Detailed Description
The utility model discloses at first provide an air treatment device, figure 1 is according to the utility model discloses an air treatment device's schematic structure chart, figure 2 is according to the utility model discloses an embodiment's air treatment device's schematic cross-sectional view.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air treatment device 1 of the present invention includes a housing 10. The housing 10 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet 13. The air outlet 13 is used for communicating with the indoor. In a specific embodiment, the number of the air inlets can be one, and the air inlets can be communicated with the indoor space or the outdoor space. In another specific embodiment, the number of the air intakes may also be two or more, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the number of the air intakes is two, and it includes an indoor air intake 11 for communicating with the indoor space and an outdoor air intake 12 for communicating with the outdoor space to introduce fresh air. The indoor air inlet 11 and/or the outdoor air inlet 12 can be selectively opened or closed by a damper, so as to selectively allow indoor return air and/or outdoor fresh air to enter the air processing device 1, and the air is processed by the air processing device 1 and then sent out.
It should be noted that the indoor space in the embodiment of the present invention means the indoor environment space where the air processing device 1 is located, and the outdoor space in the embodiment of the present invention means the outdoor environment space.
An air duct communicating the air inlet and the air outlet 13 is formed in the housing 10, a fan 21 for driving an air flow to flow from the air inlet to the air outlet 13, a water storage tank 31 for containing water, and a roller 41 rotatably disposed in the water storage tank 31 are disposed in the air duct, and the air flow in the air duct flows to the roller 41 along a radial direction of the roller 41. That is, the direction in which the air flows toward the drum 41 is perpendicular to the rotational axis thereof.
The drum 41 includes a rotation shaft 411 and a plurality of rotation disks 412 disposed through the rotation shaft 411 and spaced along the rotation shaft 411. Therefore, a gap is formed between every two adjacent rotating disks 412, when the airflow flows to the drum 41 along the direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft of the drum 41, the airflow can flow through the gap between the two adjacent rotating disks 412, and the drum 41 hardly generates any resistance to the airflow, so that the air outlet speed of the air outlet 13 is hardly influenced.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a rotary disk according to an embodiment of the present invention. Further, each of the rotating disks 412 is opened with a plurality of honeycomb holes 4122 for holding water. The drum 41 is provided to take out the water in the water storage tank 31 through the honeycomb holes 4122 while rotating, to wash-purify and/or humidify the air stream by the water taken out in the honeycomb holes 4122 while the air stream passes through the drum 41 through the gap between the adjacent two rotating disks 412. Specifically, when the rotating disc 412 is in contact with water, the honeycomb holes 4122 of the rotating disc 412 below the water level are filled with water, and when the portion of the honeycomb holes 4122 moves out of the water level with the rotation of the rotating disc 412, at least a portion of the water remains in the honeycomb holes 4122.
That is, when the drum 41 rotates, part of the water in the water storage tank 31 is held in the honeycomb holes 4122 of the rotary disk 412 and is carried out as the rotary disk 412 rotates. The air flow may pass through a gap between adjacent two of the rotating disks 412 when flowing toward the drum 41 in the radial direction of the drum 41. In the process, the airflow contacts with the water kept in the honeycomb holes 4122, solid pollutants such as particles and floc in the airflow and water-soluble harmful gases such as formaldehyde and benzene can be dissolved in the water, and therefore the purpose of washing and purifying the airflow is achieved. At the same time, the air flow can take away part of the moisture, thereby being humidified. It can be understood that compared with the structural design of ribs, grooves and the like, the honeycomb holes 4122 hold a larger amount of water, so that the amount of water carried out by the rotating disc 412 can be increased, and the purification effect and the purification efficiency of the air flow are further improved. As the drum 41 is continuously rotated, the water held in the honeycomb holes 4122 is continuously renewed to maintain a good washing purification capacity for a long time.
It will be appreciated that when the cells 4122 are not arranged closely together, the regions of the rotating disc 412 other than the regions in which the cells 4122 are located may also carry a portion of the water which may likewise be contacted with the air stream and water wash cleaned and/or humidified.
Specifically, the honeycomb holes 4122 are preferably through-holes having a polygonal cross section to increase their water holding capacity. In other embodiments, the honeycomb holes 4122 may also be perforated with tubes having a circular, triangular, or irregular cross-section.
It will be appreciated that the height of the drum 41 in the storage tank 31 may be set such that at least a section of the drum 41 is above the water level of the storage tank 31 when the water in the storage tank 31 reaches a maximum level such that at least a section of the drum 41 is in the airflow flow path and such that at least a section of the drum 41 is submerged in the water when the water in the storage tank 31 reaches a minimum level so as to be able to carry the water out as the drum rotates.
The water level in the water storage tank 31 can be obtained by the existing methods such as a liquid level sensor and a magnetic float, and when the liquid level in the water storage tank 31 is lower than the lowest water level, a user can be prompted to add water into the water storage tank 31 through a display screen, a buzzer and the like.
In some embodiments, the air treatment device 1 further comprises a driving mechanism 42 for driving the rotation of the drum 41. The drive mechanism 42 may include a motor and gear assembly. The motor may be provided on the housing for outputting the driving force. The gear assembly is connected between the motor and the rotating shaft 411 of the drum 41 for transmitting the driving force output from the motor to the rotating shaft 411, thereby causing the drum 41 to rotate. Both ends of the rotating shaft 411 may be rotatably supported at both side walls of the water storage tank 31 through a bearing, respectively.
In some embodiments, a partition 43 is further disposed in the air duct and located above the drum 41, and the partition 43 is used for guiding all the air flow entering the air duct through the air inlet to the drum 41, so that all the air flow in the air duct passes through the water washing purification and/or humidification of the drum, and the comprehensiveness of the purification and/or humidification treatment of the air flow is improved.
In some embodiments, the rotary disk 412 is a curved plate extending in a wave-like manner to form a plurality of ridges 4123 and a plurality of valleys 4124 on both sides of the rotary disk 412. Thereby increasing the surface area of the rotary disk 412.
Further, each ridge 4123 and each valley 4124 are formed with a plurality of honeycomb holes 4122. Thus, increasing the number of the honeycomb holes 4122 not only increases the total area of the rotary disk 412 that can be contacted with the air stream, but also increases the amount of water held by the entire rotary disk 412 so that a sufficient amount of water is contacted with the air stream, further improving the purification efficiency and purification effect.
There are various ways in which the rotatable disk 412 extends in an undulating fashion. In some embodiments, the rotary disk 412 may include a plurality of sector-shaped disk sections 412a, each sector-shaped disk section 412a may have a plurality of ridges 4123 and a plurality of valleys 4124, and each of the plurality of ridges 4123 and the plurality of valleys 4124 may extend in a radial direction of the rotary disk 412 and may be parallel to each other. That is, the rotary disk 412 may be curved in a wave-like manner in a partitioned manner along its circumferential direction.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a rotary disk according to another embodiment of the present invention. In other embodiments, ridges 4123 may be annular ridges concentric with rotatable disk 412, grooves 4124 may be annular grooves concentric with rotatable disk 412, and the radii of each of plurality of ridges 4123 and plurality of grooves 4124 may increase. That is, the rotary disk 412 is curved and extends in a wavy manner outward in a radial direction thereof centering on the center thereof.
Of course, in alternative embodiments, the rotary disk 412 may also extend along the wave-like curve in other ways, which are not listed here.
In some embodiments, a center of each of the rotating discs 412 is opened with a connecting hole 4121 for the rotating shaft of the drum 41 to pass through, and a periphery of the connecting hole 4121 is provided with two flanges 4125 protruding and extending toward two sides of the rotating disc 412, respectively. That is, the coupling hole 4121 is provided at both side peripheries thereof with a flange 4125, and each flange 4125 protrudes from the end surface of the rotating disk 412. Each flange 4125 has an annular cylindrical shape.
Further, the oppositely disposed flanges 4125 of the adjacent two rotary disks 412 abut to form a constant gap between the adjacent two rotary disks 412. Therefore, the problems that the gap between two adjacent rotating disks 412 is changed or even disappears due to factors such as shaking and deviation of the rotating disks 412 in the rotating process of the drum 41 can be avoided, and the influence on the airflow flowing and the airflow purifying effect between two adjacent rotating disks 412 can be avoided. Meanwhile, the flange 4125 increases the contact area between each rotating disc 412 and the rotating shaft 411, so that the supporting stability of the rotating discs 412 is improved, and the rotating discs are prevented from shaking relative to the rotating shaft 411 during rotation.
Since the flange 4125 is located at the center of the rotary disk 412 and the rotary disk 412 has a relatively large diameter, it may not be possible to effectively prevent the outer circumferential edge of the rotary disk 412 from being shaken or shifted by simply relying on the flange 4125. To this end, in some embodiments, both sides of each of the rotary disks 412 are provided with distance posts 4126 respectively extending convexly outward in the direction of the rotary shaft 411, and the distance posts 4126 disposed opposite to each other of the adjacent two rotary disks 412 abut to form a constant gap between the adjacent two rotary disks 412. That is to say, the distance posts 4126 are disposed on the end surfaces of the rotating disks 412, so that the distance posts 4126 of the two rotating disks 412 can support the entire disk body of the rotating disks 412 well after being abutted, thereby effectively avoiding the problems of changing or even disappearing of the gap between two adjacent rotating disks 412 due to the factors such as shaking and deviation of the rotating disks 412 during the rotation of the drum 41, and further avoiding the influence on the airflow flowing and the airflow purification effect between two adjacent rotating disks 412.
Specifically, the number of the distance posts 4126 may be plural, and the plural distance posts 4126 may be uniformly distributed on the end surface of the rotating disk 412, for example, the plural distance posts 4126 may be on an annular ring concentric with the rotating disk 412 and arranged at equal intervals.
In some embodiments, the height of each spacer 4126 on each rotating disc 412 is the same, and the height of the flange 4125 on each rotating disc 412 is the same; the height of the spacer 4126 is the same as the height of the flange 4125 on the same rotating disk 412. Therefore, the gaps formed between any two rotating disks 412 are the same in size, so that the air flow can uniformly flow through the drum 41, and the uniformity and the purification effect of purifying the air flow are further improved.
The applicant has recognised that when the air temperature is low, particularly when fresh air is introduced into the room at an outdoor temperature below zero, it is likely that the air will cause freezing in the storage tank 31 when it comes into contact with water. To this end, in some embodiments, a water tank heating device 33 for heating water in the water storage tank 31 may be disposed in the water storage tank 31 to perform water washing purification and/or humidification on the air flow by using the heated water. When the heated water contacts with the airflow, the heat can be transferred to the airflow, and the temperature of the airflow is further increased. That is to say, this application develops the heating of air current into the heating of water in a new way for purification, humidification, the intensification of air current all go on simultaneously when air current and water contact, and the realization of three kinds of functions does not influence each other, can not only carry out humidification and washing purification to the air effectively, can compensate air temperature, auxiliary heating again.
Further, the tank heating device 33 may be disposed at the bottom of the storage tank 31 to directly contact with water after the storage tank 31 is filled with water, so as to transfer heat to the water, in such a manner that the heat transfer efficiency is high and the heating speed is high. At the same time, it is ensured that water can be heated efficiently by direct contact when there is a small amount of water in the water storage tank 31.
Specifically, the tank heating device 33 may be a heating rod, a heating wire, or the like.
In some embodiments, the air inlet may be located at a radially outer side of the drum 41 such that the air flow entering the air duct through the air inlet flows toward the drum 41 along a radial direction of the drum 41 and flows through the drum 41 through a gap between two adjacent rotating disks 412. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the air inlet includes an indoor air inlet 11 and an outdoor air inlet 12, and both the indoor air inlet 11 and the outdoor air inlet 12 are located at the radial outer side of the drum 41. Therefore, the design of the air duct is simplified, the air flow path between the air inlet and the roller 41 is shortened, and the air flow resistance is reduced.
In some embodiments, air treatment device 1 further comprises ultraviolet light generating device 34 for emitting ultraviolet light into water storage tank 31 to sterilize water in water storage tank 31. The ultraviolet ray generating device 34 may be disposed in the water storage tank 31. Thus, the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet ray generator 34 can be transmitted to the water storage tank 31 through a short path, and the sterilization effect is improved with less ultraviolet ray loss.
In some embodiments, a mist barrier 29 is also provided within the air duct for dehumidifying the airflow passing therethrough. And, on the air current flow path from the air inlet to the air outlet 13, the mist isolation net 29 is positioned at the downstream of the drum-type washing device. When high humidity is not needed indoors, the air flow flowing out of the water washing device can be dehumidified through the fog separation net 29, so that the air flow flowing into the room is not only purified through water washing, but also low in humidity, and the whole humidity of the indoor air cannot be influenced.
Specifically, the open-close state and/or the opening degree of the mist barrier net 29 may be adjusted by a drive mechanism.
The applicant has appreciated that a problem with water scrubbing of the air stream using the drum 41 is that after the air treatment device 1 is used for a period of time, certain contaminants may accumulate on the rotating disc 412, and if not cleaned in time, the contaminants may become thicker and thicker on the rotating disc 412, which may affect the life of the rotating disc 412 and the ability of the rotating disc 412 to catch water, thereby affecting the scrubbing effect on the air stream.
To this end, the air treatment device 1 of the present application further comprises cleanliness detection means for detecting cleanliness of the rotary disk and an automatic cleaning device 80 for cleaning the rotary disk 412 under control. Thus, the contamination condition of the rotating disk 412 can be timely acquired by the cleanliness detection device. When the cleanliness of the rotary disc 412 is low, the contamination is serious, and the contamination on the rotary disc 412 can be cleaned by the automatic cleaning device 80, so that the self-cleaning of the roller 41 is realized, the service life of the roller is prolonged, and the roller is ensured to have good water washing and purifying capacity for a long time.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of an automatic cleaning device in a cleaning state according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of an automatic cleaning device in a non-cleaning state (i.e., an idle state) according to an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, each rotating disc 412 includes a transparent detection zone 4129, the projections of the detection zones of the respective rotating discs 412 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation 411 coinciding.
Further, the cleanliness detecting means may include a light emitter 71 for emitting light and a light receiver 72 for receiving light, the light emitter 71 and the light receiver 72 are respectively disposed at both sides of the drum 41 in a direction parallel to the rotating shaft 411, and a straight line in which the light emitter 71 and the light receiver 72 are located passes through the detection area 4129 of each rotating disk 412 to judge the light transmittance of the detection area 4129 based on the light received by the light receiver 72, thereby judging the cleanliness of the rotating disk 412 based on the light transmittance.
The present application provides that a transparent detection area 4129 is provided on each rotating disc 412 and the projections of the detection areas 4129 of the respective rotating discs 412 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation 411 coincide. Therefore, the cleanness of all the rotating discs 412 can be effectively detected only by arranging the pair of the light emitter 71 and the light receiver 72 on the two sides of the roller 41, the number and the structure of the cleanness detection devices are reduced, and the cleanness detection devices are convenient to mount.
Specifically, the detection zone 4129 may be an annular detection zone concentric with the axis of rotation 411.
In some embodiments, the automatic cleaning device 80 may be any one of a brush, a nozzle, and an ultrasonic cleaning device.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, the automatic cleaning device 80 may include a plurality of brushes 81 arranged at intervals in the direction of the rotating shaft 411, and the automatic cleaning device 80 is configured to be controlled to move toward the direction close to the drum 41 to a cleaning position where the brushes are brought into contact with the end surface of the rotating disc 412 when the cleanliness of the rotating disc 412 is equal to or less than the first minimum cleanliness to clean the rotating disc 412 during the rotation of the rotating disc 412, and to be controlled to move away from the drum 41 to an initial position at a radially side of the drum 41 when the cleanliness of the rotating disc 412 is equal to or more than a preset standard cleanliness.
In other embodiments, the automatic cleaning device 80 may also include a nozzle and a water pump. The nozzle is disposed toward the drum and communicates with the interior of the water storage tank. The water pump is arranged on a pipeline between the nozzle and the water storage tank and used for pumping water in the water storage tank to the nozzle and spraying the water to the roller through the nozzle so as to clean the roller by using the water in the water storage tank.
In still other embodiments, the automatic cleaning device 80 may also be an ultrasonic cleaning device disposed in the water storage tank 31 for emitting ultrasonic waves and cleaning the roller 41 with the ultrasonic waves.
In some embodiments, the housing 10 defines a filler opening, the filler opening defining a filler box 50 for filling the tank 31, the filler box 50 being configured to be operatively switchable between a closed position concealed within the housing 10 and closing the filler opening, and an open position outwardly extending from the housing 10 to allow water to flow through the filler box 50 to the tank 31. That is, when the water storage tank 31 does not need to be filled with water, the water filling box 50 can be hidden in the housing 10 and close the water filling opening, which neither affects the appearance of the housing 10 nor causes water to splash through the water filling opening. When the water storage tank 31 needs to be filled with water, the water filling box 50 can be pulled out from the housing 10 to extend out of the housing 10, so that water is allowed to flow to the water storage tank 31 through the water filling box 50. After the water storage tank 31 is filled with water, the water filling box 50 is directly pushed into the shell 10. The whole water adding process does not need to move the water storage tank 31 or other components, and the water adding operation is very simple and convenient.
