It will be appreciated that the rotatable wheel 42 may be located obliquely above the water reservoir 3, provided that it is sufficient to form a water curtain in the air treatment duct 11. Alternatively, the rotary wheel 42 may have a disk shape or a regular polyhedron shape.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in figure 3, the axis of rotation of the stirrer 4 coincides with the axis of rotation of the inducer fan 2. The spatial arrangement of the stirrer 4 and the guide fan 2 is thus compact.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the guiding fan 2 is provided with an extension shaft 21, and the extension shaft 21 is connected to the stirring member 4 to rotate the stirring member 4. Therefore, the rotation of the stirring piece 4 can be powered by the guiding fan 2, and the driving connection structure is simple and compact, can save parts and has low cost.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the water stirring rib 411 is disposed on the rotating shaft 41, so that the water stirring effect of the stirring member 4 can be enhanced by the water stirring rib 411, and the water flows out from the water container 3 more easily under the stirring action of the water stirring rib 411 to form a water curtain. Alternatively, the water stirring ribs 411 may be formed in a cross shape, so that the water can be effectively stirred.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rotating shaft 41 is configured as a hollow cylinder, the rotating wheel 42 is provided with a sandwich layer communicated with the inner cavity of the rotating shaft 41, and the rotating wheel 42 is provided with a water outlet communicated with the sandwich layer and the air treatment duct 11. Therefore, when the stirring piece 4 rotates, water at the bottom of the water container 3 is sucked into the rotating shaft 41 by the cavity of the rotating shaft 41 by utilizing the centrifugal effect, then enters the interlayer of the rotating wheel 42 and is discharged to the air treatment air duct 11 through the water blowing port, so that another layer of water curtain can be further formed, thus under the stirring effect of the stirring piece 4 and the centrifugal effect, two layers of water curtains can be formed, and the air purification and humidification effects of the air treatment device 10 on air can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment device 10 may further include a purification module located upstream of the water container 3 in the air flow direction, so that the indoor air may be purified to improve the cleanliness of the indoor air. In one specific example of the present invention, the purification module is a filter screen, and the purification module is located upstream of the water container 3 in the flow direction of the indoor air. When the indoor air passes through the purification module, the purification module can filter impurities in the air, so that the cleanliness of the air can be improved. The indoor air flows out of the purification module and then enters the water container 3. Through adopting the mode that purification module and water container 3 combined together, can carry out multiple purification to the room air, the cleanliness of promotion room air that can the at utmost. It is understood that the arrangement of the purification module is not limited thereto, and the purification module may be configured as a sponge having a filtering function, an adsorption paper provided with activated carbon, or the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment device 10 further includes a temperature adjusting unit located upstream of the water container 3 in the air flowing direction, so that the indoor air temperature can be adjusted to meet the use requirements of customers. It can be understood that when the indoor temperature is low, the temperature adjusting unit can heat the indoor air, and the heated indoor air enters the water container 3 again for purification, thereby improving the temperature and cleanliness of the indoor air. When the indoor temperature is high, the temperature adjusting unit can cool the indoor air, and the cooled indoor air enters the water container 3 again to be purified. Therefore, the indoor air temperature can be automatically adjusted, and the practicability of the air treatment device 10 is improved.
Alternatively, the temperature adjusting unit can adopt a semiconductor refrigerating element, and the Peltier effect is utilized to complete the functions of heating and refrigerating. It is of course to be understood that the temperature adjustment unit may also have only a heating function or only a cooling function.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air treatment device 10 further comprises a humidification module located downstream of the water container 3 in the air flowing direction, so as to raise the humidity of the indoor air and meet the use requirements of customers. Specifically, for example, the room is dry in winter, and thus discomfort is easily given to the body of the customer. With the humidification module setting in the low reaches of water receptacle 3, the room air gets into the humidification module after the purification of water receptacle 3, and the humidification module can promote the humidity of room air, and the room air after the final humidification is discharged, can promote customer's comfort level from this. Optionally, the humidification module can be automatically controlled, and a user can adjust the working efficiency of the humidification module according to the indoor actual condition, so that the automatic adjustment of the indoor humidity can be realized.
In some embodiments of the invention, the humidification module is a humidifier membrane, so that the adjustment of the air humidity can be facilitated. In a specific example of the present invention, the humidification module may include a water sprayer disposed on an upper portion of the humidification film, and the humidification film is provided with a plurality of air holes penetrating therethrough in a thickness direction, and the water sprayer may continuously spray water to the humidification film, so that a stable water film may be formed on the air holes. When the indoor air flows out of the water container 3, the indoor air enters the humidifying module again and is discharged from the air holes in the humidifying membrane block. When the indoor air passes through the water film, water molecules in the water film can be adsorbed on gas molecules in the air, so that the humidity of the indoor air can be improved.
An air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes an indoor heat exchanging portion and the air processing device 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention. The indoor heat exchange portion includes an indoor outer case 101, an indoor heat exchanger, and an indoor fan. The indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan are provided in the indoor housing 101. Specifically, the indoor heat exchanging part may adjust the temperature of the indoor air. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 operates, the indoor heat exchanger of the indoor heat exchanging part may raise/lower the temperature of indoor air, and then the indoor fan blows hot/cold air into the indoor space.
The air treatment device 10 is provided in the indoor heat exchanging portion, so that the structure of the indoor air conditioning unit 100 can be made simpler. In one embodiment of the present invention, the air treatment device 10 is disposed outside the indoor heat exchanging part and coupled with the indoor housing 101 of the indoor heat exchanging part. Alternatively, the air treatment devices 10 may be disposed on the left and right sides of the indoor housing 101, and the air treatment devices 10 may also be disposed on the front and rear sides of the indoor housing 101, and may be disposed according to the actual use requirements and installation space requirements of the user. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 operates, the indoor heat exchange part can adjust the indoor temperature, and the air treatment device 10 can clean the indoor air and improve the cleanliness of the indoor air. In another embodiment of the present invention, an installation space of the air treatment device 10 is defined in an indoor housing 101 of the indoor heat exchanging part, and the air treatment device 10 is received in the indoor housing 101. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is operated, the indoor heat exchange portion and the air processing device 10 can respectively adjust the temperature and the cleanliness of the indoor air, thereby improving the practicability of the air conditioning indoor unit 100.
According to the air conditioning indoor unit 100 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the air treatment device 10, the air treatment device 10 is provided with the water container 3 and the stirring piece 4, and the stirring action of the stirring piece 4 enables the water in the water container 3 to form a water curtain in the air treatment air duct 11. When the indoor air circulates in the air treatment air duct 11, the indoor air passes through the water curtain, and water molecules in the water curtain can adsorb dust, dust particles and the like in the indoor air and enable the dust particles and the like to be dissolved into water, so that the indoor air can be purified, the indoor air quality can be improved, and the practicability of the indoor air conditioner 100 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 may be a wall-mounted unit. It can be understood that the wall hanging machine is small in size and small in occupied space, and the air processing device 10 is arranged in the wall hanging machine, so that the quality of air flowing out of the wall hanging machine can be improved, indoor air is fresh, the body health of a user is facilitated, and the overall performance of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the indoor unit 100 may also be a floor air conditioner, and it is understood that the floor air conditioner is easy to move, so that the position of the indoor unit 100 can be adjusted.
An air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, and in this embodiment, the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is a floor standing air conditioner including an indoor heat exchanging part and an air processing device 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention. The indoor heat exchange portion includes an indoor outer case 101, an indoor heat exchanger, and an indoor fan. The indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan are provided in the indoor housing 101. Specifically, the indoor heat exchange part may adjust the temperature of the indoor air. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 operates, the indoor heat exchanger of the indoor heat exchanging part may raise/lower the temperature of indoor air, and then the indoor fan blows hot/cold air into the indoor space.
An air return opening 102 and an air outlet 103 are arranged on an indoor shell 101 of the vertical air conditioner, a heat exchange air channel is defined between the air return opening 102 and the air outlet 103, and an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan are arranged in the heat exchange air channel. Indoor air enters the heat exchange air duct from the air return opening 102, exchanges heat with the indoor heat exchanger, and is discharged from the air outlet 103, so that the indoor air is cooled or heated.
The air outlet 103 may be formed at both sides of the front surface of the indoor housing 101, and the air return opening 102 may be formed at the rear wall surface of the indoor housing 101. The air treatment device 10 is provided at a lower portion of the inside of the indoor housing 101, wherein an indoor air inlet 12 and an indoor air outlet may be formed at a rear wall surface of the indoor housing 101.
According to a third aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
According to the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the air conditioner indoor unit 100, the air treatment device 10, specifically comprising the water container 3 and the rotatable stirring part 4, is arranged in the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and the stirring part 4 can enable water in the water container 3 to form a water curtain in the air treatment air duct 11 through the self-stirring effect. Will pass from the water curtain when indoor air circulates in air treatment wind channel 11, the hydrone in the water curtain can adsorb dust and dust granule etc. in the indoor air and make it melt into the aquatic to can play the effect of purification to the indoor air, can promote indoor air quality, can promote the practicality of air conditioner from this.

The air treatment device of an indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein an opening is formed at a bottom of the water container, a communication hole is formed on a sidewall of the water container, the communication hole communicates with an inner cavity of the casing, and wherein the air treatment device further comprises a water replenishing bin which communicates with the water container through the opening.
5. The air treatment device of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the moisturizing chamber is provided outside the casing.
6. The air treatment device of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the agitating member extends vertically and is rotatable about a vertical axis.
7. An air processing apparatus of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the agitating member comprises:
a rotating shaft, at least a portion of which extends below a liquid level of the water container;
the swiveling wheel is arranged at the top of the rotating shaft, the outer diameter of the swiveling wheel is larger than that of the rotating shaft, and the swiveling wheel is higher than the top of the water container.
8. An air processing apparatus of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein a water-stirring rib is provided on the rotary shaft.
9. The air treatment device of an indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 7, wherein the rotary shaft is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, an interlayer communicating with an inner cavity of the rotary shaft is provided in the rotary wheel, and a water outlet communicating the interlayer and the air treatment duct is provided in the rotary wheel.
10. An air processing apparatus of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein a rotation axis of the agitating member coincides with a rotation axis of the guide fan.
11. An air processing unit of an indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 6, wherein an extension shaft is provided on the guide fan, and the extension shaft is connected to the stirring member to rotate the stirring member.
12. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
an indoor heat exchange part including an indoor outer case, an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan, the indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan being provided in the indoor outer case;
an air treatment device according to any one of claims 1-11, provided on the indoor heat exchanging portion.
13. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an air conditioning indoor unit according to claim 12.
