本实用新型属于一种磁选设备，是冶金、矿山、建 材、化工、食品及饲料等行业用来清除非磁性物料中 的微铁粉的永磁感应式磁选机。它具有箱体和永磁 磁辊，其特征在于在永磁磁辊表面磁场有效区域内设 置有感应卸料辊。
本实用新型的磁选效果较好，对于微铁粉含量≤ 1％的钾长石粉磁选后可使微铁粉含量≤0.15％，对 于粒度≤3mm微铁粉含量≤5％的硅砖粉，磁选后可 使微铁粉含量≤1％。

Description

本实用新型属于一种磁选设备，特别是一种用于清除非磁性物料中的微铁粉的永磁感应式磁选机。
目前我厂生产的YG2系列永磁辊（干式），在清除非磁性物料中的微铁粉时，能将原料中的微铁粉吸附在磁辊表面。由于微铁粉的物理特性和磁选机制，大量的微铁粉将在磁辊表面一定位置形成磁链，如果不设法清除磁辊表面所吸附的微铁粉，将会影响磁选效果。
本实用新型的目的在于设计制造一种能连续不断地清除磁辊表面所吸附的微铁粉的永磁感应式磁选机。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在磁辊表面磁场的有效区域内，加大磁场梯度，使吸附在磁辊表面的微铁粉，能连续地通过这个区域而被清除掉。也就是说，在磁辊表面磁场的有效区域内，设置一不断转动的且圆周表面均匀分布着齿槽的感应卸料辊。其作用是在感应卸料辊的齿槽楞角处形成感应磁场。楞角处感应的磁场强度，是磁辊表面相应点磁场强度的几倍，因此它能离散磁辊表面形成的磁链，并将其吸引到感应卸料辊的齿槽楞角处，随着感应卸料辊的连续运转，齿槽楞角将逐步离开永磁磁场区域，感应的磁场也逐步消失，此时，楞角处的微铁粉将在重力和离心力的作用下脱离卸料辊。
本实用新型能有效地吸引各种不同磁导率的微铁粉，分选效果如下：
1、钾长石粉（粒度≤325月），含水量≤10％，微铁粉含量≤1％，产量≤5T／H，磁选后微铁粉含量≤0.15％。
2、耐火材料（硅砖粉）粒度≤3MM，含水量≤8％，微铁粉含量≤5％，磁选后微铁粉含量≤1％。

下面结合附图说明一个最佳实施例。
如图所示，本实用新型由箱体1、感应卸料辊2、永磁磁辊3组成，4为进料口，5为出料口，6为微铁粉出口。在永磁磁辊的一侧设置感应卸料辊，使感应卸料辊与永磁磁辊的轴线平行，感应卸料辊由电动机驱动，可不停地运转，感应卸料辊的圆周表面上均匀分布齿槽。为了使齿槽的楞角处能感应最大的磁场梯度，齿槽形状采用双线矩形螺纹。

1、一种永磁感应式磁选机，具有箱体和永磁磁辊，其特征在于在永磁磁辊表面磁场有效区域内设置有感应卸料辊。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁选机，其特征在于感应卸料辊的圆周表面均匀分布着齿槽。
3、根据权利要求2所述的磁选机，其特征在于感应卸料辊的齿槽形状为双线矩形螺纹。
