The working principle of the plate-chain type weight sorting machine is as follows: when the weighing device is used, a product is placed on the first plate link conveyer belt 240, the first motor 210 is started, the output end of the first motor 210 drives the first conveying roller 230 to rotate through chain transmission, the first conveying roller 230 drives the first plate link conveyer belt 240 to advance in a transmission manner so as to convey the product on the first plate link conveyer belt, the second motor 310 is started, the second motor 310 drives the second conveying roller 320 to rotate through chain transmission, the second conveying roller 320 drives the weighing conveyer belt 330 to advance in a transmission manner, when the product is conveyed to the upper end face of the weighing conveyer belt 330, the product advances along with the weighing conveyer belt 330 once, the product is weighed through the weighing sensor 350 once, so that the weight information of the product is obtained, the third motor 480 drives the third conveying roller 420 to rotate through chain transmission, the third conveying roller 420 drives the second plate link conveyer belt 430 to advance in a transmission manner, after the product is weighed through the weighing sensor 350, if the weight of the product is unqualified, the electric push rod 460 drives the deflector rod 450 to rotate through the rotating shaft 470, the deflector rod 450 rotates anticlockwise to push the unqualified products out of the second plate link chain conveyer belt 430 and slide down through the discharge hopper 440, so that the operation of sorting the unqualified products is realized; if the weight of the product is qualified, before the product is conveyed to the sorting mechanism 40, the electric push rod 460 drives the shift lever 450 to rotate through the rotating shaft 470, so that the shift lever 450 rotates anticlockwise, the second plate link conveyor 430 is smoothly conveyed, the qualified product is smoothly conveyed along the second plate link conveyor 430 and discharged through the discharge plate 490, and the operation of sorting the qualified product is realized.
It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the first motor 210, the second motor 310, the electric push rod 460, the third motor 480 and the air cylinder 520 need to be determined by type selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific type selection calculation method adopts the prior art, so detailed excrescences are not needed.

the sorting mechanism (40) comprises a third frame (410), a third conveying roller (420), a second plate link conveying belt (430), a shifting rod (450) and an electric push rod (460), the third frame (410) is fixedly connected to the other end of the top of the bottom plate (110) through the supporting upright post (120), the third conveying roller (420) is rotatably connected into the third frame (410), the second plate link conveying belt (430) is connected between the third conveying roller (420) in a transmission mode, the electric push rod (460) is hinged to the supporting upright post (120), the shifting rod (450) is hinged to the telescopic end of the electric push rod (460) through a rotating shaft (470), and the shifting rod (450) is attached to the top of the second plate link conveying belt (430).

A plate and chain type weight sorter as claimed in claim 1 wherein the conveyor mechanism (20) comprises a first motor (210), a first frame (220), a first conveyor roller (230) and a first plate and chain conveyor belt (240), four corners of the bottom of the first frame (220) are fixedly connected with one end of the top of the bottom plate (110) through the supporting upright posts (120), the first motor (210) is arranged below the first frame (220) through an L-shaped mounting plate (211), a plurality of groups of first conveying rollers (230) are uniformly arranged, and the first conveying rollers (230) are rotatably connected in the first frame (220), one of the first conveyor rollers (230) is configured to be drivingly connected to the first motor (210), the first plate link conveyer belt (240) is connected between the first conveying rollers (230) in a transmission way.

A plate and chain type weight sorter as claimed in claim 2 wherein the weighing mechanism (30) further comprises a second motor (310), the second motor (310) being mounted on top of the base plate (110), the second motor (310) being externally covered with a protective cover (311), wherein one of the second conveyor rollers (320) is configured to be drivingly connected to the second motor (310).
4. A plate-chain weight sorter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the load cell (350) is covered on top with a weighing plate (351), the weighing plate (351) abutting against the bottom of the weighing conveyer belt (330).

The plate-chain type weight sorter according to claim 1, wherein the sorting mechanism (40) further comprises a discharge hopper (440), a third motor (480) and a discharge plate (490), the third motor (480) is mounted at the bottom of the third frame (410), and one of the third conveyor rollers (420) is configured to be drivingly connected to the third motor (480), the discharge hopper (440) is obliquely disposed on a side of the third frame (410) adjacent to the deflector rod (450), and the discharge plate (490) is fixed to an end of the third frame (410).

The plate-and-chain type weight sorter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top end of the rotating shaft (470) is sleeved in a through hole (451) formed in one end of the shift lever (450), the top end of the rotating shaft (470) is fixed with one end of the shift lever (450) through a locking bolt (452), the bottom end of the rotating shaft (470) penetrates through the third frame (410) to extend to the outside, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft (470) is rotatably connected to the bottom of the third frame (410) through a bearing sleeve (471).
