When jig rack 20 needs to be rotated again, jig rack 20 can be manually shifted to rotate, stop rod 60 retracts downwards after being stressed, so that stop block 61 at the upper end of stop rod 60 is separated from limiting groove 51, jig rack 20 is not limited any more, jig rack 20 can continue to rotate, and use is flexible and convenient.
Further, the stop rod 60 is a spring connecting rod, the shaft sleeve 14 is mounted on the adapter plate 11, the lower end of the spring connecting rod is slidably mounted in the shaft sleeve 14, the stop block 61 is a roller, and the roller is rotatably mounted at the upper end of the spring connecting rod. It can be understood that the spring connecting rod has elasticity and has the function of up-and-down expansion, so that the roller extends upwards into the limiting groove 51 or retracts downwards to realize the matching or separation with the limiting groove 51. In this embodiment, the jig placing frame 20 further includes a guiding hopper 23, the guiding hopper 23 is installed on the supporting frame 211, the guiding hopper 23 is located above the storage hopper 22, and the position of the storage hopper 22 corresponding to the guiding hopper 23 is provided with a blanking port 231. The housing 10 of the present embodiment is detachably mounted on the walking board 200. The synchronous trolley according to claim 2, wherein the walking table comprises a walking frame and a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism and the operation frame are both mounted on the walking frame, the walking frame is further mounted with walking wheels, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the walking frame to move through the walking wheels.

The synchronous trolley according to claim 6, wherein a second travel switch and a third travel switch are further arranged on the travelling frame, the second travel switch and the third travel switch are respectively arranged on two sides of the first travel switch, and the second travel switch and the third travel switch are both electrically connected with the driving mechanism and are both used for triggering the driving mechanism, so that the driving mechanism brakes the travelling frame.

The synchronized trolley of claim 6 wherein said walking frame includes a base frame and an upright frame mounted on said base frame, said drive mechanism, said synchronizing mechanism, said handling frame and said road wheels all being mounted on said base frame; the vertical frame is provided with a wrench placing frame and a fourth travel switch, the wrench placing frame is used for placing a wrench, the fourth travel switch is close to the wrench placing frame, and the fourth travel switch is used for triggering the driving mechanism when the wrench placing frame is placed with the wrench, so that the driving mechanism brakes the walking frame.

The synchronous trolley according to claim 8, wherein the vertical frame is further provided with three control buttons, one of the control buttons is electrically connected with the driving member and is used for controlling the driving member to drive the swing arm to abut against an external automobile plate chain; the other control button is electrically connected with the driving mechanism and the driving piece and is used for controlling the driving mechanism to drive the walking frame to walk and controlling the driving piece to drive the swing arm to be separated from the external automobile plate chain; and the other control button is electrically connected with the driving mechanism and is used for controlling the driving mechanism to brake the walking frame.

The synchronous trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the jig placing rack comprises a support, the support comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of placing racks, the plurality of placing racks are installed on the supporting frame at intervals, the number of the placing racks is consistent with the number of the types of the jigs, and the jigs of various types can be placed on the plurality of placing racks in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the operation frame is characterized by further comprising a rack arranged on the walking platform, and the support frame is rotatably arranged above the rack, so that the support frame can rotate relative to the rack.
