Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an electroluminescent plaque C, including: a substrate 1, an electroluminescent layer 2, an adhesive layer 3 and a transparent film 4. The base 1 is a substrate for mounting and fixing on the surface of the interior of the automobile, and may be a rigid plate made of plastic, metal or any suitable material. The electroluminescent layer 2 is an element which can actively emit light when energized. The adhesive layer 3 is a dielectric member for adhering and fixing the light-transmitting film 4 to the electroluminescent layer 2.
The electroluminescent layer 2 is electrically connected to a transformer 22 through a wire 21, and when the transformer 22 is electrically connected to a vehicle power supply, the transformer 22 converts a direct current power stored in the vehicle battery into an alternating current to activate the electroluminescent layer 2 to emit light.
Electroluminescence is also called Electroluminescence (EL), and refers to a phenomenon in which a substance emits light when a current passes through the substance or when the substance is in a strong electric field. In other words, an electric field is generated by the voltage applied to the two electrodes, and electrons excited by the electric field collide with the luminescence center, causing the transition, change and recombination of electron energy levels, and a physical phenomenon of emitting high-efficiency luminescence light, in which the electroluminescent material includes: copper and silver doped zinc sulfide, blue diamond (boron containing), gallium arsenide, and the like. Because the phenomenon of directly converting electric energy into optical energy is adopted, the conversion between the electric energy and the optical energy belongs to non-thermal conversion, and is an electro-optic effect of light emission excited by an electric field. This light is called cold light because it does not generate light by converting electric energy into heat energy and then raising the temperature of an object, as in an incandescent lamp. The electroluminescent layer 2 is a known element, and therefore, the structure thereof will not be described in more detail.
As shown in fig. 3, the light-transmitting film 4 of the present invention is provided with a light-transmitting decorative sheet 41 with a second pattern P2 inside, the outer surface of the light-transmitting film 4 has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, the first surface is coated with a light-shielding ink 42, the light-shielding ink 42 is formed with a hollow hole 421 constituting a first pattern P1, and the first pattern P1 can be any pattern such as a figure, a character, and a symbol. More specifically, the present invention preferably uses In-Mold Decoration (IMD) technology to manufacture the light-transmitting membrane 4; that is, after the second light-transmitting pattern P2 is formed on the surface of the imitation material decorative sheet 41 by the printing technique, the imitation material decorative sheet 41 with the second pattern P2 is moved to the mold to perform the injection molding process to form the light-transmitting film 4, and after the injection molding process is completed, the light-transmitting imitation material decorative sheet 41 is covered inside the light-transmitting film 4, so that the second pattern P2 on the inner imitation material decorative sheet 41 is not damaged no matter what degree of friction is applied to the surface of the light-transmitting film 4, and the second pattern P2 in the light-transmitting film 4 has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, delicate and beautiful color and texture, and the added value of the product is improved. The second pattern P2 disposed on the imitation decorative sheet 41 may be wood, carbon fiber or metal texture, or any other suitable pattern or texture.
The light-transmitting film 4 is fixed to the electroluminescent layer 2 through the adhesive layer 3. For example, the adhesive layer 3 may be a double-sided tape, and a through hole 31 is formed in the middle thereof, and the through hole 31 has a size large enough to allow the first pattern P1 formed by the hollow holes 421 formed in the light shielding ink 42 to fall within the range of the through hole 31; that is, the light L generated by the electroluminescent layer 2 can pass through the through hole 31 and the hollow hole 421 and pass out of the light-transmitting film 4 without being blocked (as shown in fig. 3). Alternatively, the adhesive layer 3 may be glue or other adhesives, which is coated on the periphery of the light-emitting surface of the electroluminescent layer 2, or coated on the light-shielding ink 42 on the first surface of the light-transmissive film 4, and then the light-emitting surface of the electroluminescent layer 2 and the first surface of the light-transmissive film 4 are adhered and fixed to each other.
The electroluminescent plaque C of the present invention can be installed at any suitable position inside the vehicle, for example, the interior plaque of the right front door 5A shown in fig. 6, or can be installed after designing the corresponding shape (for example, the interior plaque of the front sub-driver seat plaque 5B, the gear seat plaque 5C, the right front door 5D, the interior plaque of the right rear door 5E, the interior plaque of the left rear door 5F, etc. shown in fig. 7). The electric luminous plaque C can be even arranged on the surface of the protective side skirt outside the vehicle door, and then the outer cover of the electric luminous plaque C is covered with the light-permeable plastic shell for protection, so that the vehicle door side skirt has the protective function and also has the luminous decorative function.
When the dc power of the car battery is supplied to the transformer 22, the dc power is converted into an ac power to drive the electroluminescent layer 2 to emit light. When the electroluminescent layer 2 emits light, the light passes through the hollow holes 421 formed in the light-shielding ink 42 and the imitation-material decorative sheet 41 in the light-transmissive film 4, and due to the influence of the high brightness of the light on human eyes, people can view the first luminous pattern P1 (shown in fig. 4) from the second surface of the light-transmissive film 4 through the hollow holes 421, but cannot view the second pattern P2 on the imitation-material decorative sheet 41, so that the second luminous pattern P2 has an effect of creating an atmosphere in a vehicle. As shown in fig. 5, when the power source is turned off and the electroluminescent layer 2 does not emit light, since the imitation-material decorative sheet 41 in front of the light-shielding ink 42 is not affected by the high-brightness light and the hollow hole 421 is shielded by the imitation-material decorative sheet 41, people can only view the second pattern P2 (i.e., wood, carbon fiber or metal texture, or any other suitable pattern or texture) printed on the imitation-material decorative sheet 41 from the second surface of the light-transmitting film 4, and the first pattern P1 is hidden and cannot be seen because of being shielded by the imitation-material decorative sheet 41.
The foregoing is illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and modifications and variations are possible within the spirit and scope of the invention.
