the system comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the position information of cleaning personnel and a garbage throwing area to be cleaned;
the scanning unit is used for acquiring the identity information of the cleaning personnel and establishing connection with the garbage throwing area after obtaining the identity authorization;
and the output unit is used for outputting the basic information of the garbage to be thrown, and comprises the garbage type and the garbage bag type.
