Wherein, a bijection sensor 704 for sensing the flexible member 300 is disposed at the bottom camera 703.
The working principle of the feeding device 500 and the automatic mounter 100 having the feeding device 500 of the present invention is described as follows with reference to fig. 1 to 12:
after the equipment is started, under the instruction of a control system, the heating element 70 acts to respectively conduct and heat the stripping table 30 and the receiving table 40, and the heating element 603 conducts and heats the heating plate 601; then, when the positioning fixture 401 carrying the workpiece 200 is put into or flows into the machine, the sensor disposed at the input end of the transmission device 400 sends a signal to the control system, and under the instruction of the control system, the transmission device 400 acts to transmit the positioning fixture 401 to the heating device 600; after the sensor at the heating device 600 sends a signal to the control system, under the instruction of the control system, the jacking member 405 is driven by the jacking mechanism 406 to move linearly upward to block the positioning jig 401, the conveying device 400 stops conveying the positioning jig 401, and the heating device 600 moves upwards to abut against the bottom surface of the workpiece 200 in the positioning jig 401 to heat the workpiece 200; the second top camera 702 above the station can move linearly relative to the positioning jig 401, so as to identify the coordinates of the mounting positions of the plurality of workpieces 200 carried thereon one by one, and send information to the control system;
meanwhile, under the instruction of the control system, the driving motor 83 of the feeding device 500 drives the driving wheel 81 to rotate, so that the driven wheel 82 and the material receiving tray 20 rotate therewith, thereby pulling the material belt 800, the material discharging tray 10 rotates therewith to discharge the material, and the flexible members 300 on the material belt 800 sequentially pass through the material stripping table 30; the clamping jaw transfer mechanism 50 drives the stripping clamping jaws 51 to move linearly up and down and back and forth relative to the stripping table 30, so as to clamp the flexible parts 300 onto the anti-sticking ceramic table 41 of the receiving table 40 one by one from the material 800, and the material belt 800 stripped of the flexible parts 300 is wound on the receiving tray 20; the first top camera 701 positioned above the anti-sticking ceramic table top 41 identifies and positions the position coordinates of the flexible part 200 on the material table 40 and sends information to the control system; under the instruction of the control system, the suction cup transfer mechanism 60 drives the vacuum suction cup 61 to perform linear motion and rotary motion, so as to suck and transfer the flexible member 300 to be pressed on the workpiece 200; in the process of transferring the flexible piece 300 by the vacuum chuck 61, the bottom camera 703 identifies and positions the position coordinates of the flexible piece 300 from the bottom, and sends information to the control system, and the control system sends an instruction by comparing the identification information of the flexible piece 300 with the identification information of the workpiece 200 fed back by the second top camera 702 and the bottom camera 703, so that the vacuum chuck 61 adjusts the mounting position and angle of the flexible piece 300, and the flexible piece 300 and the workpiece 200 are accurately attached in alignment;
finally, after the bonding is finished, according to the indication of the control system, all the devices are reset correspondingly, and the conveying device 400 conveys the bonded workpiece 200 out of the machine for discharging;
the above operations are repeated continuously, so that the automatic line production of peeling and loading the flexible member 300 on the material belt 800 and attaching the flexible member 300 to the workpiece 200 can be realized.

The loading device according to claim 1 or 4, further comprising a shaping mechanism mounted on the frame between the material-placing tray and the material-peeling table, wherein the shaping mechanism comprises a second pressing wheel and a guide wheel rotatably mounted on the frame, the guide wheel is arranged flush with the material-peeling table at the side of the material-placing tray, the second pressing wheel is floatably arranged above the guide wheel, and a penetrating gap is formed therebetween for passing the material strip, and is used for roll shaping the top side end of the flexible member wound on the material strip therebetween or/and the edge of the material strip.

The feeding device according to claim 1, further comprising a pulling mechanism disposed on the frame, wherein the pulling mechanism includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a driving motor, positioning holes are equidistantly formed in edges of two side edges of the material strip, positioning protrusions for being sleeved with the positioning holes are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the two side ends of the driving wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are arranged side by side, a penetrating gap for the material strip to pass through is formed between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driving wheel is connected with a rotating shaft of the material collecting tray through a synchronous belt, and an output end of the driving motor is connected with the driving wheel for driving the driving wheel to rotate, so that the driven wheel and the material collecting tray rotate with the driving wheel, thereby pulling the material strip and rolling the material strip with the flexible member peeled off on the material collecting tray.

The loading device according to claim 1, further comprising a suction cup transfer mechanism, wherein the suction cup transfer mechanism comprises a four-axis robot, a connecting plate connected to an output end of the four-axis robot, and a sliding plate slidably disposed on the connecting plate, the vacuum suction cup is detachably connected to the sliding plate, and the vacuum suction cup has a suction surface corresponding to a shape of an outer contour of the flexible member.
