9. The internet + -based garbage full-flow management method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method further comprises the following steps: sorting and collecting garbage and transferring the garbage;
the garbage classification in the garbage classification and collection provides at least two garbage classification special barrels for residents; one for classified delivery of perishable waste and the other for classified delivery of recyclable waste;
the refuse transfer is collected for the refuse transfer car (buggy), and it includes: kitchen waste, household garbage, valuable recyclable garbage and large garbage;
a cleaner regularly goes to a door for collection and sends the collected matter to a blue house green island; the transfer trolley is collected from the greenland of the blue house, transferred to a garbage transfer station and then transferred to a garbage incineration plant.

thirdly, the farmers classify the garbage and automatically throw the garbage to the blue house or the green island to obtain corresponding points.
