Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a disinfection device, in particular to a disinfection cabinet.
Background
In recent years, with the improvement of living standard of people, people pay more attention to the problems of physical health, diet and sanitation and the like. The disinfection cabinet is not only sold to various public dining places, but also gradually becomes one of the necessary electrical appliances in the household kitchen. Especially for families with infants, the sanitation of tableware is very important. The resistance of infants is weak, the infants are easily infected by bacteria and viruses, and once the tableware is used, the symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain and the like of the infants are easily caused. Therefore, the tableware of the infant needs to be placed in the disinfection cabinet for disinfection and sterilization.
However, the existing disinfection cabinet still has a plurality of problems in the using process. Specifically, the conventional sterilizing cabinet includes a cabinet main body having a sterilizing space and an ultraviolet lamp installed at a top of the cabinet main body, the ultraviolet lamp generating ultraviolet rays toward the sterilizing space of the sterilizing cabinet to sterilize and disinfect a tableware placed in the sterilizing space of the cabinet main body. Only one ultraviolet lamp is provided, and a user generally needs to face one side of the tableware-containing food toward the ultraviolet lamp when putting the tableware into the sterilizing space of the cabinet main body, so as to ensure that bacteria and viruses on the surface of the tableware-containing food can be rapidly killed. The disinfection efficiency of the part of the tableware, which is opposite to the ultraviolet lamp, is far lower than that of the side, which is towards the ultraviolet lamp. Furthermore, the disinfection cabinet is generally provided with at least one compartment for placing the dishes in the disinfection space of the cabinet body in an up-and-down spaced manner. And the tableware positioned above the interlayer and the interlayer can prevent the ultraviolet lamp at the top of the cabinet main body from directly irradiating the tableware below the interlayer. It is difficult for the ultraviolet lamp to uniformly sterilize the tableware in the sterilizing space of the cabinet main body. In addition, only one ultraviolet lamp is used for sterilization, the sterilization efficiency is low, when a large amount of tableware is placed in the sterilization space, bacteria and viruses on the surfaces of the tableware are difficult to be completely sterilized, and the use safety of the tableware is not guaranteed. In addition, if the cleanliness of the tableware needs to be improved, the tableware can only be kept in the disinfection space for a long time, the cleanliness of the tableware can be improved by prolonging the irradiation time of the ultraviolet lamp, and long waiting time is consumed for users.

For example, the sterilization module 20 may be fixed to the reservation mounting part 30 by means of gluing or the like. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific mounting of the disinfection module 20 and the pre-determined mount 30 is exemplary only and should not be construed as limiting the scope and content of the disinfection cabinet 100 of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization module 20 includes a power supply unit 21 and a sterilization body 22, wherein the power supply unit 21 is electrically connected to the sterilization body 22, and the power supply unit 21 supplies power to the sterilization body 22. That is, the sterilization modules 20 are provided with the power supply units 21 themselves, and the power supply units 21 of each sterilization module 20 are independent of each other.
Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment of the present invention, the disinfection cabinet 100 further comprises a power supply module 40 and at least one power supply terminal 50, wherein the power supply terminal 50 is electrically connected to the power supply module 40, and the power supply terminal 50 is disposed on the reserved installation portion 30. The sterilizing module 20 comprises a conductive terminal 23 and the sterilizing body 22. When the disinfection main body 22 of the disinfection module 20 is mounted on the reserved mounting portion 30, the conductive terminals 23 of the disinfection module 20 are electrically connected to the power supply terminals 50 of the disinfection cabinet 100, the power supply module 40 and the disinfection main body 22 can be conducted, and the power supply module 40 can supply power to most disinfection modules 20.
Alternatively, the power supply terminals 50 are disposed at intervals on one side of the reserved installation portion 30, after the disinfection main body 22 of the disinfection module 20 is installed on the reserved installation portion 30, the conductive terminals 23 of the disinfection module 20 are electrically connected to the power supply terminals 50, the power supply module 40 and the disinfection main body 22 can be conducted, and thus the power supply module 40 can provide power supply for a plurality of disinfection modules 20.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2 to 8, the disinfection cabinet main body 10 further comprises a light reflecting member 14, wherein the light reflecting member 14 is disposed on an inner wall of the receiving member 11 of the disinfection cabinet main body 10. When the sterilizing module 20 is implemented to sterilize the objects in the sterilizing space 101 by generating the sterilizing light, the light reflecting member 14 may reflect the sterilizing light generated from the sterilizing module 20 to facilitate an improvement in the sterilizing efficiency of the sterilizing cabinet 100.
Preferably, with reference to fig. 2 to 8, the disinfection cabinet body 10 further comprises a seal 15, wherein the seal 15 is held between the receiving member 11 and the closing member 12. The closing element 16 is elastic, and the closing element 16 can prevent a gap from being generated between the accommodating element 11 and the closing element 12 by deforming, so as to avoid the disinfection factor from overflowing from the gap between the closing element 12 and the accommodating element 11 to the external environment when the disinfection cabinet 100 disinfects the articles to be disinfected in the disinfection space 101. In this way, not only is the sterilization efficiency of the sterilization cabinet 100 guaranteed, but also the sterilization factor is prevented from causing damage to the user. Preferably, the sealing member 15 is implemented as, but not limited to, a rubber frame.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only examples, wherein features of different embodiments may be combined with each other to obtain embodiments which are easily conceivable in accordance with the disclosure of the utility model, but which are not explicitly indicated in the drawings.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the utility model described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the utility model. The objects of the utility model have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.
