Abstract

The invention discloses an appearance piece which comprises a bearing layer and a decorative layer. One side of the bearing layer is provided with a plurality of raised and/or depressed texture surfaces. The decorative layer is covered on the texture surface and arranged along with the texture surface in an undulated manner. The decorative layer is a colored layer with the transmittance of less than 58%. The decorative layer is displayed outwards, and the colored layer which is low in transmittance and arranged in an up-and-down mode is displayed outwards to have a colored texture effect, so that a good decorative effect is achieved. The invention discloses an appearance piece which comprises a bearing layer and a decorative layer. One side of the bearing layer is provided with a plurality of raised and/or depressed texture surfaces. The decorative layer is covered on the texture surface and arranged along with the texture surface in an undulated manner. The decorative layer is a colored layer with the transmittance of less than 58%. The decorative layer is displayed outwards, and the colored layer which is low in transmittance and arranged in an up-and-down mode is displayed outwards to have a colored texture effect, so that a good decorative effect is achieved.
Preferably, the decorative layer is a colored ink layer, a colored resin layer or a colored polymer layer which is printed, coated, sprayed or evaporated on the texture surface. The decorative layer may be formed in various manners as described above, and the material may be the various materials as described above. For example, the decoration layer may be a silk-screen ink layer, and the silk-screen thickness is typically 2-6 μm. For another example, the decoration layer is an evaporation layer, and the evaporation thickness is generally 300-600 nm.

Preferably, the bearing layer comprises a UV adhesive layer, the UV adhesive layer is formed by embossing a texture structure with convex and/or concave arrangement, and the texture structure forms a texture surface. The decorative layer is conformal on the texture structure of the UV adhesive layer and is arranged in an undulated mode and shows a texture effect. The UV glue layer is adopted to stamp the texture structure, the plasticity is high, the complex texture structure can be stamped and formed, the depth and the width of the stamped texture structure are controllable, and the range is large, so that the decorative layer can obtain the expected texture effect. And the stamping forming design dimension is large, the process is simple, and the yield is high.
Preferably, the bearing layer further comprises a PET layer, and the UV adhesive layer is covered on the PET layer. The carrier layer comprises a PET layer 10 and a UV glue layer 11 disposed on the PET layer 10. The UV glue layer 11 is formed with a plurality of embossments 111 on one side, and a textured surface 112 is formed on one side having the plurality of embossments 111. The decoration layer 12 is formed by silk-printing colored ink on the texture surface 112, the decoration layer 12 is arranged along with the fluctuation of the texture surface 112, that is, the whole layer of the decoration layer 12 fluctuates along the texture surface 112, and the surface of the decoration layer 12 far away from the texture surface 112 has the same fluctuation shape as the texture surface 112. The decorative layer 12 is provided as a colored layer having a transmittance of less than 58%, so that the decorative layer appears to the outside as a colored grain effect. And the surface area is increased by the undulation shape of the decoration layer 12, the effect on light is enhanced, and a certain reflection effect is achieved, so that the texture effect is more obvious, the color is more bright, and a certain optical effect can be achieved.
The protrusions 111 are a plurality of cylindrical mirrors arranged at intervals, and the width w of each cylindrical mirror is larger than 1 m. For example, the arrangement period of the plurality of cylindrical mirrors (one period is the sum of the width of one cylindrical mirror and the width of one space) is 1.5 mm. The period of the arrangement can see a significant texture effect. The height of the cylindrical mirror is 50 μm, and the screen printing thickness of the decoration layer 12 is 4 μm.
Of course, in other embodiments, the plurality of cylindrical mirrors may be arranged without intervals, or may be irregularly arranged. The cross section of the cylindrical mirror is arch, triangle, quadrangle, polygon, etc. That is, the plurality of convex and/or concave structures of the texture surface are formed by UV glue embossing, can be set to almost any three-dimensional structure, and are transferred onto the UV glue layer by embossing and finally embodied on the decoration layer.
In other embodiments, the PET layer 10 and the UV glue layer 11 may be separable, i.e. the outer member 1 may not include the PET layer 10, so that the outer member 1 has an ultra-thin thickness, which may be suitable for situations where the thickness is particularly required.
In other embodiments, the decorative layer 12 may also be coated with a transparent protective layer for protecting the relief surface of the decorative layer 12.
In other embodiments, the carrier layer is only a PET layer, and the PET layer is laser etched with a plurality of protrusions or recesses.
In other embodiments, the UV glue layer is another curable glue layer that can be cured, such as a thermally cured glue layer.
In other embodiments, the PET layer may be a PC layer, a PE layer, a PMMC layer, or the like.
Referring to fig. 2, an appearance member 2 according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a carrier layer and a decorative layer 22. The carrier layer comprises a PET layer 20, a UV glue layer 21 and an adhesive layer 23. And the two sides of the PET layer are respectively provided with a UV adhesive layer 21 and an adhesive layer 23. The UV adhesive layer 23 is printed with a plurality of protrusions 211, and the decoration layer 22 is silk-screened on the protrusions 211. The adhesive layer 23 is used to bond the appearance piece to the desired surface layer of the product, and the decorative layer 22 is textured on the opposite side relative to the UV glue layer 21.
Referring to fig. 3, an appearance member 3 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a carrier layer and a decorative layer 32. The carrier layer comprises a PET layer 30, a UV glue layer 31 and an adhesive layer 33. The UV glue layer 31 and the adhesive layer 33 are respectively disposed on both sides of the PET layer 30. The UV adhesive layer 33 is printed with a plurality of recesses 311, and the decoration layer 32 is silk-screened on the recesses 311. The adhesive layer 33 is used to bond the appearance piece to the desired surface layer of the product, and the decorative layer 32 is textured on the opposite side relative to the UV glue layer 31.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention discloses a mobile phone rear cover 4. Which includes a see-through layer 41, an exterior member 2, and a battery module 42. The decorative layer 22 of the outer appearance member 2 is covered with a see-through layer 41, preferably a transparent glass layer, which is bonded to the decorative layer 22 by glue. The battery module 42 is bonded to the exterior member by the adhesive layer 23. The texture effect of the decorative layer can be seen through the transparent glass layer, and the decorative layer has color and a certain reflection effect.
In other embodiments, the appearance member is directly bonded to the battery module without being bonded to the transparent glass layer, thereby forming a battery assembly.
