The adsorption template 33 is provided with an air pumping member for performing air pumping operation on the air pumping channel, specifically, the air pumping member is an air pump 333, and the air pump 333 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the adsorption template 33. Taking the center watch chain 10 as an example, the center watch chain 10 is adsorbed in the adsorption groove 331, and the lower end surface of the center watch chain 10 protrudes from the lower plate surface of the adsorption form 33.
Referring to fig. 7 and 10, the workbench 1 is connected with a moving table 12 below the adsorption template 33 in a longitudinal sliding manner, the workbench 1 is fixedly connected with a plurality of second guide rods 11, the second guide rods 11 are arranged in a longitudinal direction in the axial direction, and the second guide rods 11 are inserted into the moving table 12. The worktable 1 is provided with a longitudinal driving mechanism 5 for driving the movable table 12 to slide, and the longitudinal driving mechanism 5 comprises a pair of driving wheels 51 rotatably connected to the worktable 1, a transmission belt 52 wound on the driving wheels 51, and a second motor 53 for driving one of the driving wheels 51 to rotate. The driving wheel 51 is disposed vertically in the axial direction, and one end of the driving belt 52 is fixedly connected to one side of the movable table 12 and the other end is fixedly connected to the other side of the movable table 12. The second motor 53 is fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the workbench 1, and an output shaft of the second motor 53 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the transmission wheel 51.
A first placing template 13 and a second placing template 14 which are positioned below the adsorption template 33 are placed on the moving platform 12, the moving platform 12 is provided with a positioning hole 15, and positioning columns 16 inserted into the positioning hole 15 are fixedly protruded from the lower end surfaces of the first placing template 13 and the second placing template 14. The first placing template 13 and the second placing template 14 are provided with at least two templates, and in the implementation, the first placing template 13 and the second placing template 14 are provided with two templates. The first placing template 13 is provided with a first placing groove 131, the first placing groove 131 is matched with the first protecting sleeve 30 or the second protecting sleeve 40, for example, the first protecting sleeve 30 is used, and after the first protecting sleeve 30 is placed in the first placing groove 131, the upper end face of the central watch chain piece 10 protrudes out of the upper end face of the second placing template 14.
The application also discloses a process for encapsulating the watch chain, which takes the encapsulation operation of the central watch chain piece 10 as an example and comprises the following steps.
Step S1, the first protection sleeve 30 is placed in the first placement groove 131 of the first placement template 13, the center watch chain piece 10 is placed in the second placement groove 141 of the second placement template 14, and the first placement template 13 and the second placement template 14 are placed on the workbench 1.
Step S2, the first motor 42 rotates to drive the transmission screw rod 41 to rotate, so as to drive the transverse sliding base 3 to slide, the mounting frame 32 is driven to slide, so that the adsorption template 33 is positioned above the second placing template 14, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 extends to drive the mounting frame 32 to descend, when the adsorption template 33 descends and fits on the second placing template 14, the upper half part of the central surface chain piece 10 is inserted into the adsorption groove 331, the upper end surface of the central surface chain piece 10 is abutted and covered on the adsorption hole 332, the air suction channel is pumped by the air pump 333, the central surface chain piece 10 in the adsorption groove 331 is adsorbed by the adsorption hole 332, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 contracts to drive the mounting frame 32 to ascend, the transverse sliding base 3 slides to be positioned above the first placing template 13, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 extends to drive the mounting frame 32 to descend, and the adsorption template 33 fits on the second placing template 14, thus, after the lower half part of the central watch chain element 10 is correspondingly inserted into the first protection sleeve 30, the air pump 333 stops working.
Step S3, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 31 contracts to drive the mounting frame 32 to ascend again, the third motor 324 drives the rotating shaft 323 to rotate to drive the adsorption template 33 to rotate 180 degrees, then the mounting frame 32 descends again, so that the plate surface of the adsorption template 33 departing from the adsorption groove 331 abuts against the upper end surface of the central watch chain piece 10, the adsorption template 33 descends, the central watch chain piece 10 is completely inserted into the first protection sleeve 30, and the first limiting bump 101 is embedded in the first limiting groove 302.

Claims (10)

The encapsulated bracelet of claim 1, wherein: the central watch chain piece (10) is provided with a first limiting bump (101) in a protruding mode on the surface, a first limiting groove (302) for the first limiting bump (101) to be embedded in is formed in the inner wall of the first protecting sleeve (30), and the first protecting sleeve (30) is an elastic sleeve.
