Preferably, the fitting portion 121 of the converting element 12 extends downward from the upper edge of the container body 11 in a curved manner, and the fitting portion 121 has flexibility to allow the upward folding and also to stably support the eating element 30 and the sterilization device 10. For example, the fitting part 121 may be implemented as, but not limited to, a silicon gel, and an upper edge of the fitting part 121 is embedded in the container body 11. Optionally, the fitting portion 121 is connected to the container body 11 by a material having a certain flexibility, so that the converting element 12 is allowed to be folded, for example, but not limited to, connecting the fitting portion 121 of the converting element 12 with silicone.
That is, the switch 12 may be implemented to allow itself to be turned over, or a connection part connecting the container body 11 and the switch 12 to allow it to be turned over. It should be noted that the specific manner in which the switch 12 is provided on the container body 11 in a foldable manner is merely an example, and is not intended to limit the content and scope of the tableware with sterilizing device 100 of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 9 to 10B, in this particular embodiment of the tableware with sterilizing device 100 of the present invention, the switching member 12 is foldably installed on the container body 11, and the switching member 12 can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state, so that the container 10 can be switched between the sterilizing state and the eating state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10A, when the switching element 12 is in the unfolded state, the switching element 12 is held on the upper portion of the container body 11 in a manner of protruding from the upper edge of the container body 11, and the receiving notch 102 of the notch forming portion 122 of the switching element 12 is higher than the upper edge of the container body 11, so that the eating element 20 can be placed thereon. Referring to fig. 10B, when the converting element 12 is in the folded state, the converting element 12 is disposed on the container body 11 in a manner that the upper edge is lower than or aligned with the upper edge of the container body 11, and the receiving gap 102 is shielded, so that the user can use the container 10 for eating.
Preferably, the fitting portion 121 of the converter 12 has at least one fold, and the portions above and below the fold can be unfolded or folded by relative movement, so that the converter 12 is switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, the notch forming portion 122 of the converter 12 is correspondingly retained above or at the side of the container body 11, and the receiving notch 102 formed in the notch forming portion 122 can be located above the container body 11 or shielded, so that the container 10 is switched between the sterilizable state and the meal available state.
Alternatively, the mounting portion 121 of the switching member 12 is connected to the container body 11 by a foldable connecting member, and the mounting portion 121 of the switching member 12 is unfolded or folded along with the foldable connecting member, so that the container 10 can be switched between the sterilizable state and the meal available state.
It should be noted that the specific embodiment of the switch 12 for switching between the unfolded state and the folded state is only an example and is not intended to limit the content and scope of the tableware with sterilizing device 100 of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 11 to 12B, in this particular embodiment of the tableware with sterilizing apparatus 100 of the present invention, the switching member 12 is mounted to the container body 11 to be movable up and down, so that the accommodating container 10 can be switched between the sterilizing state and the dinable state. Specifically, the conversion piece 12 moves upward relative to the container body 11 to protrude from the upper edge of the container body 11, and the receiving notch 102 of the notch-forming portion 12 of the conversion piece 12 is located above the fusion-cast body 11, the receiving notch 102 is used for placing the eating piece 20, and the container 10 is in the sterilizable state. After sterilization, the switching member 12 is operatively moved downward relative to the container body 11 to be disposed on the container body 11 in such a manner that the upper edge is lower than or aligned with the upper edge of the container body 11, the upper edge of the container body 11 is exposed, the receiving notch 102 is shielded, and the container 10 is switched to the meal availability state.
Preferably, the fitting portion 121 of the converting element 12 is mounted to the container body 11 in a clearance fit manner so as to be movable up and down, and the converting element 12 is moved up or down relative to the container body 11 by pulling the fitting portion 121 of the converting element 12 upward or pushing the fitting portion 121 of the converting element 12 downward.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the switching member 12 mounted to the container body 11 to be movable up and down is merely an example, and is not intended to limit the content and scope of the tableware with sterilizing apparatus 100 of the present invention.
Further, after the food taking piece 20 is placed in the receiving notch 102 of the notch forming portion 122 of the converting element 12, the notch forming portion 122 can be attached to the surface of the food taking piece 20, so as to avoid a gap between the notch forming portion 122 and the food taking piece 20. Thus, the sterilizing light generated by the sterilizing device 30 is not radiated to the external environment from the gap between the eating utensil 20 and the notch forming part 122, and the safety of the tableware with sterilizing device 100 is ensured.
Preferably, the notch forming portion 122 has elasticity, and after the food taking piece 20 is placed in the receiving notch 102 of the notch forming portion 122, the notch forming portion 122 is attached to the food taking piece 122 in a deformation manner, so as to avoid a gap between the notch forming portion 122 and the food taking piece 20. For example, but not limited to, the notch forming portion 122 is made of silicon, rubber or other elastic materials.
In this particular embodiment of the present invention, the container body 11 of the container 10 comprises a container member 111 and an insulating member 112, wherein the insulating member 112 has a receiving cavity 1120, wherein the container member 111 is disposed in the receiving cavity 1120, and wherein the receiving space 101 is formed in the container member 111. Preferably, the container member 111 is placed in the receiving cavity 1120 of the thermal insulation member 112 in such a manner that the side surface of the container member 111 and the side surface of the thermal insulation member 112 are spaced apart from each other, so that the user can use the container body 11 by directly contacting the thermal insulation member 112, thereby preventing the user from being scalded due to the excessively high temperature of the food contained in the receiving space 101 of the container member 111, and ensuring the safety of the tableware 100 with a sterilizing device.
The specific material of the container body 11 and the thermal insulation member 112 is not limited, for example, but not limited to, the container body 11 may be made of stainless steel, plastic, silica gel, glass ceramic or other materials, and the thermal insulation member 112 may be made of stainless steel, plastic, silica gel, glass ceramic or other materials.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the depth of the accommodating cavity 1120 of the thermal insulation member 112 of the container body 11 is greater than the height of the container member 111, and after the container member 111 is placed in the accommodating cavity 1120 of the thermal insulation member 112, a containing space exists between the bottom surface of the container member 111 and the bottom surface of the thermal insulation member 112, and can contain hot water for heating the food contained in the accommodating space 101 of the container member 111. Thus, the heat insulating member 112 not only serves to insulate heat, but also serves to heat food, thereby improving the utility of the tableware 100 with a sterilizing apparatus.
The container 10 further includes a holding member 13, wherein the holding member 13 is disposed on the mounting portion 121 of the converting element 12 or the heat insulating element 112 of the container body 11, the holding member 13 extends outward from a side portion of the mounting portion 121 or a side portion of the heat insulating element 112, and a user can use the container 10 by holding the holding member 13. The specific implementation of the grip 13 is not limited, for example, but not limited to, the grip 13 is implemented as an elongated structure or a spherical structure.
It should be noted that the specific embodiment of the container body 11 of the container 10 is not limited, and the container body 11 may be implemented as a bowl, a cup, a deep dish or other tableware for holding food. The specific embodiment of the eating member 20 is not limited, and the eating member 20 may be implemented as a spoon, a chopstick, a straw, or the like. Further, the shape of the container 10 and the cap body 22 of the sterilization device 20 is not limited, and although the opening of the container 10 is implemented as a circle and the cap body 22 of the sterilization device 20 is also implemented as a circle in the drawings of the present disclosure, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the container 10 and the cap body 22 of the sterilization device 20 may be implemented as other shapes, such as, but not limited to, a square, an oval, and the like.

The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (9)

1. Tableware with sterilizing device for placing a food taking member, characterized in that the tableware with sterilizing device comprises:
the sterilizing device can generate sterilizing light; and
a container, wherein the container comprises a container body and a conversion member, wherein the container body has a receiving space, wherein the conversion member has at least one receiving notch, wherein the conversion member is operatively disposed on the container body and enables the container to be converted between a sterilizable state and a meal available state, and when the container is in the sterilizable state, the receiving notch of the conversion member is located above an upper edge of the container body for placing the food taking member, the sterilization device is capable of being flatly held above the food taking member and the container body in a manner of being attached to the conversion member, the sterilization light generated by the sterilization device is blocked by the container and the sterilization device, and when the container is in the meal available state, the accommodating notch of the conversion piece is shielded.
2. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said switching member is detachably mounted to said container body with said receiving notch facing upward or downward, and enables said container to be switched between said sterilizing state and said eating usable state.
3. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the switching member is turnably provided to the container main body with the receiving notch facing upward or downward, and enables the container to be switched between the sterilizing state and the eating usable state.
4. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said switching member is foldably installed to said container body and enables said container to be switched between said sterilizing state and said eating usable state.
5. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said switching member is movably mounted to said container main body up and down and enables said container to be switched between said sterilizing state and said eating usable state.
6. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said adaptor comprises a fitting portion and at least one notch forming portion, said notch forming portion is disposed on said fitting portion, wherein said receiving notch is formed on said notch forming portion, wherein said notch forming portion has elasticity, so that said notch forming portion can be deformed to fit said food-taking member after said food-taking member is placed in said receiving notch.
7. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein said container body comprises a container member and an insulating member, wherein said receiving space is formed in said container member, said insulating member has a receiving chamber, and wherein said container member is disposed in said receiving chamber of said insulating member.
8. The tableware with sterilizing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the depth of the receiving cavity of the heat insulating member is greater than the height of the receiving member, and a receiving space is formed between the bottom surface of the receiving member and the bottom surface of the heat insulating member after the receiving member is disposed in the receiving cavity of the heat insulating member.
9. The tableware with sterilizing unit according to claim 8, wherein said container further comprises a holding member, wherein said holding member is provided on said converting member or said container body, and said holding member is extended outwardly from a side portion of said converting member or a side portion of said container body.
