Referring to fig. 1 to 5D of the drawings of the present application, a tableware according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be disclosed and explained in the following description, wherein the tableware comprises a tableware body 10 and a guard ring 20 and has a sterilizing space 30, the sterilizing space 30 is formed between the tableware body 10 and the guard ring 20, wherein the guard ring 20 has at least one insertion opening 21, the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 is communicated with the sterilizing space 30, one end of a food taking member 100 can be inserted into the sterilizing space 30 from the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 to be sterilized in the sterilizing space 30, so that the tableware can assist the food taking member 100 to be sterilized.
It is worth mentioning that the type of eating member 100 is not limited in the cutlery of the present invention, for example, the eating member 100 may be a spoon, fork, chopsticks. In other words, the cutlery can assist in the disinfection of spoons, forks, chopsticks.
Specifically, the tableware body 10 has a containing space 11 and a containing opening 12 communicating with the containing space 11, wherein food can be contained in the containing space 11 from the containing opening 12 of the tableware body 10, and food can be taken out from the containing space 11 from the containing opening 12 of the tableware body 10. The guard ring 20 is mounted to the tableware body 10 in such a manner as to be fitted to the outside of the tableware body 10.
The cutlery has a eating state and a disinfection state, and the cutlery is switchable between the eating state and the disinfection state. When the tableware is in the dining state, the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 can be shielded by the outer wall of the tableware body 10, so that the food contained in the containing space 11 of the tableware body 10 is prevented from flowing out of the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20; when the tableware is in the sterilized state, the tableware forms the sterilizing space 30 between the tableware body 10 and the guard ring 20, and the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 is communicated with the sterilizing space 30, so that one end of the eating article 100 is allowed to be inserted into the sterilizing space 30 from the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20.
Preferably, when the tableware is in the dinning state, the high end edge of the guard ring 20 does not protrude from the high end edge of the tableware body 10, so as to prevent the gap formed between the guard ring 20 and the tableware body 10 from facing and communicating with the containing space 11 of the tableware body 10. For example, in a preferred embodiment of the tableware of the present invention, the high-end edge of the guard ring 20 is flush with the high-end edge of the tableware body 10, so as to avoid the gap formed between the guard ring 20 and the tableware body 10 from facing and communicating with the containing space 11 of the tableware body 10. In another preferred embodiment of the tableware of the present invention, the high-end edge of the guard ring 20 is lower than the high-end edge of the tableware body 10, so as to avoid the gap formed between the guard ring 20 and the tableware body 10 from moving toward and communicating with the containing space 11 of the tableware body 10.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 5D, the guard ring 20 includes a ring main body 22 and at least one deformable guard main body 23 mounted to the ring main body 22, the insertion opening 21 is formed in the guard main body 23, wherein the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 can be telescopically mounted to the tableware body 10 to hold the guard main body 23 at the side of the tableware body 10. In the tableware of the present invention, the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 is hard to prevent the ring main body 22 from being deformed, so that the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 can be reliably mounted to the tableware body 10, while the guard main body 23 of the guard ring 20 is flexible to allow the guard main body 23 to be deformed, so that the opening size and shape of the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 can be deformed based on the size and shape of the eating article 100, in such a manner that, after one end of the eating article 100 is inserted into the sterilizing space 30 from the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20, the guard main body 23 can wrap the portion of the eating article 100 held at the insertion opening 21 to prevent a gap from being generated between the guard main body 23 and the eating article 100 as much as possible, so that it is possible to reduce the leakage of ultraviolet rays from between the protective body 23 and the eating member 100 when the portion of the eating member 100 held in the sterilizing space 30 is sterilized by ultraviolet rays.
Preferably, the protective body 23 of the protective ring 20 is made of a silicone material, such as food grade silicone, so that the protective body 23 of the protective ring 20 is flexible to allow the protective body 23 to deform, so that the protective body 23 can automatically wrap the portion of the eating article 100 held at the insertion opening 21 after the one end of the eating article 100 is inserted into the sterilizing space 30 from the insertion opening 21 of the protective ring 20, and the size and shape of the insertion opening 21 formed by the protective body 23 can be adapted to the size and shape of the eating article 100 held at the insertion opening 21, so as to obtain a plug-and-close effect.
In a preferred example of the tableware of the present invention, the protection body 23 of the protection ring 20 is detachably mounted to the ring body 22, so that the protection body 23 can be easily replaced. Specifically, the ring main body 22 has a mounting portion 221, wherein the mounting portion 221 communicates the inner wall and the outer wall of the ring main body 22, and the shield main body 23 is detachably mounted to the mounting portion 221 of the ring main body 22. It is to be noted that although in the preferred example of the tableware article shown in fig. 1 to 5D, the mounting portion 221 of the ring main body 22 is a mounting through-hole, i.e., the inner wall of the ring main body 22 for forming the mounting portion 221 is a continuous inner wall, in other examples of the tableware article, the mounting portion 221 of the ring main body 22 may be a mounting groove, i.e., the inner wall of the ring main body 22 for forming the mounting portion 221 is a discontinuous inner wall.
In other examples of the cutlery of the present invention, the guard body 23 of the guard ring 20 is integrally formed with the ring body 22. Specifically, in the process of manufacturing the guard ring 20, first, the ring body 22 having the mounting portion 221 is provided, and then, the guard body 23 is integrally formed with the mounting portion 221 of the ring body 22 based on a two-shot molding process, thus allowing the guard body 23 to be integrally molded with the ring body 22.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 5D, the protective body 23 of the protective ring 20 has at least one first direction through groove 231 and at least one second direction through groove 232, the first direction through groove 231 and the second direction through groove 232 intersect to form the insertion opening 21 of the protective ring 20, and in this way, the size and shape of the insertion opening 21 of the protective ring 20 can be deformed based on the size and shape of the eating article 100, i.e., the size and shape of the insertion opening 21 of the protective ring 20 can be adapted to the size and shape of the portion of the eating article 100 held at the insertion opening 21 of the protective ring 20. Preferably, the first direction through-groove 231 and the second direction through-groove 232 of the shield body 23 of the shield ring 20 are perpendicular to each other.
In this particular example of the cutlery shown in fig. 1 to 5D, the guard body 23 of the guard ring 20 has one first direction through groove 231 and a plurality of second direction through grooves 232, the first direction through-groove 231 extends along a circumferential direction of the guard ring 20, each of the second direction through-grooves 232 extends along a height direction of the guard ring 20, and each of the second direction penetration grooves 232 is perpendicular to the first direction penetration groove 231, this allows the first direction through-grooves 231 and the second direction through-grooves 232 of the guard ring 20 to have a plurality of intersection positions 233, in this way, the cutlery allows a plurality of eating items 100 to be simultaneously held in the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20, and the protective body 23 of the protective ring 20 can automatically wrap the portion of each eating article 100 which is held in the insertion opening 21. Preferably, the first direction through-groove 231 and a middle portion of each of the second direction through-grooves 232 intersect to form the intersection position 233.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 5D, the outer wall of the tableware body 10 is provided with a screw structure, the inner wall of the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 is provided with a screw structure, and the screw structure of the tableware body 10 and the screw structure of the ring main body 22 cooperate to allow the ring main body 22 to be telescopically mounted to the tableware body 10 in such a manner that the ring main body 22 is screwed to the tableware body 10. In the tableware of the present invention, the manner of screwing the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 to the different positions of the tableware body 10 allows the tableware to be switched between the dining state and the sterilizing state, thus facilitating the use of the tableware.
Specifically, in the tableware of the present invention, when the thread structure of the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 located at the lower portion is screwed with the thread structure of the tableware body 10 located at the lower portion, the tableware is in the dining state, and at this time, the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 is shielded by the outer wall of the tableware body 10, and the high-end edge of the guard ring 20 does not protrude from the high-end edge of the tableware body 10; when the screw structure of the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 and the screw structure of the tableware body 10 are screwed by allowing the guard ring 20 and the tableware body 10 to rotate relatively, the tableware is in the sterilization state, the sterilization space 30 is formed between the guard ring 20 and the tableware body 10, and the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 is communicated with the sterilization space 30. It can be understood that the space height of the sterilizing space 30 of the tableware is greater than the space height of the containing space 11 of the tableware body 10, that is, when the tableware is in the sterilizing state, the containing space 11 defined by the tableware body 10 and the space defined by the guard ring 20 form the sterilizing space 30, so that the height of the sterilizing space 30 is greater than the height of the containing space 11 of the tableware body 10, and thus when one end of the eating member 100 is inserted into the sterilizing space 30 from the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20, more parts of the eating member 100 are located in the sterilizing space 30, thereby facilitating the sterilization of the parts of the eating member 100 which are likely to contact with food.
Referring to fig. 1-5D, the guard ring 20 further includes at least one handle 24, the handle 24 integrally extending from the ring body 22. In addition, since the handle 24 protrudes from the ring main body 22, the handle 24 can provide an advantageous point of application to help the user rotate the guard ring 20 when the user needs to switch the use state of the tableware between the dining state and the sterilization state.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5D, the cutlery further comprises a sterilization cover 40, wherein the sterilization cover 40 has a set of ultraviolet lamps 41 for providing ultraviolet light. It is worth mentioning that the disinfection cap may also have other components, such as a battery, a circuit board, a switch, a buck-boost module, etc. The sterilizing cover 40 is installed at the high end edge of the guard ring 20 in such a manner that the ultraviolet lamps 41 of the sterilizing cover 40 face the sterilizing space 30, so that the ultraviolet lamps 41 of the sterilizing cover 40 can generate ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet rays can be radiated to the sterilizing space 30 to sterilize the eating member 100 held in the sterilizing space 30. It can be understood that the ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet lamp 41 of the sterilizing cover 40 can provide a sterilizing function to the inner wall of the tableware body 10 and the inner wall of the guard ring 20.
Preferably, the size and shape of the sterilizing cover 40 are matched with those of the protective ring 20, so that when the sterilizing cover 40 is mounted on the high end edge of the protective ring 20 with the ultraviolet lamp 41 of the sterilizing cover 40 facing the sterilizing space 30, the sterilizing cover 40 can close the space opening of the sterilizing space 30, thereby preventing the ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet lamp 41 of the sterilizing cover 40 from leaking between the sterilizing cover 40 and the protective ring 20.
Fig. 4A to 5D show the use of the cutlery when applied for sterilization.
Referring to fig. 4A, the tableware is in the dining state, at this time, the thread structure of the ring main body 22 of the guard ring 20 located at the lower portion is screwed with the thread structure of the tableware body 10 located at the lower portion, the insertion opening 21 of the guard ring 20 is shielded by the outer wall of the tableware body 10, and the high end edge of the guard ring 20 does not protrude from the high end edge of the tableware body 10.
