Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
In order to make the technical solution of the present application easier to understand, a brief description of the prior art is first given.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a conventional refrigeration system of a refrigerator. As shown in fig. 1, the refrigeration system of the refrigerator mainly includes: the condenser 1, the condensation preventing pipe 2, the filter 3, the capillary tube 4, the evaporator 5 and the compressor 6; in the system, under the action of the compressor 6, a high-temperature refrigerant enters the condensation preventing pipe 2 after passing through the condenser 1, so that the temperature around a box body opening frame where the condensation preventing pipe 2 is located or the temperature on the surface of a beam is increased, and the condensation preventing effect is achieved. However, under normal use conditions, in order to ensure the condensation preventing effect of the refrigerator body when the humidity of the external environment is high, the temperature of the condensation preventing pipe 2 is relatively constant and high, so that the heat leakage amount to the refrigerator body is large, and the energy consumption of the refrigerator is large. However, when the humidity of the external environment is lower, the condensation preventing pipe 2 can effectively prevent condensation only by using less heat, but the temperature of the condensation preventing pipe 2 is relatively constant, and the system cannot automatically adjust the temperature of the condensation preventing pipe, so that the energy-saving operation of the refrigerator is not facilitated.
In view of this, the present application provides an improved refrigeration system for a refrigerator, so as to control the condensation preventing pipe of the refrigerator to have different temperatures according to different external environment humidities, so as to prompt the energy saving effect of the refrigerator. The following examples are given for the purpose of illustration.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigeration system of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the system further includes an on-off valve 7 and an auxiliary line 8 on the basis of the conventional refrigeration system of the refrigerator shown in fig. 1;
wherein, the switch valve 8 is connected in series with a main pipeline 9 at the inlet side of the condensation preventing pipe 2; the switch valve 7 comprises a first outlet and a second outlet, and the first outlet is communicated with the inlet of the condensation preventing pipe 2 through a main pipeline 9; an inlet of the auxiliary pipeline 8 is communicated with a second outlet of the switch valve 7, and an outlet of the auxiliary pipeline 8 is communicated with a main pipeline 9 between the switch valve 7 and the condensation preventing pipe 2, namely, the auxiliary pipeline 8 is connected in parallel with a part of the main pipeline 9 between the switch valve 7 and the condensation preventing pipe 2;
the sectional area of the auxiliary pipeline 8 is smaller than that of the main pipeline 9; the switching valve 7 can be switched such that the inlet of the switching valve 7 is in communication with only the first outlet, or such that the inlet of the switching valve 7 is in communication with only the second outlet.
It should be noted that, when the auxiliary pipeline 8 and the main pipeline 9 are both of a common cylindrical tubular structure, the sectional area of the auxiliary pipeline 8 smaller than the sectional area of the main pipeline 9 is equivalent to the diameter of the auxiliary pipeline 8 smaller than the diameter of the main pipeline 9, or in popular terms, the auxiliary pipeline 8 is thinner than the main pipeline 9.
When the inlet of the switch valve 7 is only communicated with the first outlet, that is, the second outlet is closed, the refrigerator refrigeration system described in this embodiment is not different from the existing refrigerator refrigeration system in use, and at this time, although the high-temperature refrigerant passes through the condenser 1, then the switch valve 7, and then enters the condensation preventing pipe 2, the temperature of the refrigerant does not change, and therefore the temperature of the condensation preventing pipe 2 does not change;
when the inlet of the switch valve 7 is only communicated with the second outlet, that is, the first outlet is closed, the high-temperature refrigerant can only leave from the second outlet of the switch valve 7 and enter the relatively thin auxiliary pipeline 8, and the flow resistance generated by the thin auxiliary pipeline 8 is larger, so that the refrigerant therein has the function of throttling and depressurizing, and the temperature of the refrigerant is reduced, under the condition, after the refrigerant cooled by throttling and depressurizing enters the anti-condensation pipe 2, the temperature of the anti-condensation pipe 2 is also reduced. Therefore, under the condition that the humidity of the external environment is lower, the heat leakage quantity of the condensation preventing pipe 2 to the interior of the refrigerator is effectively reduced, and the energy-saving effect of the refrigerator is improved.
It is thus clear that, among the above-mentioned scheme, on conventional refrigerator refrigerating system's basis, through additionally setting up the ooff valve that includes a plurality of exports and the auxiliary line that the relative main line sectional area is littleer on original main line to parallelly connected auxiliary line and ooff valve and the part main line between preventing congealing the pipe, thereby can make the refrigerant pass through main line or auxiliary line and get into and prevent congealing the pipe according to different demands, and then obtain different and prevent congealing a tub temperature, thereby promote the energy-conserving effect of refrigerator.
Furthermore, in some embodiments, the control of the switching valve 7 to switch between different outlets may be implemented as follows:
the switch valve 7 is an electric valve, a controller is arranged in the refrigerator, and a humidity sensor (not shown) is arranged around the outside of the refrigerator and is used for detecting the ambient humidity outside the refrigerator; the controller is respectively connected with the humidity sensor and the electric valve and is used for controlling the inlet of the electric valve to be only communicated with the first outlet or controlling the inlet of the electric valve to be only communicated with the second outlet according to the different size relations between the environment humidity detected by the humidity sensor and the preset humidity threshold value.
More specifically, a first humidity threshold value can be preset and stored in the controller, and when the controller obtains a detection value of the humidity sensor and judges that the ambient humidity is greater than the first humidity threshold value, the inlet of the electric valve is controlled to be only communicated with the first outlet, so that a relatively high condensation preventing pipe temperature is obtained, and the condensation preventing effect is improved; and when the controller acquires the detection value of the humidity sensor and judges that the ambient humidity is less than or equal to the first humidity threshold value, the inlet of the electric valve is controlled to be only communicated with the second outlet, so that the relatively low temperature of the condensation preventing pipe is obtained, and the excessive heat is prevented from leaking into the refrigerator.
In addition, in order to make the system better adapt to the actual situation, on the basis of the scheme, the following improvements are made:
example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of another refrigeration system of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the system further includes an on-off valve 7, a first auxiliary line 81 and a second auxiliary line 82 on the basis of the conventional refrigeration system of the refrigerator shown in fig. 1;
wherein, the switch valve 8 is connected in series with a main pipeline 9 at the inlet side of the condensation preventing pipe 2; the switch valve 7 comprises a first outlet and two second outlets, and the first outlet is communicated with the inlet of the condensation preventing pipe 2 through a main pipeline 9; an inlet of the first auxiliary pipeline 81 is communicated with one second outlet of the switch valve 7, an outlet of the first auxiliary pipeline 81 is communicated with the main pipeline 9 between the switch valve 7 and the condensation preventing pipe 2, an inlet of the second auxiliary pipeline 82 is communicated with the other second outlet of the switch valve 7, and an outlet of the second auxiliary pipeline 82 is also communicated with the main pipeline 9 between the switch valve 7 and the condensation preventing pipe 2, namely, the first auxiliary pipeline 81 and the second auxiliary pipeline 82 are both connected in parallel with a part of the main pipeline 9 between the switch valve 7 and the condensation preventing pipe 2;
the cross-sectional areas of the first auxiliary pipeline 81 and the second auxiliary pipeline 82 are both smaller than the cross-sectional area of the main pipeline 9, and the cross-sectional area of the first auxiliary pipeline 81 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the second auxiliary pipeline 82; the switching valve 7 can be switched so that the inlet of the switching valve 7 is in communication with only the first outlet, or so that the inlet of the switching valve 7 is in communication with only the second outlet connected to the first auxiliary line 81, or so that the inlet of the switching valve 7 is in communication with only the second outlet connected to the second auxiliary line 82.
That is to say, on the basis of the first embodiment, an additional auxiliary pipeline is provided in the second embodiment, and the sectional areas (thicknesses) of the two auxiliary pipelines are different, so that the temperature of the condensation preventing pipe 2 can be more accurately controlled according to different ambient humidity.
Specifically, if a mode that the controller controls the electric valve according to the ambient humidity detected by the humidity sensor is still adopted, then a second humidity threshold value and a third humidity threshold value can be preset and stored in the controller, and if the second humidity threshold value is greater than the third humidity threshold value, when the controller obtains the detection value of the humidity sensor and judges that the ambient humidity is greater than the second humidity threshold value, the inlet of the electric valve is controlled to be only communicated with the first outlet, so that the relatively highest condensation preventing pipe temperature is obtained; when the controller acquires the detection value of the humidity sensor and judges that the ambient humidity is less than or equal to the second humidity threshold and greater than the third humidity threshold, the inlet of the electric valve is controlled to be communicated with the second outlet connected with the first auxiliary pipeline 81, so that the moderate condensation-preventing pipe temperature is obtained; and when the controller acquires the detection value of the humidity sensor and judges that the ambient humidity is less than or equal to the third humidity threshold value, the inlet of the electric valve is controlled to be communicated with the second outlet connected with the second auxiliary pipeline 82 only, so that the relatively lowest condensation preventing pipe temperature is obtained.
Of course, it should be understood that the refrigeration system of the refrigerator shown in the second embodiment above, which includes two auxiliary pipelines, is only exemplary, and in practical application, more auxiliary pipelines may be provided and the on-off valve including more second outlets may be replaced according to practical needs, as long as the number of the second outlets of the on-off valve is the same as that of the auxiliary pipelines, and each auxiliary pipeline corresponds to each second outlet of the on-off valve one by one.
When the number of the auxiliary lines is plural, the sectional areas of the auxiliary lines are preferably different from each other.
In addition to the above embodiment, the opening and closing valve may be a manual valve and may be manually controlled by a user, in which the opening and closing valve is an electric valve and is controlled by a controller based on the ambient humidity.
Specifically, if there is no extra source of humid air near the placement environment of the refrigerator, then the humidity of the external environment where the refrigerator is located is relatively stable, and therefore, in this case, when the above-mentioned refrigerator refrigeration system is applied, the frequent switching of the first outlet and the second outlet of the switch valve is usually not needed, but only the corresponding outlet needs to be maintained according to the actual situation, and therefore, in this scenario, the switch valve can adopt a manual valve, and the user can meet the demand by manually switching the corresponding outlet according to the actual situation (for example, the size of the environmental humidity).
The method for controlling based on the controller is more suitable for scenes with large environment humidity change and high control precision requirement because the method can acquire the environment humidity in real time and control the switch valve in time.
In addition, when the on-off valve is a manual valve, the number of the auxiliary lines may be the same, as long as the number of the second outlets of the on-off valve is the same as the number of the auxiliary lines, and each auxiliary line corresponds to each second outlet of the on-off valve. When the number of the auxiliary lines is plural, it is also preferable that the sectional areas of the auxiliary lines are different from each other.
After the refrigerator refrigeration system according to the above embodiments is applied to a refrigerator, that is, on the basis of a conventional refrigerator refrigeration system, the switch valves including a plurality of outlets and the auxiliary pipeline having a smaller cross-sectional area relative to the main pipeline are additionally arranged on the original main pipeline, and the auxiliary pipeline is connected in parallel with part of the main pipeline between the switch valves and the condensation preventing pipe, so that a refrigerant can enter the condensation preventing pipe through the main pipeline or the auxiliary pipeline according to different requirements, and then different temperatures of the condensation preventing pipe are obtained, thereby improving the energy saving effect of the refrigerator.
It is understood that the same or similar parts in the above embodiments may be mutually referred to, and the same or similar parts in other embodiments may be referred to for the content which is not described in detail in some embodiments.
