In summary, the shielding plate 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, through the shielding effect, makes the current density of the shielded portion on the bottom surface of the semiconductor laser package not reach the limit current density necessary for the gold plating layer to precipitate, so that when the gold plating operation is performed on the bottom surface of the semiconductor laser package, at most, the shielded portion can be plated with only one gold plating layer, thereby reducing the thickness of the gold plating layer on the bottom surface of the semiconductor laser package, and further reducing the manufacturing cost of the semiconductor laser.
