滑槽,滑槽中间两端设有导入槽,底部设有四处凸肋,左右两侧设有卡钩导引槽及凸块,凸块上方设有卡钩导引槽。
