技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种可循环利用在原果前处理工段中的除铁装置，具体是一种沙棘原果处理中除铁设备。
背景技术：
沙棘果为胡颓子科沙棘属植物沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)的果实，又名醋柳果，酸刺果。沙棘果是一种小浆果植物，落叶灌木或小乔木。棘刺较多，粗壮，顶生或侧生。果实圆球形，直径4-6毫米，橙黄色或桔红色。沙棘果中富含丰富的维生素，此外，果实中也有黄酮类化合物、三萜、有机酸类、多糖、色素、色胺、挥发油、蛋白质等营养物质。沙棘具有很高的药用价值。如：沙棘果中包含了β-胡萝卜素、不饱和脂肪酸、氨基酸等，能够降低人体内胆固醇，合理预防动脉粥样硬化。沙棘具有活血散淤、化痰宽胸、补脾健胃、生津止渴、清热止泻之效，同时对多种疾病都有一定的治疗作用。
随着沙棘果生产工艺的不断发展，沙棘果要求量逐年剧增。在沙棘原果前处理阶段，发现存在含铁杂物，而由于沙棘果枝条多、果小等自身特性，在去除含铁杂物过程中造成许多负面影响，使沙棘原果前处理时设备负荷加大，生产成本增加。目前普遍分离工艺是前期人工对沙棘果杂物进行挑选，成本高、效率低、效果差。因此，在原果处理中有效分离沙棘果与含铁杂物，对于后续生产设备运行、降低生产成本有重要意义。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题进行改造，实现高效自动化去除沙棘原果中的含铁杂物，阻止沙棘原果中的含铁杂物进入后续工艺。
为实现所述目的，本实用新型具体采用如下技术方案：
沙棘原果处理中除铁装置，磁铁辊、旋转轴、电机、进料斗；在所述磁铁辊其具体是一根内圈中空；表面光滑的圆柱形磁铁；所述旋转轴被磁铁辊包裹在内圈；所述旋转轴两端固定在进料斗顶端；所述电机连接旋转轴可以进行旋转；所述电机连接旋转轴驱动旋转；所述电机固定于进料斗侧壁。
进一步的，在所述的磁铁辊是一根表面光滑的圆柱形吸铁石。
进一步的，在所述的旋转轴通过电机驱动匀速转动。
进一步的，在所述的旋转轴带动磁铁辊保持匀速转动，当沙棘原果经过时吸附含铁杂物。
进一步的，所述进料斗底部开设有出料口。
本实用新型利用磁铁吸附含铁类物质的特性，通过磁铁与电机的结合实现自动化除铁，解决沙棘原果中的含铁杂物混入后续工段，无需人工挑拣，减轻人工的劳动强度，提高工作效率，操作方便，节省成本。

如图1所示，下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步说明：
一种沙棘原果处理中除铁装置，其包括磁铁辊1、旋转轴2、电机3、进料斗4，在沙棘原果进料口端安装进料斗4；进料斗4上方安装磁铁辊1；磁铁辊1包裹在旋转轴2外圈壁面，旋转轴2两端固定在进料斗4上方，旋转轴2一端连接电机3，电机3驱动旋转轴2带动磁铁辊1匀速转动。
使用说明：
首先，打开电机3开始工作，旋转轴2开始带动磁铁辊匀速旋转，将沙棘原果输送至进料斗4的上方进料口，沙棘原果在落入进料斗4时，必须通过磁铁辊1，使其混合在沙棘原果中的含铁杂物吸附在磁铁辊1的表面，沙棘果顺利落入进料斗4，从底部的出料口进入下一工段。
本实用新型在运行时，含铁杂物夹杂在沙棘原果中，在连续生产过程中，沙棘原果不断经过吸铁辊，利用磁铁吸引含铁杂物，处理后的沙棘果可直接进入下一工序，去除含铁杂物效果良好，过程简单易操作，成本较低。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已，并不用以限制本实用新型，还可以用于其他果小杂质多的果实的前处理阶段去除含铁杂物，均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

在所述磁铁辊，其具体是一根内圈中空，表面光滑的圆柱形磁铁，所述旋转轴被磁铁辊包裹在内圈，所述旋转轴两端固定在进料斗顶端；所述电机连接旋转轴驱动旋转；所述电机固定于进料斗侧壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于沙棘原果前处理除铁装置，其特征在于：所述的磁铁辊是一根表面光滑的圆柱形吸铁石。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于沙棘原果前处理除铁装置，其特征在于：所述的旋转轴通过电机驱动匀速转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于沙棘原果前处理除铁装置，其特征在于：所述的旋转轴带动磁铁辊保持匀速转动，当沙棘原果经过时吸附含铁杂物。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种用于沙棘原果前处理除铁装置，其特征在于：所述进料斗底部开设有出料口。
