Detailed Description
The present invention first provides an air treatment device, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an air treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an air treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and dotted arrows in fig. 2 indicate the general flow direction of air flow.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air treatment device 1 of the present invention includes a housing 10. The housing 10 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet 13. The air outlet 13 is used for communicating with the indoor. In a specific embodiment, the number of the air inlets can be one, and the air inlets can be communicated with the indoor space or the outdoor space. In another specific embodiment, the number of the air intakes may also be two or more, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the number of the air intakes is two, and it includes an indoor air intake 11 for communicating with the indoor space and an outdoor air intake 12 for communicating with the outdoor space to introduce fresh air. The indoor air inlet 11 and/or the outdoor air inlet 12 can be selectively opened or closed by a damper, so as to selectively allow indoor return air and/or outdoor fresh air to enter the air processing device 1, and the air is processed by the air processing device 1 and then sent out.
It should be noted that the indoor space in the embodiment of the present invention means the indoor environment space where the air processing device 1 is located, and the outdoor space in the embodiment of the present invention means the outdoor environment space.
The air treatment device 1 further includes a blower 21, a water storage tank 31 for containing water, and a drum 41.
The blower 21 is disposed in the housing 10 and is used for driving the airflow to flow from the air inlet to the air outlet 13. The fan 21 may be a centrifugal fan, an axial flow fan, or a cross flow fan.
The water storage tank 31 is disposed in an airflow path from the air inlet to the air outlet 13.
The drum 41 is rotatably disposed in the water storage tank 31 to take out water in the water storage tank 31 by the rotation of the drum 41 and to wash and purify the air flow in the air flow path by the taken-out water. Specifically, as the drum 41 rotates, water within the water storage tank 31 may be brought into the airflow flow path. When the airflow contacts with water, pollutants such as impurities, floccules, water-soluble harmful gases and the like in the airflow are dissolved in the water, so that the water washing and purification of the airflow are realized.
In some embodiments, the air treatment device 1 further comprises a driving mechanism 42 for driving the rotation of the drum 41. The drive mechanism 42 may include a motor and gear assembly. The motor may be provided on the housing for outputting the driving force. The gear assembly is connected between the motor and the rotating shaft 411 of the drum 41 for transmitting the driving force output from the motor to the rotating shaft 411, thereby causing the drum 41 to rotate. Both ends of the rotating shaft 411 may be rotatably supported at both side walls of the water storage tank 31 through a bearing, respectively.
It will be appreciated that the height of the drum 41 in the storage tank 31 may be set such that at least a section of the drum 41 is above the water level of the storage tank 31 when the water in the storage tank 31 reaches a maximum level such that at least a section of the drum 41 is in the airflow flow path and such that at least a section of the drum 41 is submerged in the water when the water in the storage tank 31 reaches a minimum level so as to be able to carry the water out as the drum rotates.
The water level in the water storage tank 31 can be obtained by the existing methods such as a liquid level sensor and a magnetic float, and when the liquid level in the water storage tank 31 is lower than the lowest water level, a user can be prompted to add water into the water storage tank 31 through a display screen, a buzzer and the like.
The applicant has recognised that there is a problem with water scrubbing of the air stream using the drum 41. After a long time of use, a certain amount of contaminants may accumulate on the drum 41, and if the contaminants are not cleaned in time, the contaminants on the drum 41 may be thicker and thicker, which may affect the service life and function of the drum 41, and thus affect the air flow purification effect.
For this reason, the air treatment device 1 of the present application further includes a nozzle 81 and a water pump 82. The nozzle 81 is disposed toward the drum 41 and communicates with the inside of the water storage tank 31. The water pump 82 is provided on a pipe between the nozzle 81 and the reservoir 31 for pumping the water in the reservoir 31 to the nozzle 81 and spraying the water to the drum 41 through the nozzle 81 to wash the drum 41 with the water in the reservoir 31. That is, when the drum 41 needs to be cleaned, the water pump 82 is started to pump the water in the water storage tank 31 to the nozzle 81, and the water is sprayed to the drum 41 through the nozzle 81, so that the dirt on the drum 41 is removed under the impact force of the water, the self-cleaning of the drum 41 is realized, the service life of the drum is prolonged, and the drum is ensured to have good water cleaning and purifying capacity for a long time.
In some embodiments, the nozzle 81 is configured to perform a full 360 degree circumferential rotation about its axis of rotation while spraying water. Therefore, the water sprayed by the nozzles 81 covers all areas of the drum 41, the phenomenon that other areas of the drum are not cleaned in place due to the fact that the water sprayed by the nozzles 81 is only concentrated on partial areas of the drum 41 is avoided, and the comprehensiveness and uniformity of washing the drum 41 are improved. Meanwhile, the number of the nozzles 81 can be reduced, and the cost is reduced.
In some embodiments, the nozzle 81 is disposed above the water storage tank 31 or on an upper portion of a sidewall of the water storage tank 31 to be higher than the water level in the water storage tank 31, thereby preventing water in the water storage tank 31 from obstructing or affecting the water flow where the nozzle 81 sprays. Further, the nozzle 81 communicates with the bottom of the water storage tank 31 through a connection pipe 83. Thus, even when a small amount of water is contained in water storage tank 31, nozzle 81 can be surely communicated with the water in water storage tank 31, thereby facilitating spray washing of drum 41 with the water in water storage tank 31 in any case.
In some embodiments, the air treatment device 1 may further comprise a cleaning box 84 for containing a cleaning agent, the cleaning box 84 being configured to be controllably opened to release the cleaning agent into the storage tank 31 when the roller 41 needs cleaning, so as to improve the cleaning capability of the water in the storage tank 31, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect of the nozzle 81 for cleaning the roller 41.
Further, the cleaning box 84 may be disposed on an upper portion of a sidewall of the water storage tank 31 to prevent the cleaning box 84 from being submerged when the water in the water storage tank 31 is large, thereby preventing the cleaning agent in the cleaning box 84 from being diluted or dissolved in the water when the drum 41 is not cleaned.
In some embodiments, the air processing apparatus 1 further includes a cleanliness detection device for detecting cleanliness of the drum 41 so as to timely acquire a dirty condition of the drum 41.
In some embodiments, the air flow in the air flow path flows through the drum 41 in a radial direction of the drum 41, and the drum 41 may include a rotating shaft 411 extending horizontally and a plurality of rotating disks 412 disposed on the rotating shaft 411 at intervals, so as to carry the water in the water storage tank 31 out by the rotating disks 412 when the drum 41 rotates, thereby performing water washing purification on the air flow by the water attached to the rotating disks 412 when the air flow flows through the drum 41 through a gap between two adjacent rotating disks 412.
That is to say, a gap is formed between every two adjacent rotating disks 412, when the airflow flows to the drum 41 along the radial direction of the drum 41, the airflow can flow through the gap between the two adjacent rotating disks 412, and the drum 41 hardly generates any resistance to the airflow, so that the air outlet speed of the air outlet 13 is hardly affected. When the drum 41 rotates, part of the water in the water storage tank 31 may adhere to the rotary disk 412 and be carried out with the rotation of the rotary disk 412. When the airflow contacts with the water on the rotating disc 412 when flowing through the roller 41, contaminants such as impurities, lint, water-soluble harmful gas and the like in the airflow are dissolved in the water, thereby realizing water washing purification of the airflow. The rotating disc 412 provides a reliable and large contact area for the air flow and the water, and the water is distributed on the rotating disc 412 more uniformly, so that the water can be ensured to be in full and effective contact with the air flow, and the air flow purification effect and efficiency are improved.
In some embodiments, since the drum 41 performs water washing purification on the air flow by the water attached to the rotating disk 412, contaminants in the air flow may be attached to the rotating disk 412. That is, the cleaning of the drum 41 is substantially performed on the rotating disk 412. Each rotary disc 412 comprises a transparent detection area 4129, the projections of the detection areas of the respective rotary discs 412 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation 411 coinciding.
Figure 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a water storage tank according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the cleanliness detecting means may include a light emitter 71 for emitting light and a light receiver 72 for receiving light, the light emitter 71 and the light receiver 72 being respectively disposed at both sides of the drum 41 in a direction parallel to the rotational shaft 411, and a straight line in which the light emitter 71 and the light receiver 72 are located passes through the detection area 4129 of each of the rotating disks 412, to judge the light transmittance of the detection area 4129 based on the light received by the light receiver 72, thereby judging the cleanliness of the rotating disks 412 based on the light transmittance.
The present application provides that a transparent detection area 4129 is provided on each rotating disc 412 and the projections of the detection areas 4129 of the respective rotating discs 412 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation 411 coincide. Therefore, the cleanness of all the rotating discs 412 can be effectively detected only by arranging the pair of the light emitter 71 and the light receiver 72 on the two sides of the roller 41, the number and the structure of the cleanness detection devices are reduced, and the cleanness detection devices are convenient to mount.
In some embodiments, the detection zone 4129 is an annular detection zone concentric with the axis of rotation 411. In these embodiments, the rotating disk 412 may be a flat disk-like structure arranged in parallel. In other embodiments, the projection of the detection zone 4129 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation 411 is in the shape of a ring concentric with the axis of rotation 411. In these embodiments, the rotating disk 412 may be a curved disk-like structure. Thus, the cleanliness of the rotating disk 412 can be detected by the cleanliness detecting means regardless of the position to which the drum 41 is rotated, even during the rotation of the drum 41.
In some embodiments, the air treatment device 1 further comprises a water pollution detection device 92 and a prompting device 91. The water pollution detection device 92 is disposed in the water storage tank 31 and is used for detecting the pollution degree of water in the water storage tank 31. Specifically, the water contamination detecting device 92 may be a sensor. The prompting device 91 is used for controllably sending out a prompting signal for instructing to replace the water in the water storage tank 31 when the pollution degree of the water in the water storage tank 31 exceeds a preset value. Specifically, the prompting device 92 may be a display device, a buzzer, or the like.
The applicant has recognised that when the air temperature is low, particularly when fresh air is introduced into the room at an outdoor temperature below zero, it is likely that the air will cause freezing in the storage tank 31 when it comes into contact with water. To this end, in some embodiments, a water tank heating device 33 for heating water in the water storage tank 31 may be disposed in the water storage tank 31 to perform water washing purification and/or humidification on the air flow by using the heated water. When the heated water contacts with the airflow, the heat can be transferred to the airflow, and the temperature of the airflow is further increased. That is to say, this application develops the heating of air current into the heating of water in a new way for purification, humidification, the intensification of air current all go on simultaneously when air current and water contact, and the realization of three kinds of functions does not influence each other, can not only carry out humidification and washing purification to the air effectively, can compensate air temperature, auxiliary heating again.
Further, the tank heating device 33 may be disposed at the bottom of the storage tank 31 to directly contact with water after the storage tank 31 is filled with water, so as to transfer heat to the water, in such a manner that the heat transfer efficiency is high and the heating speed is high. At the same time, it is ensured that water can be heated efficiently by direct contact when there is a small amount of water in the water storage tank 31.
Specifically, the tank heating device 33 may be a heating rod, a heating wire, or the like.
In some embodiments, air treatment device 1 further comprises ultraviolet light generating device 34 for emitting ultraviolet light into water storage tank 31 to sterilize water in water storage tank 31. The ultraviolet ray generating device 34 may be disposed in the water storage tank 31. Thus, the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet ray generator 34 can be transmitted to the water storage tank 31 through a short path, and the sterilization effect is improved with less ultraviolet ray loss.
In some embodiments, a mist barrier 29 is also provided within the housing for dehumidifying the airflow passing therethrough. And, on the air current flow path from the air inlet to the air outlet 13, the mist isolation net 29 is positioned at the downstream of the drum-type washing device. When high humidity is not needed indoors, the air flow flowing out of the water washing device can be dehumidified through the fog separation net 29, so that the air flow flowing into the room is not only purified through water washing, but also low in humidity, and the whole humidity of the indoor air cannot be influenced.
Specifically, the open-close state and/or the opening degree of the mist barrier net 29 may be adjusted by a drive mechanism.

Therefore, the air flows introduced into the cabinet 200 through the air treatment device 1 are all air flows which are washed, purified and/or humidified, so that the quality of indoor air is improved, and the humidity of the indoor air is improved.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner 100 further includes a jet device 300, and the jet device 300 is configured to controllably cause the airflow outside the air conditioner to flow into the air conditioner and be discharged through the jet outlet thereof, and mix the airflow discharged through the jet outlet with the heat exchange airflow discharged through the heat exchange airflow outlet of the air conditioner 100, so as to avoid the air conditioner 100 from being too cold or too hot, and improve the softness of the air and the comfort experience of the user. That is, the jet device 300 is used to introduce natural air into the air conditioner 100, which is not heat-exchanged by the heat exchanging device of the air conditioner 100, so as to moderate the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner 100.
Further, the induced draft opening 301 may be opened on the jet device 300 of the air conditioner 100 and serve as an air flow inlet of the jet device 300. Therefore, the air flow processed by the air processing device 1 can directly flow out through the jet device 300 and is mixed with the heat exchange air flow and then is sent into the room, the air flow directly sent into the room is washed, purified and/or humidified through the air processing device 1, a corresponding purifying device and/or a humidifying device do not need to be arranged in the air conditioner 100, and the structure of the air conditioner 100 body is simplified.
Further, the air conditioner 100 may be a cabinet air conditioner indoor unit, and the jet device 300 may extend vertically as a whole so that the jet air outlet thereof matches the shape of the air outlet of the cabinet air conditioner indoor unit. In these embodiments, the air inducing opening 301 may be disposed at the bottom of the jet device 300, and the air outlet 13 of the air processing device 1 may be disposed at the top thereof, so as to facilitate connection between the air inducing opening 301 and the air outlet 13.
