(6) The functions of feeding, white spirit raw material conveying, cooking, discharging, equipment cleaning, steam pressure adjusting, steam waste heat and hot water recycling and the like are mechanically and automatically completed, and manual participation is not needed in the whole process. In addition, because the mechanized full-automatic production is realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the method is suitable for large-scale production of wine brewing.
(7) The whole primary steaming process is carried out in a closed container, so that the material leakage and water seepage are avoided, and the production workshop is clean and sanitary on site. The white spirit raw materials are not sticky to the ground in the whole process and are not contacted with people, so that the hygienic production is realized, and the hygienic requirements of food production are met.

the primary steaming cylinder (10) is provided with a steam inlet communicated with the primary steaming cavity (11), and the steam assembly (50) is communicated with the steam inlet.

The primary steaming equipment for white spirit raw materials according to claim 2, wherein the steam recovery assembly (60) comprises a steam recovery pipeline and a steam recovery valve, the steam recovery pipeline is communicated with the feeding assembly (20), and the steam recovery valve is arranged on the steam recovery pipeline.

The primary distillation equipment for the white spirit raw materials according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning assembly (70), wherein the cleaning assembly (70) comprises a cleaning pipeline (71) and a spray head (72), the spray head (72) is located in the primary distillation cavity (11), the cleaning pipeline (71) is communicated with the spray head (72), and at least part of the spray head (72) is located above the conveying part (41).

The primary steaming equipment for the white spirit raw material according to claim 1, further comprising a hot water recovery assembly (80), wherein a hot water recovery port communicated with the primary steaming cavity (11) is arranged at the bottom of the primary steaming barrel (10), and the hot water recovery assembly (80) is communicated with the hot water recovery port.
