a machine table for supporting;
the turntable is arranged on the machine table, and a plurality of clamps for placing the rubber wheels are arranged on the turntable;
the feeding wheel mechanism is arranged beside the turntable and used for feeding a rubber wheel into the clamp;
the first detection mechanism is arranged beside the rotary table and positioned on one side of the wheel feeding mechanism, and is used for detecting whether the placement direction of the rubber wheels is correct or not;
the first rejecting mechanism is arranged beside the rotary table and positioned on one side of the first detecting mechanism, and is used for rejecting the rubber wheel with the wrong placing direction from the clamp;
the bearing installation mechanism is arranged beside the turntable and positioned on one side of the first rejecting mechanism, and is used for placing a bearing towards the middle of the rubber wheel;
the bearing riveting mechanism is arranged beside the turntable and positioned on one side of the bearing mounting mechanism, and is used for riveting the rubber wheel so as to fix the bearing in the rubber wheel;
the second detection mechanism is arranged beside the turntable and positioned on one side of the bearing riveting mechanism, and is used for detecting the riveting precision of the rubber wheel;
the second removing mechanism is arranged beside the rotary table and positioned on one side of the second detection mechanism, and is used for removing the rubber wheel with riveting precision not meeting the requirement from the clamp;
and the finished product collecting mechanism is arranged beside the rotary table and positioned at one side of the second rejecting mechanism, and is used for moving the rubber wheel with riveting precision meeting the requirement out of the clamp and collecting the rubber wheel.

The rubber wheel mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the wheel feeding mechanism, the first detecting mechanism, the first rejecting mechanism, the bearing mounting mechanism, the bearing riveting mechanism, the second detecting mechanism, the second rejecting mechanism, and the finished product collecting mechanism are sequentially disposed beside the turntable in a surrounding manner along a rotation direction of the turntable.

The rubber wheel installation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rubber wheel feeding mechanism comprises a first support arranged on the machine table, a first guide rail arranged on the first support, a first pushing block for pushing the rubber wheel to the clamp along the first guide rail, and a first driving device for driving the first pushing block to move along the first guide rail, and the first driving device is arranged at the bottom of the first support and connected with the first pushing block through a first connecting rod.

The rubber wheel mounting apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first guide rail is provided with a guide groove for stacking the rubber wheels, and a vibration plate for arranging the rubber wheels and feeding the rubber wheels into the guide groove is further provided above the guide groove.
5. The rubber wheel mounting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first and second detection mechanisms are magnetic scales.

The rubber wheel installation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first rejecting mechanism comprises a second support arranged on the machine table, a second driving device arranged on the second support, a first pressing block driven by the second driving device to lift and descend, and a first sliding groove located below the clamp, and the first pressing block is located right above the clamp; the second removing mechanism comprises a third support arranged on the machine table, a third driving device arranged on the third support, a second pressing block driven by the third driving device to lift and a second sliding groove located below the clamp, and the second pressing block is located right above the clamp.

The rubber wheel mounting apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bearing mounting mechanism includes a fourth bracket disposed on the machine platform, a second guide rail disposed on the fourth bracket, a second pushing block for pushing the bearing toward the fixture along the second guide rail, and a fourth driving device for driving the second pushing block to move along the second guide rail, and the fourth driving device is fixed to the fourth bracket by a second connecting rod.

The apparatus for mounting rubber wheels according to claim 7, wherein said bearing mounting mechanism further comprises a fifth bracket provided on said machine table, a fifth driving means provided on said fifth bracket for pressing down the bearing to the inside of the rubber wheel, said fifth driving means being located right above said jig.

The rubber wheel installation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bearing riveting mechanism comprises a riveting base, a lower die base arranged on the riveting base, a hydraulic driving device arranged on the riveting base and an upper die base driven by the hydraulic driving device to lift, the upper die base and the lower die base are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the clamp, molding positioning adjusting bolts facing the lower die base are arranged at two sides of the upper die base, and the molding positioning adjusting bolts are installed on the lower end face of the upper die base through threads.

The rubber wheel installation equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the finished product collecting mechanism comprises a sixth support arranged on the machine table, a sixth driving device arranged on the sixth support, a third pressing block driven by the sixth driving device to lift and descend, and a third sliding chute positioned below the clamp, and the third pressing block is positioned right above the clamp.
