When the oil tank is cleaned, oil in the oil tank is drained, the cleaning cover 5 is opened, and the oil tank is cleaned through the cleaning opening 105.
In this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the fuel tank body 1, the traveling portion 101, and the mud guard portion 102. The reinforcing ribs are used for increasing the strength of the fuel tank body 1, the traveling part 101 and the mud guard part 102. Preferably, the reinforcing ribs are ribs or grooves provided on the tank body 1, the walking portion 101, and the mud guard portion 102.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the fuel tank body 1.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the traveling unit 101.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the fender 102.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the fuel tank body 1 and the traveling part 101.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the fuel tank body 1 and the mud guard 102.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the fuel tank assembly further includes a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the traveling unit 101 and the fender 102.
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment further provides a loader, which includes a frame 9, a door frame 10 and the oil tank assembly, where the door frame 10 is disposed on the frame 9, the oil tank assembly further includes a mounting structure 2, and the oil tank body 1 is fixed on the frame 9 through the mounting structure 2; the walking part 101 of the oil tank assembly is connected to the portal 10 through a fastener and the connecting bracket 7. Specifically, the flying section is attached to the mast 10 by fasteners and attachment brackets 7. The door frame 10 is used for mounting a vehicle door.
A through hole is reserved in the walking part 101 of the oil tank assembly in the forming process, a steel sleeve is embedded in the through hole, a fastening piece penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the connecting support 7, and the connecting support 7 is connected with the door frame 10.

The metal frame comprises at least two mounting ends, each mounting end is provided with at least one connecting through hole, and the fastening piece penetrates through the mounting through holes to be connected with the frame 9. The fastening device comprises an oil tank strap, and the oil tank strap is wound on the oil tank body 1 and is connected with the metal frame through a fastening piece. Preferably, a rubber pad is arranged between the oil tank strap and the oil tank body 1.
In this embodiment, the loader further includes a protection plate 8 connected to the bottom of the mounting structure 2 and located below the oil tank body 1 to protect the oil tank body 1. Preferably, the protection plate 8 is welded to the metal frame of the mounting structure 2.

1. A fuel tank assembly, comprising:
a tank body (1);
the walking part (101) transversely extends is integrally formed at the top of the oil tank body (1), and at least one end of the walking part extends to the outside of the oil tank body (1).
2. A tank assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the walking portion (101) comprises a main section arranged at the top of the tank body (1) and a suspended section extending out of a first side wall of the tank body (1);
the oil tank assembly further comprises a mud guard (102), wherein the mud guard (102) comprises a first mud guard section integrally formed at the bottom of the suspended section and/or a second mud guard section integrally formed on the first side wall.
3. A tank assembly according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a foot rest portion (103) integrally formed on a second side wall of the tank body (1), the second side wall being connected to and adjacent to the first side wall;
the foot rest (103) comprises at least one projection arranged on the second side wall;
alternatively, the tread portion (103) comprises at least one groove provided on the second side wall.
4. A fuel tank assembly according to claim 3, further comprising an armrest portion (104), said armrest portion (104) being integrally formed on a top portion of said fuel tank body (1);
and/or the armrest part (104) is integrally formed on the second side wall.
5. A fuel tank assembly according to any one of claims 1-2, 4,
the walking part (101) and/or the oil tank body (1) are/is provided with a first connecting piece which is pre-embedded in the forming process; the oil tank assembly further comprises an oil tank cover plate (4), and the oil tank cover plate (4) is arranged above the walking part (101) and is connected with the first connecting piece through a fastener;
and/or a second connecting piece pre-buried in the forming process is arranged on the walking part (101); the oil tank assembly further comprises a guardrail (6), wherein the guardrail (6) is arranged above the walking part (101) and is connected with the second connecting piece through a fastener.
6. A fuel tank assembly as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the pedal part (103) and/or the fuel tank body (1) is provided with a third connecting piece pre-embedded during the forming process;
the oil tank assembly further comprises an anti-skid plate (3), wherein the anti-skid plate (3) is arranged on the pedal part (103) and is connected with the third connecting piece through a fastening piece.
7. The fuel tank assembly according to any one of claims 1-2, 4 and 6, wherein the fuel tank body (1) is further provided with a cleaning opening (105) and a fourth connecting piece pre-embedded in a forming process, and the fourth connecting piece is arranged close to the cleaning opening (105);
the oil tank assembly further comprises a cleaning cover (5), and the cleaning cover (5) is covered on the cleaning opening (105) and is connected with the fourth connecting piece through a fastening piece.
8. A fuel tank assembly according to claim 2, further comprising a reinforcing rib integrally formed on the fuel tank body (1);
and/or the reinforcing ribs are integrally formed on the walking part (101);
and/or the reinforcing rib is integrally formed on the mud blocking part (102).
9. A loader, characterized by comprising:
a frame (9);
a portal (10) arranged on the frame (9);
the tank assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a mounting structure (2), the tank body (1) being fixed to the frame (9) by means of the mounting structure (2); the walking part (101) of the oil tank assembly is connected to the door frame (10) through a fastener and a connecting support (7).
10. The loader of claim 9, further comprising a fender (8) attached to the bottom of the mounting structure (2).
