9. The infant wristband of claim 7 wherein the boot has an opening therein in communication with the chamber for removal of the information registration carrier and the wristband body, the infant wristband further comprising:

a closure provided to the opening for opening or closing the opening.

10. The infant wristband of claim 1, wherein a luminous paint layer is provided on an outer surface of the protective cover, and the luminous paint layer is distributed on both sides of the information registration carrier.
