A fish head removing device is characterized by comprising a box body, a support, a driving shaft, a first driven shaft, a second driven shaft, a first transmission conveying assembly, a second transmission conveying assembly, a driving part, a wafer cutting machine, a receiving hopper, a plurality of fish body grooves and a plurality of fish head grooves, wherein the support is installed at the bottom of the box body, the upper part of the box body is of an open structure, the driving shaft, the second driven shaft and the first driven shaft are sequentially and rotatably installed in the box body, the driving part is used for driving the driving shaft to rotate, the first transmission conveying assembly is installed on the driving shaft and the first driven shaft, the fish body grooves are sequentially installed on the first transmission conveying assembly, the second transmission conveying assembly is installed on the first driven shaft and the second driven shaft, and the second transmission conveying assembly is positioned on one side of the first transmission conveying assembly, it is a plurality of fish head groove install in proper order in on the second transmission conveyor components, one fish head groove and one fish body groove position is corresponding, and the position is corresponding fish head groove with be provided with the cutting space between the fish body groove, the disk cutting machine install in on the box, the disk cutting machine is located the second driven shaft is close to the top of first driven shaft one side and can extend in the cutting space, it is fixed in to connect the hopper the box is provided with on the inner wall of second transmission conveyor components one side, just connect the hopper set up in the second driven shaft is close to the below of driving shaft one side, be provided with the discharge gate on the lateral wall of box, the discharge gate with it is corresponding to connect the hopper position.

The fish deheader device of claim 1, wherein said disc cutter comprises a cutting shaft, a disc cutter, a cutting motor, a transmission belt, a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, a cutting baffle, a housing, a connecting assembly and two bearing seats, wherein said two bearing seats are disposed at two ends of the upper portion of the box body, two ends of the cutting shaft are rotatably mounted in said two bearing seats through two bearings, respectively, the cutting shaft is parallel to the driving shaft, the cutting shaft is disposed at one side of the second driven shaft close to the first driven shaft, the disc cutter is fixedly mounted on the cutting shaft, the lower end of the disc cutter extends into the cutting gap, the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are fixed at the upper portion of the box body, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are disposed at two sides of the cutting shaft, the cutting motor passes through coupling assembling install in on the first mounting panel, be provided with first belt pulley on the output shaft of cutting motor, cutting axle one end is provided with the second belt pulley, driving belt install in first belt pulley with on the second belt pulley, the both ends of cutting baffle are fixed in respectively first mounting panel inboard with the second mounting panel is inboard, just the cutting baffle cover is located on the disc-shaped cutter, the both ends of housing are fixed in respectively the first mounting panel outside with the second mounting panel outside, just the housing cover is located the cutting baffle with on the cutting motor.

The fish deheading device of claim 2, wherein the connection assembly comprises an adjusting plate, a hinge post, an adjusting rod and two locking nuts, the cutting motor is fixed on the adjusting plate, one end of the adjusting plate is hinged to one end of the first mounting plate close to the cutting shaft through the hinge post, the other end of the adjusting plate is provided with a strip-shaped hole, the lower end of the adjusting rod is hinged to one end of the first mounting plate far away from the cutting shaft, the upper end of the adjusting rod is installed in the strip-shaped hole, the two locking nuts are installed on the adjusting rod, and the two locking nuts are respectively located on two sides of the adjusting plate.

The fish de-heading device of claim 2, further comprising a pressing and blocking assembly, wherein the pressing and blocking assembly comprises a pressing plate, two support plates, four guide posts and four springs, the pressing plate comprises a horizontal pressing baffle plate and two inclined connecting plates fixed on two sides of the upper portion of the horizontal pressing baffle plate respectively, the inclined connecting plates are arranged obliquely towards the outer side relative to the horizontal pressing baffle plate, one support plate is fixed on the inner side of each of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, two guide posts are fixed on the lower end of each support plate, one spring is sleeved on each guide post, and the upper end and the lower end of each spring are fixedly connected with the support plate and the inclined connecting plates respectively.

The fish deheader device of claim 1, wherein said first drive transfer assembly comprises a first chain, a second chain, two first sprockets and two second sprockets, one of said first and second sprockets being mounted on said drive shaft, the other of said first and second sprockets being mounted on said first driven shaft, said first chain being mounted on two first sprockets, said second chain being mounted on two second sprockets, and each of said fish body slots being secured at each end to said first and second chains, respectively.

The fish deheader device of claim 1, wherein said second drive transfer assembly comprises a third chain and two third sprockets, said two third sprockets mounted on said first driven shaft and said second driven shaft, respectively, said third chain mounted on said two third sprockets, said fish head tank secured to said third chain.

The fish deheader device of claim 1, wherein said fish tank comprises, connected in series, a first vertical plate, a first horizontal plate, and a first inclined plate, said first inclined plate being disposed at an inclination toward the outside relative to said first horizontal plate, said first horizontal plate being secured to said first transfer conveyor assembly; the fish head groove comprises a second vertical plate, a second horizontal plate and a second inclined plate which are sequentially connected, the second inclined plate is arranged in a mode that the second horizontal plate inclines towards the outer side, and the second horizontal plate is fixed on the second transmission conveying assembly.

The fish deheader device of claim 1, wherein said receiving hopper comprises a front vertical blind, a side vertical blind and a bottom blind, said front vertical blind and said bottom blind being secured to the inside wall of said tank, said front vertical blind being located on the side of said discharge port adjacent said drive shaft, said bottom blind being located below said discharge port, said bottom blind being connected to said front vertical blind, said side vertical blind having its bottom and front connected to said bottom blind and said front vertical blind, respectively.
