Step S3, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 contracts and drives the mounting frame 32 to rise again, the third motor 324 drives the rotating shaft 323 to rotate to drive the adsorption template 33 to rotate 180 °, and then the mounting frame 32 descends again, so that the surface of the adsorption template 33, deviating from the adsorption groove 331, is abutted against the upper end surface of the central watch chain member 10, the adsorption template 33 descends, and the central watch chain member 10 is completely inserted into the first protecting sleeve 30, so that the first limiting bump 101 is embedded in the first limiting groove 302.
