The term "connected" and "coupled" when used in this application, unless otherwise indicated, includes both direct and indirect connections (couplings).
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the target area is a parking area specified by the shared bicycle is judged according to the acquired image information of the target area, if so, the image information and the acquired position information of the shared bicycle in the target area are fused, and whether illegal parking exists in the target area is judged, so that the phenomenon of disordered parking of the shared bicycle is effectively monitored and managed.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing a shared bicycle according to an embodiment, where the method includes the following steps:
step S10, acquiring image information of a target area, and determining whether the target area is a parking area according to the image information.
The target area in this embodiment may be any monitored area in a city, such as an area near a subway station, an intersection area, and a shared single-car parking area designated by some municipal departments. The image information of the target area may be a surveillance video or a photo taken by a surveillance camera, and this embodiment may determine whether the surveillance video in the surveillance video or the photo is a parking area by performing image processing on the surveillance video or the photo, for example, the parking area often has an obvious identification line to distinguish from other areas, so that the surveillance video or the photo may be processed by an existing image processing algorithm to determine whether the parking area has the identification line, and if the determination result is that the parking area has the identification line, the target area is the parking area, otherwise, the target area is not the parking area; in this embodiment, it may also be determined whether the target area is a parking area by obtaining the position information of the camera that captures the image information, for example, the position information of all parking areas in a city may be summarized, the position information of the camera that captures the target area is compared with the summarized position information of all parking areas, if the comparison result is that the position information of the camera of the target area is the position information of one of the parking areas, the target area is a parking area, otherwise, the target area is not a parking area.
Step S20, if the target area is a parking area, obtaining position information of the shared bicycle in the target area in a parked state, and performing parking management on the shared bicycle based on the image information and the position information.
If the target area is the parking area of the shared bicycle after the judgment of the steps, the position information of all the parked shared bicycles in the parking area is obtained through a positioning means such as a GPS, and whether the parked shared bicycles are illegally parked is judged by combining the image information of the target area.
And step S30, if the target area is not the parking area, judging whether the shared bicycle in the parking state exists in the target area based on the image information, and if so, judging that the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area is illegal parking.
Since the shared vehicles parked in the other areas except the designated shared vehicle parking area are illegal parking, the present embodiment first determines whether the shared vehicle in the parking state exists in the target area, and if so, the shared vehicle in the parking state in the target area is illegal parking. In one embodiment, the shared bicycle in the parking state can be determined by the position of the shared bicycle in the continuous multiframe or images in the video or the picture, and the position of the continuous multiframe or images is fixed to be the shared bicycle in the parking state.
Since the target area of the non-parking area is often some key traffic areas, and if there is a parked shared bicycle for a long time, the public traffic and the like are affected, in this embodiment, if it is determined that there is an illegally parked shared bicycle in the target area of the non-parking area, the garage to which the illegally parked shared bicycle belongs may be determined based on the image information, and a notification may be sent to the client of the garage to which the shared bicycle belongs through the background, so that the client of the garage may notify the service staff of the accessory to clean the illegally parked shared bicycle in the target area, so as to ensure that the target area of the non-parking area does not have the parked shared bicycle.
Referring to fig. 2, if the target area is a parking area, the parking management of the shared bicycle based on the image information and the position information includes the following steps:
step S201, the posture of the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area is determined based on the image information. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating three postures of the sharing bicycle in a parking state according to an embodiment, which are a body standing posture, a body falling posture and a body stacking posture. In the present embodiment, the shared-bicycle parking state is determined. The deep learning model includes, but is not limited to, sequenezenet-ssd, mobile enetv2-ssd, cascade-rcnn, vgg-repeat, etc., before inputting the current image information into the deep learning model, the deep learning module needs to be trained, and the training process includes: firstly, acquiring a plurality of groups of shared bicycle image information with attitude tags, namely the attitude of a shared bicycle in the image information in a parking state is known, and calibrating different image information through the attitude tags; and then, inputting the shared bicycle image information with the attitude label into a deep learning model to be trained, and training parameters in the deep learning model for multiple times to obtain optimal deep learning module parameters, namely finishing the training of the deep learning model. For the trained deep learning model, when the shared bicycle image information of unknown posture is input, it can output the posture of the shared bicycle in the image information.
In step S202, the direction of the shared vehicle in the parked state and the distance from the adjacent vehicle in the target area are determined based on the position information.
In order to facilitate management, the manufacturers of the shared bicycles install GPS positioning devices on the existing shared bicycles, and the present embodiment can acquire the position information of the shared bicycles through the GPS positioning devices on the shared bicycles. In this embodiment, a UWB electronic tag may be further disposed on the shared bicycle, and the UWB positioning base station disposed around the parking area is used to acquire the position information of the shared bicycle through signal communication, where the UWB electronic tag further stores vehicle information of the shared bicycle, such as a manufacturer of the shared bicycle, a unique ID of the shared bicycle, and the like. In this embodiment, the shared bicycle in the parking state needs to be determined according to the acquired location information of all the shared bicycles in the target area, where the location information is fixed and unchanged, and after the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area is found, the location information of the shared bicycle in the parking state is determined. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a UWB electronic tag setting position according to an embodiment, in which the UWB electronic tag may be set at a position of a head or a tail of the shared bicycle, for example, the UWB electronic tag is mounted on a handlebar cross beam of the shared bicycle, so that position information of the head or the tail of the shared bicycle may be accurately located, and a direction of the head or the tail of the shared bicycle in a parking state is determined according to the position information of the head or the tail, that is, the direction of the shared bicycle in the parking state is obtained. And determining the distance between the shared bicycle in the parking state and the adjacent bicycle according to the position information of the head or the tail of the shared bicycle and the position information of the head or the tail of the shared bicycle in other parking states in the parking area.
Step S203, judging whether the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area is illegally parked or not based on the posture and the direction of the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area and the distance between the shared bicycle and an adjacent bicycle, generating warning information if the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area is illegally parked, and outputting the warning information to a user of the shared bicycle.
In this embodiment, whether the shared vehicles in all parking states in the target area have illegal parking is sequentially judged according to the determined postures and directions of the shared vehicles in the parking states in the target area and the distance between the shared vehicles and the adjacent vehicles.
In one embodiment, whether the direction, the posture and the distance between the sharing bicycle and the adjacent bicycle in the parking state in the target area meet the following conditions is judged:
(1) the included angle between the posture of the shared bicycle in the parking state and the preset parking posture is larger than a first preset threshold value.
(2) And the included angle between the direction of the shared bicycle in the parking state and the preset parking direction is greater than a second preset threshold value.
(3) And the distance between the shared bicycle and the adjacent bicycle in the parking state is smaller than a fourth preset threshold value.
And when any one of the conditions is not met, judging that the shared bicycle in the parking state in the target area is illegally parked, generating warning information, and outputting the warning information to a user of the shared bicycle.
The preset parking direction is a preset standard head or tail direction, the preset parking posture is a vertical posture of the vehicle body, for example, when the posture of the shared vehicle in the parking state is that the vehicle body falls down or the vehicle body is stacked, the illegal parking can be directly judged, when the posture of the shared vehicle in the parking state is a vehicle body inclined posture, if the included angle between the vehicle body and the ground is smaller than a first threshold value, the parking of the shared vehicle is judged to be standard, and if the included angle is larger than the first threshold value, the parking of the shared vehicle is judged to be illegal.
In another embodiment, the three conditions need not be determined simultaneously, but only one is selected, and if the three conditions are not met, the illegal parking can be directly determined.
And if the included angle between the posture of the shared bicycle in the parking state and the preset parking posture is larger than a first preset threshold value, the shared bicycle is illegally parked.
Or if the included angle between the direction of the shared bicycle in the parking state and the preset parking direction is larger than a second preset threshold value, the shared bicycle is illegally parked.
Or if the distance between the shared bicycle in the parking state and the adjacent bicycle is smaller than a fourth preset threshold, the shared bicycle is illegally parked.
And when the shared bicycle in the parking state exists in the target area, generating warning information and outputting the warning information to a user of the shared bicycle.
In this embodiment, the warning information is output to the shared-bicycle user, and the image information and the like in the parking state of the shared bicycle is also output to the user as parking violation data together with the warning information, so as to serve as evidence of later penalty.
In the embodiment, a display screen can be arranged in the parking area for displaying warning information of illegal parking and corresponding parking violation data so as to remind a user of the shared bicycle parking to correct the illegal parking behavior in time. In addition, for the parked shared bicycle users, the manufacturer of the shared bicycle can be determined by analyzing the UWB electronic tags of the shared bicycle, parking violation data and warning information are sent to the client of the manufacturer of the shared bicycle, the users of the shared bicycle are reminded through background notification of the client, and meanwhile the manufacturer of the shared bicycle can also punish the illegal parking users through the client in a fine mode.
The shared bicycle management method provided by the embodiment can be used for uniformly monitoring and managing the random parking phenomenon of all shared bicycles belonging to different manufacturers, managing the shared bicycles in the designated parking area, supervising the shared bicycles in key traffic areas except the designated parking area, and reserving image information and the like as evidences to warn, remind or punish illegal parking shared bicycle users.
