When the shortest distance L2 between the nozzle of the impeller head 340 and the brake disc 200 on the brake disc tool 100 is greater than 370mm, the distance between the steel shot sprayed by the impeller head 340 and the brake disc 200 is too large, and before the steel shot collides with the surface of the brake disc 200, the energy loss of the steel shot is large, so that the cleaning effect of the impeller head cleaning machine 300 on the brake disc 200 can be reduced, and the working efficiency is reduced. In some examples, the shortest distance between the spray head of the impeller 340 and the brake disc 200 on the brake disc tooling 100 is 350 mm. In a specific application, a user can set the shortest distance between the nozzle of the impeller head 340 and the brake disc 200 on the brake disc tool 100 in the above range according to actual requirements, and the embodiment does not limit specific values.
