Description

Equipment for cleaning workpiece by using dry ice
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of metal and nonmetal workpiece processing, in particular to equipment for cleaning a workpiece by using dry ice.
Background
At present, when metal and nonmetal workpieces are processed, burrs, barbs, foreign matters and the like may be generated on the workpieces due to the requirements of the processing technology. For example, in the case of plastic products, common molding methods include injection molding, die drawing or cast molding, and when these molding methods are used, fine burrs are often generated on the mold parting line or other edges, and these burrs may be larger or smaller due to different processes and different shapes of parts. In some cases, jaggies, drawn objects and the like are formed at the edge; in the case of metal products, barbs, burrs, and the like may be formed at the edges due to problems in machining tools, machining methods, processes, and the like.
In view of the above problems, it is necessary to perform post-processing on the workpiece after the completion of the main process, such as deburring the workpiece, cleaning foreign matter adhering to the surface of the workpiece, and the like. In the prior art, the post-processing of the workpiece is mainly performed by an operator in three ways, namely, cleaning the workpiece by holding a dry ice gun, cleaning the workpiece by using vibration generated by ultrasonic waves, and cleaning the workpiece, especially a hole, by using a tool such as a scraper or an elongated awl.
However, each of the above three methods has problems, such as low power of the hand-held dry ice gun due to the need to constantly adjust the direction and position during operation to align the gun with the workpiece, the risk of injury to the operator due to contact of the dry ice particles with the skin of the operator, and poor cleaning or inefficiency due to fatigue of the operator; ultrasonic cleaning can only remove surface stains, cannot clean fine burrs and cannot clean impurities in holes, and in addition, cleaning solution used for ultrasonic cleaning needs to be discharged independently; the use of scraper tools cannot properly treat the fine parts, and the labor cost is too high, so that the scraper tools are not suitable for mass production.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To solve the above technical problem, embodiments of the present invention are directed to an apparatus for cleaning a workpiece with dry ice.
The technical scheme of the utility model is realized as follows:
an apparatus for cleaning a workpiece with dry ice, the apparatus comprising:
a pulverizer for pulverizing the dry ice raw material into powder;
an air pump for supplying compressed air into the pulverizer to blow the powdery dry ice in the pulverizer with the compressed air;
a spray gun through which the blown dry ice is sprayed;
a drive mechanism for driving the lance and/or the workpiece to move relative to each other.
By using the equipment for cleaning the workpiece by using the dry ice provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the problems of low working efficiency and possible personal injury caused by the fact that a worker holds the dry ice gun by hand are solved, in addition, the relative movement of the spray gun and the workpiece is realized due to the arrangement of the driving mechanism, so that the accurate positioning of the spray gun relative to the workpiece is realized, and any part of the workpiece can be cleaned.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus 1 for cleaning a workpiece W using dry ice, the apparatus 1 including:
a crusher 10, wherein the crusher 10 is used for crushing the dry ice raw material into powder;
an air pump 20 for supplying compressed air into the pulverizer 10 to blow the powdery dry ice in the pulverizer 10 with the compressed air;
a spray gun 30 through which the blown dry ice is sprayed;
a drive mechanism 40, said drive mechanism 40 for driving said torch 30 and/or said workpiece W to move relative to each other.
By using the equipment for cleaning the workpiece by using the dry ice, which is provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the problems of low working efficiency and possible personal injury caused by the fact that a worker holds the dry ice gun by hand are solved, in addition, the relative movement of the spray gun and the workpiece is realized due to the arrangement of the driving mechanism, so that the accurate positioning of the spray gun relative to the workpiece is realized, and any part of the workpiece can be cleaned.
In order to enable the lance and the workpiece to be moved relative to each other so that they can be positioned in different positional relationships relative to each other, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the drive mechanism 40 includes:
a first guide rail 401 for guiding the movement of the spray gun;
a second guide rail 402 disposed perpendicular to the first guide rail 401, the second guide rail 402 for guiding the first guide rail 401 to move;
a third guide rail 403 arranged perpendicular to said first guide rail 401 and perpendicular to said second guide rail 402, said third guide rail 403 being adapted to guide the movement of said workpiece W.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the relative movement path along which the spray gun 30 and the workpiece W move relative to each other is determined according to the portion of the workpiece W to be cleaned and the desired cleaning interval between the portion to be cleaned and the spray gun 30.
Because the guide rail system in the form of a three-coordinate system is arranged, and the moving distance of the spray gun and the workpiece relative to each other is determined by the required cleaning distance, the spray gun and the workpiece can be positioned relative to each other so that the spray gun is precisely aligned with the part to be cleaned of the workpiece and the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece is proper, the workpiece can be cleaned more precisely, and the 'alignment' cannot be excessively wrong due to long working time of the equipment.
Because various portions of the workpiece may require different degrees of cleaning, the time taken to clean the various portions may also vary. In view of this, it is preferable that respective relative movement speeds at which the torch 30 and the workpiece W move relative to each other at different positions in the relative movement path be determined in accordance with a required cleaning time of the portion to be cleaned.
Referring to fig. 5, it is preferable that the pulverizer 10 is provided with a vibrator 101, and the vibrator 101 is used to vibrate dry ice that has been pulverized into powder to prevent freezing.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the crusher 10 is located at a lower portion of the apparatus 1, and the vibrator 101 is provided at a bottom of the crusher 10. The vibrator 101 comprises a vertically arranged shaft 1011, a spring 1012 fitted over the shaft 1011, a support seat 1013 and a bottom plate 1014, wherein the shaft 1011 and the spring 1012 are seated on the mounting seat 1013, the mounting seat 1013 is fixed on the bottom plate 1014, the bottom plate 1014 is fixed at the bottom of the crusher 10 to serve as a vibration platform to bring the whole crusher 10 into vibration to prevent the dry ice from freezing, and the shaft 1011 and the spring 1012 serve as a vibration absorbing means to prevent the vibration of the crusher 10 from being transmitted to other parts of the apparatus 1.
In order to shield noise and prevent dry ice particles or foreign matter cleanly removed from the workpiece from splashing into the surrounding environment when the apparatus 1 is in operation, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the apparatus 1 preferably further comprises a shield 50 for shielding the workpiece W and the lance 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shield case 50 may be provided outside the driving mechanism 40 to enclose the driving mechanism 40 and the workpiece and the like therein to be isolated from the external environment, and thus the cleaning operation of the workpiece W will be performed inside the shield case 50, so that not only noise can be reduced and splashing of dry ice particles or foreign matters can be prevented, but also contamination of the workpiece by the foreign matters in the environment can be prevented.
Referring to fig. 3, preferably, dry ice in the pulverizer 10 is blown to the spray gun 30 via a delivery pipe 301, and the air pump 20 (see fig. 1) supplies compressed air into the pulverizer 10 in the absence of powdered dry ice in the pulverizer such that only the compressed air flows through the delivery pipe.
That is, compressed air or a mixture of compressed air and dry ice may be blown from the pulverizer 10 to the spray gun 30 via the delivery pipe 301, whereby foreign matter on the surface of the workpiece may be cleaned with the compressed air as needed, or the workpiece may be cleaned with the mixture of compressed air and dry ice, particularly, burrs, barbs, or the like on the workpiece.
