In a specific embodiment, the smooth region 7 is integrally formed with the transparent substrate layer 2, and during specific processing, the diffuse reflection region 8 can be processed in a shielding manner at a position where the smooth region 7 is formed on the transparent substrate layer 2, and the smooth region 7 can be formed at a shielding position. The smooth area 7 may also be provided separately from the transparent substrate layer 2, i.e. the smooth area 7 is glued to the transparent substrate layer 2.
