5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the acquisition module is further configured to acquire a third construction area image of the construction area;
the data processing module is further used for determining a second distance between the passing vehicle and the electronic fence when the third construction area image is determined to comprise the passing vehicle according to a third preset image recognition algorithm;
the information generating module is further configured to generate a second safety prompt message when the second distance is smaller than a second preset safety distance.
6. The device of claim 3, wherein the sending module is further configured to send the first security prompt information to a wearable security device corresponding to the security identifier, so that the wearable security device generates third security prompt information.
7. An electronic fence-based construction monitoring system, the system comprising: at least one camera, at least one wearable safety device, a plurality of cones and the electronic fence based construction monitoring device of any of claims 1-6;
the camera is connected with the construction monitoring equipment and used for acquiring an electronic fence of a construction area and a first construction area image of the construction area, wherein the first construction area image comprises a safety mark of wearable safety equipment of at least one constructor, the cone barrel is provided with a cone barrel mark, and the electronic fence is determined according to the cone barrel mark;
the construction monitoring equipment is used for determining a first distance between the safety mark and the electronic fence according to a first preset image recognition algorithm;
and the construction monitoring equipment is used for generating first safety prompt information when the first distance is smaller than a first preset safety distance.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the wearable security device comprises a communication module and a security prompt module;
the wearable safety equipment receives first safety prompt information sent by the wearable safety equipment based on the communication module;
and the safety prompt module generates third safety prompt information according to the first safety prompt information.

The system of claim 8, wherein the construction monitoring device comprises a positioning module for obtaining location information of the construction area, the system further comprising a traffic service platform, the construction monitoring device being communicatively connected to the traffic service platform;
the construction monitoring equipment acquires the position information of the construction area, generates construction prompt information according to the position information, and sends the construction prompt information to a traffic service platform so that the traffic service platform can generate traffic incident information according to the construction prompt information;
and the traffic service platform outputs the traffic event information.
10. The system of claim 7, further comprising: construction engineering vehicles and telescopic vertical rods;
