本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种注射笔针。
背景技术
注射笔针通常作为一次性注射工具与笔式注射器配合使用,例如与胰岛素笔式注射器配合使用来注射胰岛素,现有的注射笔针包括针座、针头和滑套,针头设置在针座内,在使用时,连接注射器,通过按压滑套使得针头伸出针座对患者体内进行注射药物,注射完成后,滑套反弹回原位,滑套再次将针头覆盖避免刺伤,但是在进行后续丢弃处理时,处理人员在处理过程中,很容易按压到滑套,从而将针头再次露出,非常容易扎伤手部,存在较大的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的问题是如何避免在使用后滑套再次受压使针头再次伸出而造成扎伤。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种注射笔针,包括:针头;针座,所述针头设置在所述针座上,所述针座包括挡板;外套,所述外套套设在所述针座上;滑套,所述滑套的下部进入所述外套内,并适于在所述外套内上下移动,所述滑套顶部设有供所述针头穿出的通道孔;限位圈,所述限位圈设置在所述外套内,所述限位圈包括滑块,所述滑套的底部与所述限位圈相抵,当所述滑套在所述外套内上下移动时,所述限位圈适于相对于所述滑套发生转动使所述滑块移动至所述挡板上方。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:通过限位圈上的滑块与滑套相抵并形成滑动连接,在滑套向下移动时,针头伸出滑套从而进行注射,同时滑套的下移使得滑套推动限位圈产生移动,注射完成后,撤去滑套上的压力时,滑套向上移动,将滑套内的针头重新屏蔽,同时使得限位圈上的滑块转动至挡板上方,当由于误触等原因而再次按压滑套时,滑块与挡板形成抵靠,限制滑套进一步下移,有效避免针头再次露出。
可选地,所述滑套底部具有滑动斜面,所述滑动斜面与所述滑块相抵,所述滑块适于沿所述滑动斜面移动。由此,可以通过滑块在滑动斜面移动,从而让锁定圈产生转动。
可选地,所述滑套底部设有凹槽,所述滑动斜面与所述凹槽相连,当所述滑块沿着所述滑动斜面滑移进入所述凹槽时,所述滑块被限制在所述凹槽内。由此,滑块可以在改变位置后卡入凹槽内进行固定,将滑块卡死,避免在外力的作用下产生复位,提高安全性。
可选地,所述滑块的顶部具有弧形面,所述弧形面与所述滑动斜面相抵。由此,滑块可以在滑动斜面滑移时减少阻力。

结合图1至图5所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种注射笔针,包括:针头2、针座3、外套4、滑套5和限位圈6,针头2设置在针座3上,针头2轴向贯穿针座3的中心,针座3上设置有挡板31,针座3从外套4的底部进入外套4内,将针座3套设在外套4内,滑套5的下部进入外套4内并可以在外套4内上下移动,滑套5的顶部设有供针头2可以穿出的通道孔,未使用时,针头2未穿出滑套5的顶部,滑套5将针头2完全屏蔽,在使用时,通过对滑套5施加压力使得滑套5向下移动,从而将针头2从滑套5顶部的通道孔穿出,限位圈6设置在外套4内,限位圈6包括滑块61,滑套5的底部与限位圈6相抵,当滑套5在外套4内上下移动时,限位圈6相对于滑套5发生转动,滑块61移动至挡板31的上方,在滑套5第二次向下移动时,滑块61与挡板31形成抵靠,限制滑套5进一步下移动,挡板31起到了限制限位圈6移动行程的作用,有效防止了针头2再次从滑套5顶部的通道孔伸出而造成刺伤,进一步提高了安全性。
结合图3至图5、图10所示,滑套5的底部具有滑动斜面51,滑动斜面51与滑块61相抵,滑套5与限位圈6共同运动,在滑套5受压向下移动时,滑套5推动限位圈6同步向下移动,同时限位圈6上的滑块61在滑动斜面51上产生移动,使得限位圈6产生转动,改变了运动后滑块61的位置。
在其他实施方式中,滑动斜面51可以替换为弧面或者弧面与斜面衔接等具有引导作用的表面。
结合图3和图10所示,滑套5的底部设有凹槽52,滑动斜面51与凹槽52相连,滑块61沿着滑动斜面51移动并最后进入凹槽52内,凹槽52的大小足以使得整个滑块61嵌入凹槽52内或者使得滑块61的部分嵌入凹槽52内,凹槽52的设置使得滑块61在随着斜面移动后可以固定在指定的位置,防止在外力的作用下将滑块61的位置改变,从而影响使用效果。
结合图4所示,滑块61的顶部具有弧形面611,滑块61与滑套5相抵时,弧形面611与滑动斜面51相抵,弧形面611可以减小摩擦力,使得滑块61可以更加顺畅的沿着弧形面611滑动,避免了使用过程中,滑套5在向下压时产生卡顿的现象。
结合图3至图5所示,该注射笔针还包括弹性件7,弹性件7用于驱动限位圈6上下移动,使得限位圈6在受压向下移动时,弹性件7产生压缩,为限位圈6提供弹性势能,在撤去压力时,弹性件7可以推动限位圈6返回至原来高度位置,弹性件7设置在外套4内,弹性件7沿轴设置在针座3与外套4所形成的空腔内,同时弹性件7的上下两端分别与限位圈6和针座3相抵,限制弹性件7两端的位移。在本实施例中,弹性件7为弹簧。
结合图6所示,外套4的内壁上设有沿轴向延伸的隔条41,隔条41的两侧分别设有沿外套4轴向延伸并向外套4内壁凹陷的第一滑道42和第二滑道43,滑块61适于在第一滑道42和第二滑道43内移动。滑套5受压时,滑套5与限位圈6同步向下移动,滑块61在第一滑道42内向下移动,通过滑块61在滑动斜面51上产生移动,限位圈6产生转动,在滑块61从第一滑道42底部移出时,滑块61转动跨过隔条41的底部从第二滑道43的底部进入第二滑道43内,在限位圈6向上移动时,滑块61在第二滑道43内向上移动,并最后转动至位于挡板31上方,限制滑套5的第二次下移,隔条41限制滑块61只能依次在第一滑道42和第二滑道43内依次移动。
结合图3至图5、图10所示,滑套5的侧壁上还设置有凸块53,凸块53的底部与滑块61相抵,凸块53的大小正好可以进入第一滑道42内并可以在第一滑道42内移动,增加了滑套5底部与滑块61相抵的接触面积,进一步增加了滑套5底部与滑块61相抵的稳定性,同时便于推动滑块61进入滑动斜面51进一步产生滑移,同时凸块53将滑套5限制在外套4内。
结合图2和图8所示,在本实施例中,外套4的内壁上还设置有环形的挡边45,在外套4套设在针座3上时,挡边45与凸块53的顶部相抵,从而将滑套5限制在外套4内,保证了滑套5在移动过程中,只能在外套4内部移动。
结合图6至图8所示,挡板31的侧壁上设有卡槽311,外套4的内壁上设有与卡槽311相适配的卡条44,在外套4套设在针座3上时,卡条44插入卡槽311内使得外套4与针座3形成固定连接,避免外套4从针座3上脱落,提高使用安全性。
进一步地,在本实施例中,挡板31的个数为三个,三个挡板31沿针座3周向均匀分布,各个挡板31上均设置有卡槽311,增加挡板31的数量可以进一步提高针座3与外套4连接的稳定性。在其他实施方式中,挡板31的个数可以为一个或者多个。
滑块61的数量为至少一个,各个滑块61分别沿限位圈6的侧壁周向均匀分布,增加滑块61的数量可以增加限位圈6的受力点,从而提高限位圈6的受压能力,避免造成受力过大造成滑块61断裂,从而失去保护作用,进一步提高了安全性。在本实施例中滑块61的数量为三个,分别对应本实施例中的三个挡板31。在其他实施方式中,滑块61的数量可以为一个或者多个。
结合图1所示,该注射针头2还包括护套1,护套1套设在外套4上,护套1可以防止在使用拿取时,不小心触碰到滑套5,而造成针头2外露刺伤手部,保证了使用安全性,
进一步地,护套1的底部设置有密封条8,保证护套1内部的密封性,避免了针座3内的针头2与空气接触滋生细菌,在未撕开密封条8时始终保持无菌状态,保证使用卫生。
结合图9所示,针头2贯穿针座3的两端,针座3的底部设置有螺纹,用于连接注射器,在注射器与针座3的底部连接时,注射器内的药物可以直接通过针头2输送到患者体内。

Claims (10)
1.一种注射笔针,其特征在于,包括:
针头(2);
针座(3),所述针头(2)设置在所述针座(3)上,所述针座(3)包括挡板(31);
外套(4),所述外套(4)套设在所述针座(3)上;
滑套(5),所述滑套(5)的下部进入所述外套(4)内,并适于在所述外套(4)内上下移动,所述滑套(5)顶部设有供所述针头(2)穿出的通道孔;
限位圈(6),所述限位圈(6)设置在所述外套(4)内,所述限位圈(6)包括滑块(61),所述滑套(5)的底部与所述限位圈(6)相抵,当所述滑套(5)在所述外套(4)内上下移动时,所述限位圈(6)适于相对于所述滑套(5)发生转动使所述滑块(61)移动至所述挡板(31)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,所述滑套(5)底部具有滑动斜面(51),所述滑动斜面(51)与所述滑块(61)相抵,所述滑块(61)适于沿所述滑动斜面(51)移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,所述滑套(5)底部设有凹槽(52),所述滑动斜面(51)与所述凹槽(52)相连,当所述滑块(61)沿着所述滑动斜面(51)滑移进入所述凹槽(52)时,所述滑块(61)被限制在所述凹槽(52)内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,所述滑块(61)的顶部具有弧形面(611),所述弧形面(611)与所述滑动斜面(51)相抵。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,还包括弹性件(7),所述弹性件(7)设置在所述外套(4)内,所述弹性件(7)的上下两端分别与所述限位圈(6)和所述针座(3)相抵以驱动所述限位圈(6)上下移动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,所述外套(4)的内壁上设置有沿轴向延伸的隔条(41),所述隔条(41)的两侧分别设有第一滑道(42)和第二滑道(43),所述滑块(61)适于在所述第一滑道(42)和所述第二滑道(43)内移动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,所述滑套(5)的侧壁还设置有凸块(53),所述凸块(53)的底部适于与所述滑块(61)相抵,且所述凸块(53)适于沿所述第一滑道(42)移动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,所述挡板(31)上设有卡槽(311),所述外套(4)的内壁上设有卡条(44),所述卡条(44)进入所述卡槽(311)形成卡接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,至少一个所述滑块(61)沿所述限位圈(6)侧壁周向均匀分布。
10.根据权利要求1所述的注射笔针,其特征在于,还包括护套(1),所述护套(1)适于罩设在所述外套(4)上。
