在螺杆式压缩机工作过程中,需要用到螺杆转子,即阴转子上的阴转子齿与阳转子上的阳转子齿互相啮合,因此,阴转子齿与阳转子齿的设计对压缩机的工作性能具有重要影响,螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本上决定了螺杆压缩机的性能。现有技术存在的共同缺点是:阴转子齿、阳转子齿的型线设计不合理,两者啮合不平稳,转子直径较小导致转速高,在实际应用中会出现噪声、振动大、刚性不足,密封性差、效率低;容易损坏,从而影响使用寿命。

为克服现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的空气螺杆压缩机转子,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:该螺杆压缩机转子,包括阴转子、阳转子,阴转子、阳转子为双边非对称型线,两者之间组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,阴转子和阳转子的齿数比为5:4,阴转子、阳转子之间具有间隙,以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴转子和阳转子之间的间隙为0.04-0.1mm,其实际型线坐标如下:

实施例:一种空气螺杆压缩机转子(参见图1),它包括阴转子1、阳转子2,阴转子1和阳转子2为双边非对称型线,组成曲线均为圆弧或圆弧包络线,阴转子1的齿数为5,阳转子2的齿数为4,阴转子1和阳转子2之间的间隙为0.08mm,考虑到加工误差问题,间隙可放宽至0.04-0.1mm。
