Abstract

本实用新型提供一种用于电子装置的金属壳体,设置有冲压形成的朝向电子装置的PCB板的弯折部,装配时弯折部的端部穿过PCB板上的助焊剂,与PCB板的地接触。本实用新型还提供一种电子装置。本实用新型提供的用于电子装置的金属壳体及电子装置,设置有朝向电子装置的PCB板的弯折部,装配时弯折部的端部穿过PCB板上的助焊剂,与PCB板的地接触,避免使用单独的部件实现PCB板的地与金属壳体接触,不仅减少了部件,降低了成本,还减少了装配工序,提高生产效率,另外这样的接触更稳定,保证了电子装置可靠地工作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车领域,具体涉及一种用于电子装置的金属壳体及电子装置。
背景技术
为了使显示装置接地良好,保证其可靠工作,通常在PCB板的地与金属壳体之间设置一个或多个弹性部件。
这样的结构不仅增加了部件,还相应增加了成本及装配工序。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种用于电子装置的金属壳体,设置有朝向电子装置的PCB板的弯折部,装配时弯折部的端部穿过PCB板上的助焊剂,与PCB板的地接触,避免使用单独的部件实现PCB板的地与金属壳体接触,不仅减少了部件,降低了成本,还减少了装配工序,提高生产效率,另外这样的接触更稳定,保证了电子装置可靠地工作。
本实用新型提供一种用于电子装置的金属壳体,设置有冲压形成的朝向电子装置的PCB板的弯折部,装配时弯折部的端部穿过PCB板上的助焊剂,与PCB板的地接触。
进一步地,弯折部的端部不进行打磨处理。
进一步地,弯折部为具有圆弧角的矩形。
进一步地,弯折部的两侧切割宽度小于或等于1mm的边缘。
进一步地,弯折部的弯折角度大于或等于85度且小于或等于95度。
本实用新型还提供一种电子装置,包括PCB板与上述用于电子装置的金属壳体。
进一步地,金属壳体为后盖。
进一步地,金属壳体上设置弯折部的部位与PCB板的距离小于或等于4mm。
进一步地,弯折部的长度大于设置弯折部的部位与PCB板的距离,以保证弯折部的端部与PCB板的地接触。
进一步地,电子装置为仪表、信息娱乐系统、显示装置或抬头显示器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的用于电子装置的金属壳体及电子装置,具有以下有益效果:设置有朝向电子装置的PCB板的弯折部,装配时弯折部的端部穿过PCB板上的助焊剂,与PCB板的地接触,避免使用单独的部件实现PCB板的地与金属壳体接触,不仅减少了部件,降低了成本,还减少了装配工序,提高生产效率,另外这样的接触更稳定,保证了电子装置可靠地工作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的一个实施例的电子装置,例如显示装置,在其他的实施例中还可以是仪表、信息娱乐系统或抬头显示器。
显示装置包括面板1、显示屏、边框2、固定支架3、PCB板4、吸能模块5以及后盖6,固定支架3用于将PCB板4固定于边框2中,后盖6为金属壳体。
如图2、图3所示,后盖6上设置有两个冲压形成的朝向PCB板4的弯折部61,其端部不进行打磨处理,保持冲压后形成的尖锐边缘,以便装配时弯折部61的端部穿过PCB板4上的助焊剂,与PCB板4的地接触,如图4所示。
采用冲压形成的弯折部61,避免使用单独的部件实现PCB板的地与金属壳体接触,不仅减少了部件,降低了成本,还减少了装配工序,提高生产效率,另外这样的接触更稳定,保证了电子装置可靠地工作。
如图4所示,弯折部61的弯折角度大于或等于85度且小于或等于95度,本实施例中弯折部61的弯折角度为90度。
如图5、图6所示,本实施例中后盖6的弯折部61为具有圆弧角的矩形。
如图5所示,弯折部61的两侧切割宽度小于或等于1mm的边缘。
如图3所示,金属壳体-后盖6上设置弯折部61的部位与PCB板的距离小于或等于4mm。
弯折部61的长度大于设置弯折部61的部位与PCB板的距离,以保证弯折部61的端部与PCB板4的地接触。
虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例披露如上,但本实用新型并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内所作的各种更动与修改,均应纳入本实用新型的保护范围内,因此本实用新型的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于电子装置的金属壳体,其特征在于,用于电子装置的金属壳体设置有冲压形成的朝向电子装置的PCB板的弯折部,装配时弯折部的端部穿过PCB板上的助焊剂,与PCB板的地接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于电子装置的金属壳体,其特征在于,弯折部的端部不进行打磨处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于电子装置的金属壳体,其特征在于,弯折部为具有圆弧角的矩形。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于电子装置的金属壳体,其特征在于,弯折部的两侧切割宽度小于或等于1mm的边缘。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于电子装置的金属壳体,其特征在于,弯折部的弯折角度大于或等于85度且小于或等于95度。
6.一种电子装置,其特征在于,电子装置包括PCB板与权利要求1-5任一项所述的用于电子装置的金属壳体。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,金属壳体为后盖。
8.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,金属壳体上设置弯折部的部位与PCB板的距离小于或等于4mm。
9.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,弯折部的长度大于设置弯折部的部位与PCB板的距离,以保证弯折部的端部与PCB板的地接触。
10.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于,电子装置为仪表、信息娱乐系统、显示装置或抬头显示器。
