firstly, the garbage transfer vehicle 9 drives into the space between the two rails 1 from one end provided with a bottom spraying unit, a fourth spray head 7 in the bottom spraying unit washes the bottom of the vehicle, and the mounting frame 2 is positioned at one end of the rail 1 close to the head of the garbage transfer vehicle 9;

then the first nozzle 31 rotates to face the tail part of the garbage transfer trolley 9 obliquely downwards, the first nozzle 31 sprays cleaning water and moves downwards to a position lower than the tail part of the garbage transfer trolley 9, and then the first nozzle 31 moves upwards to return to the original position to finish washing the tail part of the garbage transfer trolley 9;
then the mounting frame 2 moves to the head position of the garbage transfer trolley 9 along the track 1 and stops;
and finally, the driver drives the garbage transfer trolley 9 to pass through the mounting frame 2 to leave the cleaning field, and meanwhile, the third spray head in the disinfection unit sprays disinfectant to the garbage transfer trolley 9 to disinfect the garbage transfer trolley 9 from head to tail, so that the cleaning task of the garbage transfer trolley 9 is completed.
