Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic products, in particular to a decorative film of a cover plate or a shell.
Background
Electronic products play an increasingly important role in the life of people, and users are concerned about the functions of the products and have higher and higher requirements on the appearance of the products, so that the electronic products are required to be attractive and elegant and are required to be unique in individuality. Taking a mobile phone as an example, the traditional cover plate shielding area of the electronic product usually adopts a printing mode to form different colors, and the ink printing mode decorates the appearance and has the defects of single integral color, dead plate, lack of vitality and the like. The ever-increasing demands of customers on appearance cannot be met. The decorative film has been gradually introduced into the field of electronic products due to the fact that the decorative film can show a special visual effect in a macroscopic sense, and is particularly applied to structures such as cover plates, machine shells and the like of electronic products such as mobile phones, tablet computers and ultra-polar notebooks. However, the current decorative film is not light and thin in structure and not optimized in performance.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides a light, thin, low-cost and high-performance decorative film.
The decorative film comprises a film coating layer, a texture layer and an adhesive layer from bottom to top in sequence; the texture layer is arranged on the surface of the adhesive layer, the coating layer is arranged on the surface, far away from the adhesive layer, of the texture layer, the decorative film further comprises a hardening layer located between the texture layer and the adhesive layer, and the hardening layer is directly formed on the adhesive layer. Compared with the prior art, the decorative film reduces a layer of base material, and the design ensures that the decorative film has better stretchability and elasticity, can reduce the generation of bubbles when being stressed and bent, and can realize the effects of saving the cost and making the structure light and thin.
In one embodiment, the texture layer includes protrusions and grooves formed between adjacent protrusions, the protrusions and the grooves are located on one side, away from the adhesive layer, of the texture layer, and the cross sections of the protrusions are arc-shaped or triangular. The presence of the protrusions and the grooves can enable the decorative film to generate special visual effects, and surface brightness is increased; the protrusions are designed into different shapes, so that the decorative film has running effects such as dynamic light columns and waves.
In one embodiment, the width of the raised cross section is 0-500 microns. The larger the width of the protrusions, the stronger the effect of a single texture, but when the span is greater than 500 micrometers, the number of textures per unit area is too small, and the overall visual effect is not attractive.
In one embodiment, the height of the protrusions is 2-30 microns. When the height of the protrusions is smaller than 2 microns, the light beam effect is not obvious; the larger the height of the protrusions is, the stronger the texture stereoscopic effect is, but when the height dimension is more than 30 micrometers, the processing is difficult and the process yield is low, thereby increasing the cost.
In one embodiment, the width of the cross section of the groove is 0-500 micrometers. The width of the groove is too small, which affects the optical interference effect of the decorative film. When the cross section width of the groove is 0, no gaps exist between the protrusions, and the protrusions are continuously arranged; when the groove cross-sectional width is greater than 500 micrometers, the overall texture effect is reduced.
In one embodiment, the overall thickness of the texture layer is 5-50 microns, and the size design can make patterns with various shapes on the texture layer, so that the decorative film has higher interference effect and meets special visual effect.
In one embodiment, the thickness of the coating layer is 10-1000 nm, and the coating layer is of a single-layer film or multi-layer film structure. The thickness design is in this range, the manufacturing process is simple, and the requirements of the cover plate on the appearance effect can be met.
In one embodiment, the decorative film having the above characteristics further includes a release film, and the release film is located on a surface of the adhesive layer away from the texture layer. The release film can protect the decorative film from being polluted and damaged before being put into practical use.
The cover plate comprises a substrate and the decorative film with the characteristics, wherein the adhesive layer of the decorative film is attached to the substrate. The combination mode of the base plate and the decorative film is simple, and the manufacture is convenient.
In one embodiment, the cover plate includes a bottom cover layer disposed on a side of the decorative film away from the substrate. A layer of cover bottom layer is additionally arranged on the decorative film, so that a better shielding effect is achieved.
