The lampshade comprises a character mark area and a non-character mark area, the lampshade is made of colorless transparent materials, and the non-character mark area is frosted leather patterns. Detailed Description

referring to fig. 1 to 5, a vacuum aluminum-plated energy-saving type automobile luminous sign includes: the LED lamp comprises a lampshade 1, a first shock pad 2, a second shock pad 3, a third shock pad 4, a light guide plate 5, a decorative sheet 6, a self-tapping screw 7, an LED module 8, a lamp shell 9, a lamp wire group 10, a waterproof breathable film 11 and a wire clamp 12.
The lamp shade and the lamp shell are welded and fixed in a sealing mode, the light guide plate is fixed between the lamp shade and the lamp shell in a sealing mode, the decorative sheet is fixed between the light guide plate and the lamp shell, and the vibration damping pad is arranged between the lamp shade and the light guide plate. The LED module is fixed on the decorative sheet. The lamp shell is provided with a waterproof breathable film. The lamp line group is fixed at the rear end of the lamp shell through a line clamp.
The lamp shade, the light guide plate, the LED module and the lamp shell are finally combined into a finished product through injection molding, part assembly, welding and sealing, airtightness inspection, packaging and warehousing.
Vacuum aluminizing on the inner surface of the lampshade needs to achieve the semi-transparent and semi-reflective light effect, and the thickness of the plated film wall is less than 10 microns and far less than the thickness of the conventional plated film wall in the industry (the thickness of the conventional plated film wall is about 40 microns).
The vacuum aluminum plating process of the inner cover is an industry leading technology. The lampshade comprises a character mark area and a non-character mark area, the lampshade is made of colorless transparent materials, and the non-character mark area is frosted leather patterns, so that a light source can uniformly penetrate through the lampshade.
A decorative sheet: the decorative sheet is reflected to the surface of the lampshade to embody the metal texture, the surface of the decorative sheet is plated, and the single surface is back glued.
Light guide plate: the light guide plate is colorless and transparent, and the bottom surface is provided with optical coating points which conduct light uniformly.
LED module: the LED module comprises LED light source, flexplate and resin drive board. Different numbers of LED light sources are arranged according to the luminous intensity requirements. The requirements of front lighting and side lighting can be met through different arrangement modes of the LED modules, such as the example of a side lighting diagram shown in FIG. 3.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) in the process, the vacuum aluminum plating technology is adopted, and the thickness of the plated film is far smaller than that of the conventional plated film (the thickness of the conventional plated film is about 40 mu m). A vacuum aluminizing energy-saving automobile luminous sign is characterized by comprising a lampshade, a light guide plate, a decorative sheet, an LED module and a lamp shell; the lampshade and the lamp shell are welded and fixed in a sealing mode, the light guide plate is fixed between the lampshade and the lamp shell in a sealing mode, the decorative sheet is fixed between the light guide plate and the lamp shell, and the LED module is fixed on the decorative sheet; the inner surface of the lampshade is plated with aluminum in vacuum, so that the semitransparent and semi-reflective light effect is achieved, and the thickness of the plated film is less than 10 mu m.

6. A vacuum aluminum-plated energy-saving automobile luminous sign according to claim 1, characterized in that the LED module is composed of an LED light source, a flexible board and a resin driving board.
7. A vacuum aluminum-plated energy-saving luminous sign for an automobile according to claim 1, wherein a vibration-damping pad is disposed between the lamp cover and the light guide plate.
8. The vacuum aluminum plating energy-saving automobile luminous sign according to claim 1, wherein a waterproof breathable film is arranged on the lamp housing.
9. An energy-saving vacuum aluminized automotive light marking according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a lamp wire group, wherein the lamp wire group is fixed at the rear end of the lamp housing through a wire clamp.
