Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
An eye massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1, an eye massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a massage main body 10, a headband 20, and a shape retaining member 30. The massage body 10 is used for massaging eyes of a human body, the headband 20 is connected to both ends of the massage body 10 so that the headband 20 can be wrapped around the head of the human body when worn by the human body, the headband 20 is a flexible headband, the shape retaining member 30 is provided on the headband 20, and the shape retaining member 30 is at least partially attached to the surface of the headband 20 to retain the shape of a portion of the headband 20.
It will be appreciated that providing the headband 20 as a flexible headband may increase the comfort of the user when the headband 20 is in contact with the head of a human. The headband 20 is also flat, the contact area of the flat headband 20 and the human head is large, under the condition that the pressure of the eye massage instrument 100 on the head is not changed, the pressure of the flat headband 20 on the head is small, and therefore the wearing comfort can be improved.
In addition, since the headband 20 is a flexible headband, the flexible headband is folded and twisted to form an irregular shape in a natural state, and a user needs to straighten the headband manually before wearing the headband, or otherwise, the user feels a hard object when wearing the headband due to the irregular shape formed by folding and twisting the headband. By arranging the shape retaining member 30 on the headband 20, the shape retaining member 30 is used for retaining the shape of the headband 20, the shape retaining member 30 can be sleeved on the periphery of the headband 20 or the headband 20 is clamped in the shape retaining member 30, so that the phenomenon that the intersection area of the headband 20 and the shape retaining member 30 is twisted to cause unevenness can be avoided. This can reduce the length of time required to trim the headband 20 and also improve comfort.
Therefore, the eye massager 100 of the embodiment of the utility model can keep the position shape of part of the headband 20 relatively stable by arranging the shape maintaining piece 30, does not need to take a long time to tidy the headband 20 when being worn, and is comfortable to wear.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the shape retaining member 30 is provided at the center of the headband 20, and the shape retaining member 30 is provided opposite to the massage main body 10. It is understood that the shape retaining members 30 are provided at the middle portions of the head bands 20 and at positions opposite to the massage main body 10, so that the head bands 20 at both ends of the shape retaining members 30 generate the same amount of elastic force when the eye massager 100 is worn, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the user. In addition, the portion of the headband 20 not provided with the shape retaining member 30 is small in length, so that the headband 20 is prevented from being deformed by being flipped over at least to some extent, and the shape of the headband 20 is easily maintained, whereby the user can further reduce the time for arranging the headband 20.
The headband 20 is an elastic headband having elasticity in the longitudinal direction. The length direction of the headband 20 is the direction of the headband 20 surrounding the head of a human body, the headband 20 is provided with elasticity in the length direction, and by utilizing the elastic acting force of the headband 20, on one hand, the eye massage instrument 100 can be in close contact with the head of a user, namely, the massage main body 10 can be in full contact with the eye region of the human body, so that the massage effect of the eye massage instrument 100 is indirectly improved, and on the other hand, the wearing of the user is facilitated through the deformation of the headband 20. In addition, the elastic headband can be stretched and contracted, which can enable the headband 20 to accommodate people of different head sizes, which can improve the versatility of the eye massager 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shape retaining member 30 includes: the first holding piece 31, the first holding piece 31 is attached to the outside of the headband 20 and/or the inside of the headband 20. That is, the first holding member 31 may be attached to the outer side of the headband 20, the first holding member 31 may be attached to the inner side of the headband 20, and even the first holding member 31 may be provided on the inner and outer sides of the headband 20. For example, the first retaining member 31 may be attached to the outside of the headband 20, which facilitates the user's manipulation of the first retaining member 31. For example, mounting of the first retaining member 31 on the headband 20 is facilitated. Wherein the first retaining member 31 can be adhesively attached to the headband 20. It should be noted that, when the eye massager 100 is worn on the human body, the outer side of the headband 20 is the side of the headband 20 away from the head of the human body, and when the eye massager 100 is worn on the human body, the inner side of the headband 20 is the side of the headband 20 attached to the head of the human body.
Specifically, headband 20 has a width d1 and first retainer 31 has a width d2, wherein d1 and d2 satisfy the relationship: d2 is more than or equal to 0.5d1 and less than or equal to 1.5d 1. The width direction of the headband 20 is perpendicular to the length direction of the headband 20, and the width direction of the first holder 31 is the same as the width direction of the headband 20. For example, the width of the first holding member 31 and the width of the headband 20 may be set to be the same width, so that the headband 20 and the shape holding member 30 can be made to sufficiently fit in the width direction to the maximum extent, and the headband 20 can be effectively prevented from being turned and twisted, and materials can be saved.
In detail, as shown in fig. 2, the first holder 31 is constructed in an integrally formed arc-shaped sheet structure. The integrated into one piece structure is convenient for process, can improve production efficiency, and particularly, first holder 31 can be the plastic or the silica gel material of comparatively stereoplasm so that fix the shape of headband 20. The first holding piece 31 made of plastic or silica gel has a smaller weight, so that the increase of the whole weight of the eye massager 100 can be avoided, the pressure of the eye massager 100 on the head of a human body is reduced, and the comfort of wearing the eye massager 100 by a user can be improved.
In addition, because the first holding member 31 is disposed on the headband 20, the headband 20 contacts with the head of the human body, the back head part of the head of the human body is arc-shaped, and the first holding member 31 is disposed in an arc-shaped sheet structure, on one hand, the first holding member 31 can adapt to the shape of the head of the user, so that the user can wear the headband more comfortably, and on the other hand, the first holding member 31 in a sheet structure can further reduce the weight of the first holding member 31 without losing the functionality thereof.
In detail, the end corners of the first retainer 31 are transition rounded corners. Compare and set up the end angle into other shapes that have the edge, when operating first holder 31, the end angle that has the edge may touch user's head or hand, causes painful sense for the user, and sets up the end angle into the fillet of no edge, can avoid the emergence of above-mentioned condition, can improve from this that the user uses the experience and feels. Moreover, the first holding member 31 thus provided can also avoid the problem of separation from the headband 20 at the rear end corners in long-term use, and can improve the connection stability of the headband 20 and the first holding member 31.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the shape retaining member 30 further includes: and a second holding member 32, the second holding member 32 being provided on the inner side of the headband 20, and the second holding member 32 having a contact surface 321 for contacting the head of a human body. The contact surface 321 of the second holder 32 has an arc-shaped structure to conform to the back of the head of the user, so that the comfort of the contact surface 321 contacting the head can be improved. The first holding member 31 is disposed outside the headband 20, and the first holding member 31 and the second holding member 32 are engaged to form a flat through hole through which the headband 20 can be inserted. The shape retaining member 30 is further provided with a second retaining member 32 on the basis of the first retaining member 31, which can further contribute to retaining the shape of a portion of the headband 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the second holder 32 includes: a base 322, a flexible filler, and a flexible sealing layer, the base 322 being disposed on the headband 20, the flexible filler filling between the base 322 and the flexible sealing layer.
Specifically, the base 322 may be made of a hard plastic or silicone, and has an arc-shaped structure, and the radian of the arc-shaped structure is the same as or substantially the same as that of the first holding member 31, so that the base 322 and the first holding member 31 have a higher degree of matching, thereby reducing the possibility of the bending and twisting of the headband 20. The base 322 may be provided with a receiving space for receiving the flexible packing in a direction toward the head of the human body, and a flexible sealing layer for sealing the flexible packing on the base 322. Wherein, the flexible filler can be foam, silica gel, cotton wool and the like, and the flexible sealing layer can be a leather layer, a cloth layer and the like. In this way, when the second retainer 32 is in contact with the head of the user, the flexible sealing layer is in contact with the head of the user, which may improve the wearing comfort of the user.
Further, the second holder 32 is movably provided to the headband 20 and the first holder 31 toward the inner side of the human head. With the second holder 32 movably arranged relative to the first holder 31, the user can adjust the position of the second holder 32 to correspond to the back part of the head of different people, so that the user can adapt to more people.
Specifically, the length of first retainer 31 in the direction of the length extension of headband 20 is d3, and the length of second retainer 32 in the direction of the length extension of headband 20 is d4, where d3 and d4 satisfy the relationship: d4 is more than or equal to d3 and is more than or equal to 0.2d 3. That is, the length of the second holder 32 does not exceed the length of the first holder 31, and the length of the second holder 32 is not less than 0.2 times the length of the first holder 31. For example, the length of the second holder 32 may be 0.2 times the length of the first holder 31, the length of the second holder 32 may also be 0.5 times the length of the first holder 31, and the length of the second holder 32 may even be as long as the first holder 31. So set up, can guarantee that second holder 32 has flexible accommodation space for second holder 32 has more relative positions relative to first holder, can adapt to more crowds like this.
