When a next garbage throwing instruction (a user is successfully identified by the identification device 2) is started, the second stepping motor 321 rotates reversely, the L-shaped pushing baffle plate 318 returns to the initial state, meanwhile, a special garbage bag 2 falls onto the garbage falling platform 39 through the falling groove 316, and then the L-shaped pushing baffle plate 318 pushes the special garbage bag 2 forwards to the guide rail for further working.
After a plurality of cycles, the first group of bags stacked in the drop chute 316 is completely used. The pushing plate 315 performs work, specifically, the first stepping motor 34 rotates forward, and through the transmission of the screw rod 36, the nut 35, the synchronizing wheel 314 and the synchronous belt 313, the pushing plate 315 pushes horizontally without generating inclined forward motion under the limit of the left baffle 33 and the right baffle 311 and the guide of the optical axis 31 and the linear bearing 32 and pushes the special garbage bags 2 stacked on the garbage bag stacking platform 37 to move forward, so that the next group of garbage boxes reaches the position of the falling groove 316.
The special garbage bag opening and closing and garbage throwing-in opening and closing mechanism 4 comprises a motor supporting seat 44, wherein the motor supporting seat 44 is connected with a third stepping motor 45, the third stepping motor 45 is connected with an opening and closing screw rod 43, the opening and closing screw rod 43 is connected with a nut seat 42, the nut seat 42 is sleeved on a supporting box guide rail 411, and the box guide rail 411 is connected with a front side plate of a garbage box main body; the left and right parts of the back plate 310 are respectively connected with an electromagnet support seat 49, the left electromagnet support seat 49 is connected with an inner box left electromagnet 46, and the right electromagnet support seat 49 is connected with an inner box right electromagnet 47; the two ends of the nut seat 42 are respectively provided with an outer box left electromagnet 41 and an outer box right electromagnet 410; the nut seat 42 is connected with a link mechanism 48, and the link mechanism 48 is connected with the garbage door 9.
When a special garbage bag 2 pushed by the L-shaped pushing baffle 318 falls out to the guide rail 411 under the special garbage bag storing and delivering mechanism 8, the outer box left electromagnet 41 and the outer box right electromagnet 410, the inner box left electromagnet 46 and the inner box right electromagnet 47 are respectively popped out after being powered off and are respectively clamped into the outer box left clamping groove 27 and the outer box right clamping groove 24, and the inner box left clamping groove 21 and the inner box right clamping groove 23. The special garbage bag opening and closing and garbage throwing opening and closing mechanism 4 is used for clamping the garbage bag opening and closing device of the special garbage bag 2. The third stepping motor 45 rotates forward to drive the opening and closing screw rod 43 to rotate, the nut seat 42 moves forward to drive the outer box left electromagnet 41 and the outer box right electromagnet 410 to move forward, the inner box 22 and the outer box 26 are separated, and the special garbage bag 2 is opened. The nut seat 42 also drives the link mechanism 48 to push the garbage door 9 forward, so that the garbage throwing opening 8 is opened, and a user can throw garbage from the garbage throwing opening 8, and the garbage falls into the special garbage bag 2. After the garbage is thrown, the pedal 5 is pressed according to the timing of the thrown garbage or the stepping of a user to press the stepping motor two-reverse switch, the stepping motor three 45 reverses to drive the nut seat 42 to move backwards to close the inner box 22 and the outer box 26, meanwhile, the connecting rod mechanism 48 is driven to close the garbage inlet door 9, the inner box 22 and the outer box 26 are closed again, the stepping motor three 45 stops, the inner box left electromagnet 46 and the inner box right electromagnet 47 are powered to eject to leave the inner box left clamping groove 21 and the inner box right clamping groove 23, the stepping motor three 45 continues to reverse to drive the inner box 22 and the outer box 26 to move backwards, the stepping motor three 45 stops when the nut seat 42 moves to the top end of the guide rail 411, the outer box left electromagnet 41 and the outer box right electromagnet 410 are powered to eject to leave the outer box left clamping groove 27 and the outer box right clamping groove 24, and the special garbage bag is loosened and falls downwards by gravity to fall into the garbage trolley 7 through the garbage hopper 6. The third stepping motor 45 rotates forwards to reset the nut seat 42 to the falling position of the special garbage bag 2 to wait for the next special garbage bag 2.
The control system comprises a single-chip microcomputer control module, a data acquisition unit, a filtering assembly, a background data processing module, an infrared human body sensor, a detection sensing device, a switch, a rectification module and a driving module of a stepping motor. The system can also comprise a programmable power supply unit, a background data processing module, short-distance measurement user control software, a communication unit, an external system and the like.
The control system of the household garbage datamation classification recovery system comprises a first stepping motor 34, a second stepping motor 321 and a third stepping motor 45; the control of the first stepping motor 34 comprises: the first stepping motor 34 is initially kept in a stop state, whether a special garbage bag 2 exists at the position of the falling groove 316 is detected in real time, and if the special garbage bag 2 exists, the first stepping motor 34 is kept; if the special garbage bag 2 does not exist, the first stepping motor 34 rotates forwards at the preset step angle, the position of the falling groove 316 is detected again, the special garbage bag 2 does not exist, if the special garbage bag 2 exists, the first stepping motor 34 stops, if the special garbage bag 2 does not exist, the worker is prompted to supplement the special garbage bag 2, the worker controls the first stepping motor 34 to rotate backwards and supplement the special garbage bag 2, and after the special garbage bag 2 is supplemented, the first stepping motor 34 returns to the initial state.
The control of the second stepping motor 321 and the third stepping motor 45 comprises the following steps: the second step motor 321 and the third step motor 45 are initially kept in a stop state, after the identification device 10 identifies a user, the third step motor 45 rotates forwards to a preset step angle, the special garbage bag 2 is pulled open and the garbage door 9 is pushed open, and the user presses the pedal 5 to press the reversing switch of the third step motor 45 after throwing garbage or delays for 30s and then rotates the third step motor 45 backwards to an initial position; then the second stepping motor 321 rotates forward to a preset step angle and then rotates backward to an initial position; and the process that the third stepping motor 45 rotates reversely to the initial position after the delay of 30s is that the third stepping motor 45 is kept rotating reversely when the infrared human body sensor detects that no user exists, and the third stepping motor 45 is suspended to rotate reversely when the infrared human body sensor detects that no user exists, and the third stepping motor 45 is recovered to rotate reversely after the detection.
The above control method is preferably implemented by combining some switches, sensors and the like. The method comprises the following specific steps: for simplicity of description, the first stepping motor 34, the second stepping motor 321, and the third stepping motor M3 in the apparatus are referred to as stepping motors M1, M2, and M3, respectively. Then, the first layer program control specification is: firstly, the stepping motor M1 keeps a stop state, the level state of the sensing device SS1 is kept to be detected at any time, if the stepping motor M1 is low level, the stepping motor M1 starts to rotate forwards to push the push plate 315 to a preset step angle and then stops, the level state of the sensing device SS1 is judged again, the stepping motor SS1 keeps stopping when the level state is high level, if the level state is still low level, the garbage bag is used up, the LED indicator light lights up to indicate the staff to replenish the garbage bag, if the button switch SB1 is high level (namely the staff presses the switch), the stepping motor M1 rotates backwards, the level state of the limit switch 1 is detected, if the level state is low level, the stepping motor M1 keeps rotating backwards, the level state is high level, the stepping motor M1 stops immediately, the stepping state returns to the initial state, and the staff starts replenishing the garbage bag. After the completion of the refilling of the garbage bag, the worker presses the push button switch SB1 again to return to the state of continuously keeping the level of the detection sensor SS 1. Then, the second and third layer program control states as the initial state, the stepping motors M2, M3 are kept stopped, the level state of the detection button switch SB2 (pedal 5) is kept at any time, if the level is low, the stepping motors M2, M3 are kept in the stop state, otherwise, the stepping motor M3 rotates forwards, the garbage bag is pulled and the garbage door is opened in linkage, and the stepping motor M3 rotates forwards to the preset position and stops. After the discharge of garbage, the level state of the push button switch SB3 is detected, and if it is low, the stepping motor M3 continues to be kept stopped, and when it is detected that it is high (i.e., garbage has been discharged and SB3 is pressed), the stepping motor M3 starts to rotate reversely. The detection of human body infrared sensing is kept in the process of reverse rotation, if the electric level is high, the stepping motor M3 is stopped firstly and then rotates forwards to open the garbage bag again, the electric level state of the limit switch SQ2 is detected in the process of opening until a high level signal is detected, the stepping motor M3 stops rotating and starts timing, the stepping motor M3 starts reverse rotation after 30s, the box containing the garbage bag is pushed to a storage place, and finally the box returns to the initial state and stops. The stepping motor M2 is reversed to return to the initial state after starting to rotate to the predetermined position.
The household garbage datamation classifying and recycling system comprises the following use steps:
A. the user can classify the household garbage at will according to garbage classification modes of decomposition type, combustion type and conversion type;
B. the user puts classified garbage into corresponding household garbage putting intelligent equipment; when the garbage is thrown in, the household garbage throwing intelligent equipment identifies the identity of a user, and the garbage thrown in by the user is filled into a special garbage bag; establishing a relation between the special garbage bag and a user who puts garbage into the special garbage bag;
C. various types of garbage in the household garbage throwing intelligent equipment are automatically metered and secondarily sorted, qualified classification is counted into the reduction data, and unqualified classification is counted into the unreduced data;
D. uploading data to a cloud end according to the respective corresponding relation between each user and the user, whether each user is qualified or not in classification, and the data which are reduced and not reduced;
E. after the cloud receives the data, firstly, the direct income of the user is calculated, the rewards are distributed according to the user by grades according to the day, and the rewards of the user are distributed to a user account; secondly, the reduced data and the unreduced data are calculated and stored into a file, so that management users are facilitated, and the contribution of the users to the resource, reduction and harmlessness of the environment is measured;
in the method, the decomposition type, the combustion type and the transformation type of garbage classification are classification of daily garbage, are recorded as three main types of the decomposition type (F), the transformation type (Z) and the combustion type (R), are collectively called ZFR classification method, the decomposition type garbage is decomposed, the combustion type garbage is combusted, the transformation type garbage is transformed, and can be used as a raw material to be transformed into other products.
Specific decay class (class F): including fruits and vegetables (including but not limited to remains of perishable peels, kernels, roots, leaves, etc.), leftovers (including but not limited to eating meals, perishable animal bones, etc.), pastries (including but not limited to eating bread, cookies, etc.), other plants (including but not limited to flowers, stems, etc. of plants), and other organic matter.
Class of fuel dyes (class R): the garbage is easy to be dyed and inflammable, and the treated garbage is sent to be burned; the easily-dyed garbage has pollution, and comprises used toilet paper, excrement of children or animals, used sanitary towels, cigarette ash, cigarette butts, diaper and the like; the inflammable garbage comprises a plurality of shells and kernels with high hardness, waste wood, dirty and old clothes and the like;
transition class (class Z): including various waste products of conversion value: paper, plastic, glass, metal, electronic garbage, clothes with good quality and hazardous waste, and enamel and tile which have no use value; the characteristics are that the pollution can not occur regardless of the use value; the products are sorted and shunted at the sorting point, so that the garbage classification and reduction are better promoted.
Wherein, the method preferably comprises: the process of delivering and sorting the garbage is shown in fig. 15, and the meaning in fig. 15 is 1. user identification: the user identity identification adopts three modes, namely a, scanning a two-dimensional code on a dustbin by using a mobile phone, b, adopting a dustbin face identification system, and c, NCF identification; preparing for establishing the relation between the garbage bag and the user; 2. the garbage bag establishes a relationship with a user: after the user identity identification is successful, acquiring the garbage collection point number, the user label and the garbage bag identification of the user: establishing a relation, and sending a message to a user to deliver junk information; 3. and (3) delivering garbage by a user: after the relation is established, the door of the dustbin is opened, and a user puts the garbage into a garbage bag of the dustbin and closes the dustbin after delivery; 4. the full garbage truck prompts workers to transport the garbage to a sorting point; 5. scanning the two-dimensional code on the garbage bag at a sorting point, finding out a user, and performing manual judgment, sorting and automatic metering; 6. uploading user garbage data: the system uploads the data to a designated cloud end, feeds back the data to the sorting result information of the user, allows the data to be corrected within a specified time, and uploads the data again; 7. receiving data by the cloud: the cloud receives data and performs conversion storage; 8. calculating the user reward: calculating the reward of the user according to the reward rule; 9. issuing a user reward: transmitting the calculated reward to the user and displaying in the system; 10. and (3) reward redemption of the user: the user exchanges rewards in the automatic vending cabinet through the app system; and also redeemable at a designated location.
The garbage delivery sorting rewarding process is realized by a garbage classification management incentive system. The system module is shown in fig. 16, and the explanation of each module in fig. 16 is as follows: user management: mainly manage the information of the user, the registration, login, password recovery and modification of the user, etc.; cell management: the method mainly manages cell information, including cell levels, garbage classification decrement data, unreduced data, garbage classification rate and the like; and (3) sorting point management: the management of the sorting point information mainly comprises the judgment of whether the garbage classification is correct, the reduction of the garbage classification, the unreduced data and the like; garbage measurement: mainly manages the processes of judging whether the garbage is classified correctly, sorting, metering, sorting and standardized boxing; and (3) reward rule management: the management of the reward comprises the configuration of reward rules; the reward calculation engine: calculating reward rules, user data, sorting level and other data; reward redemption management: mainly manages the exchange points of the user in the vending machine or the exchange point; IOT management: mainly managing and configuring the equipment of the Internet of things; and (3) system management: mainly user rights management.
The method of the present invention is preferably implemented by a system, and the operation flow is shown in fig. 17. When a user carries the household garbage classified according to the method and puts the household garbage into a household garbage data classification recovery system agreed with a system operation enterprise, the user steps on a pedal by feet, simultaneously, the system compares and approves the generated mechanical acquisition information with user authentication information by brushing the face or adopting an NCF method or directly brushing two-dimensional codes, releases a garbage big bag, realizes the association with a putting user through the two-dimensional codes on the garbage big bag, opens an entrance guard, automatically packs the garbage put in by the user by the system after the user puts in the garbage, pushes down the garbage big bag to a garbage truck below, presses a 'finish' key by feet after the user puts in the garbage, closes the system, or automatically closes a box door after a plurality of seconds, fills the garbage truck, prompts a worker to convey the garbage truck to a sorting place, finds out the user putting the garbage by the two-dimensional codes, and carrying out manual judgment, automatic metering, uploading, subdivision, sorting and standardized boxing on the correctness of garbage classification.
In fig. 17, source classification means that the user performs classification according to three classification methods, i.e., decay classification, conversion classification and fuel classification.
The fastening of various garbage bags means fastening the garbage bags to be thrown when the garbage bags are carried out.
When a user puts garbage in, the machine-picking information can be generated in three ways, namely, the machine-picking information is generated by stepping on a pedal and brushing the face of a machine; secondly, the user directly scans the machine two-dimension code to generate machine acquisition information, and thirdly, the NCF method is adopted to generate the machine acquisition information. The machine that produces adopts information, through the authentication information of facility industrial control host computer internal storage is put in to domestic waste, compares approved back, and the industrial control host computer issues the instruction, releases the big bag of rubbish of taking the two-dimensional code (the industrial control host computer can indicate the quantity of the big bag of rubbish, and the staff in time supplements the big bag of rubbish according to the condition) to realize with user's relevance. The opening of the big garbage bag is automatically opened, and meanwhile, the entrance guard is opened, and at the moment, the resident can throw various types of carried garbage into the garbage throwing port together. After the garbage is put in, a machine in the equipment pushes the garbage big bag tightly and seals the garbage big bag, the garbage big bag is pushed down to a garbage trolley at the lower end, and the door control is closed automatically (or the pedal is stepped on). When the garbage truck is full, the system prompts the staff to replace the garbage truck. The working personnel transport the garbage truck to a sorting place, retrieve the user who puts in the garbage through the large garbage bag two-dimensional code, manually judge whether the classification of various types of garbage of the user is correct, press a classification qualified button, automatically count and upload reduction data, and push the qualified garbage from a qualified garbage sinking area into a qualified bin through a garbage pushing plate; and pressing a button for unqualified classification, automatically counting and uploading unreduced data, and pushing the unqualified garbage sink area into an unqualified garbage can. And the garbage which is not qualified in classification can be put back into the garbage bag of the user, and the user is willing to correct the garbage bag within the specified time and still records the garbage bag as the reduction data. The user puts in rubbish according to the requirement, and the system issues points to the user according to reward rules, and the user exchanges articles with the points in channels such as automatic sales cabinets and the like through the points.
The operation of the system is managed through software, and the management comprises user management, cell management, delivery place management, sorting management and the like.
User management: the method comprises the following steps of managing basic information such as registration information, authentication information, user level information and the like of a user; the amount of reduction information and the amount of non-reduction information of the user garbage classification; the point information obtained by the user, the exchange of the points and the like.
Cell management: the method comprises the information of the level information, the reduction data information, the unreduced data information of a cell, the number of users participating in garbage classification, the information of users and the like.
Management of a release place: the garbage can management system comprises information of garbage throwing of users, the number of garbage bags, garbage truck fullness and the like.
And (4) managing a sorting department: the garbage classification method comprises the steps of determining whether garbage classification is qualified or not, measuring data of various types of garbage, standardizing data of the garbage packaged in a box and the like.
The system returns the user income to the user according to the data management and the charging method, prompts the user to voluntarily classify the garbage, along with the deep promotion of the garbage classification, the operation enterprises obtain better benefits through the operation of the garbage classification, the big data economy and the internet economy which take the garbage classification as the entrance and various advertisement activities developed through the garbage classification, and then release more bonus to the user according to the reduction data and the charging method of the user garbage classification, thereby forming a virtuous circle. The charging method comprises the following steps: the system operation enterprise signs an agreement with the user, and all the domestic garbage of the user, no matter whether the value exists or not and the value is large, is well classified and is delivered to a network point of a specified system; the obtained income is determined according to the accuracy of classification, the number of the attendance days and the grade of the user, not according to the weight, the quantity and the type of the thrown garbage, but by taking the user as a unit; in short, the garbage thrown by the user can obtain the income of one day regardless of the throwing quantity and the throwing times and the material, and as long as the garbage classification of the day is correct; the higher the grade, the higher the income obtained each day; the income obtained by a family matched with garbage classification is relatively more, and the income is continuously increased along with the increase of the level.
