为了满足大功率风力发电设备的冷却需求,本实用新型的目的在于提供体积小且换热效率高的大功率高效空水冷却器。
本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
大功率高效空水冷却器,包括底座、换热器、离心风机以及冷却箱体,所述底座固定安装于发电机,所述底座中部开设有进风口,底座的两端分别开设有出风口,所述进、出风口与发电机端面的风口对应,所述换热器固定安装于底座,换热器的进风端与底座的进风口对应,所述离心风机固定安装于底座,离心风机的出风端与底座上的出风口对应,所述冷却箱体安装于换热器的顶部并与换热器联通,所述离心风机的进风端通过管道与冷却箱体联通。
进一步地,所述底座上位于换热器的两侧分别安装有两只离心风机,各所述的离心风机的出风端各自对应底座上的一个出风口,各所述的离心风机的进风端分别经管道联通冷却箱体。
进一步地,所述换热器为板翅式铝制换热器。
再进一步地,所述换热器的换热管道上安装有排水阀和排气阀。
采取以上技术方案后,本实用新型的有益效果为:利用四个风机同时工作作为循环动力,提供足够的通风量,风量大,冷却器启动后,对发电机降温速度快,冷却性能显著,保证换热器的换热效率。采用板翅式铝制换热芯体,此芯体具有体积小,换热效率高等特点,较常规管式换热器换热效率显著提高;采用多风机的结构,较同功率的冷却器相比,产品体积小,带来给多的维修操作空间;通过安装排气阀,使冷却液进入冷却器芯体时,能够充分充满芯体的每个角落,避免内部充气而导致换热不充分,使冷却器性能更加稳定;通过安装排水阀,在冷却器停机运行、休整时,可以打开排水阀上的阀门,使冷却液排出冷却器,避免遇到较低气温而导致水管爆裂,增加了冷却器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做进一步详述:如图所示,功率高效空水冷却器,由底座1、板翅式铝制换热器2、四个离心风机3以及冷却箱体4组成。板翅式铝制换热器2安装于底座1顶面的中心,板翅式铝制换热器2内通入循环冷却水。冷却箱体4安装于板翅式铝制换热器2的顶面,冷却箱体4与板翅式铝制换热器2内腔联通;板翅式铝制换热器2的两侧分别安装有两个离心风机3,离心风机3固定安装在底座1的顶面。底座1对应板翅式铝制换热器2的位置开设有进风口5,该进风口5与发电机的出风位置相对应;底座1上对应四个离心风机3的位置开设有出风口6,出风口6与发电机的进风位置相对应。各离心风机3的进风端分别通过管道7与冷却箱体4联通。在四个离心风机3的作用下,在冷却箱体4以及板翅式铝制换热器2内形成负压,发电机内的热空气自发电机内部进入板翅式铝制换热器2内换热,换热后的冷空气进入冷却箱体4,并通过管道7和离心风机3进入电机内部,完成一个换热循环。
底座1的四边设有与发电机安装连接的螺栓孔,用于将整个换热装置安装在发电机端面。在板翅式铝制换热器的换热管上安装排气阀8,使冷却液进入冷却器芯体时,能够充分充满芯体的每个角落,避免内部充气而导致换热不充分,使冷却器性能更加稳定;并在换热管上安装排水阀9,在冷却器停机运行、休整时,可以打开排水阀上的阀门,使冷却液排出板翅式铝制换热器,避免遇到较低气温而导致水管爆裂,增加了冷却器的使用寿命。

1.大功率高效空水冷却器,包括底座、换热器、离心风机以及冷却箱体,所述底座固定安装于发电机,其特征在于,所述底座中部开设有进风口,底座的两端分别开设有出风口,所述进、出风口与发电机端面的风口对应,所述换热器固定安装于底座,换热器的进风端与底座的进风口对应,所述离心风机固定安装于底座,离心风机的出风端与底座上的出风口对应,所述冷却箱体安装于换热器的顶部并与换热器联通,所述离心风机的进风端通过管道与冷却箱体联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大功率高效空水冷却器,其特征在于,所述底座上位于换热器的两侧分别安装有两只离心风机,各所述的离心风机的出风端各自对应底座上的一个出风口,各所述的离心风机的进风端分别经管道联通冷却箱体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大功率高效空水冷却器,其特征在于,所述换热器为板翅式铝制换热器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大功率高效空水冷却器,其特征在于,所述换热器的换热管道上安装有排水阀和排气阀。
