Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种楼层建筑管道安装用的穿
板止水接头，它由上接水管，止水环和下落水管一体
构成。本止水接头可在房屋结构施工中埋入或施工
完后补装，由于有止水环，能够封住因砼收缩徐变产
生的裂缝，从而杜绝了管道穿板处的漏水现象，可根
据管道的材质和尺寸做成铸铁件或PVC件。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种楼层建筑管道安装的穿板止水接头。
在现行建筑施工中，对穿过楼层的管道往往都是在施工中预留孔洞，管道安装完毕后，再用砼把孔洞补上。由于砼的收缩徐变，在管道的周围会产生一圈裂缝，一旦遇到房间有水，就会顺着裂缝往下渗，直接影响房屋的正常使用，因而存在着不足。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种与穿过楼层的管道配用的穿板止水接头。
本实用新型是这样构成的，即它由上接水管、止水环和下落水管一体构成，其结构可由附图及其给出的实施例进一步说明。
本实用新型有如下附图：
附图1，2为铸铁件的穿板止水接头的结构示意图；
附图3，4为PVC件穿板止水接头的结构示意图；
附图5为使用状态的示意图。
参见图1，2，本实用新型采用铸铁件时由上接水管（1）和止水环（2）和下落水管（3）一体构成。
参见图3，4，本实用新型采用PVC件时除包括接水管（1）、止水环（2）和落水管（3）外，在止水环上还有安装孔（7），及下落水管根部的套管（8）。
参见图5：在房屋建筑中可先将本穿板止水接头预埋在楼板的砼中，安装管道时，将上层楼房的水管（4）置于上接水管（1）内，在接缝处填以麻丝和砂浆，下落水管（3）与下层楼房的管道（5）连接，连接处用麻丝和砂浆填封。
对于PVC件的接头管，在安装时可通过止水环上的安装孔（7）固定在地板上，下落水管穿过预留的孔，下层楼房的PVC管道直接套进套管（8）内即可。
本实用新型的优点是：可在房屋结构施工中埋入或施工完后补装，由于有止水环，能够封住因砼收缩徐变产生的裂缝及施工不当而产裂隙，杜绝了管道穿板处的漏水现象。对本实用新型的使用能够增加房屋结构的整体性。
Claims (2)
1、一种穿板止水接头，为铸铁件或PVC件，其特征在于由上接水管(1)，止水环(2)和下落水管(3)一体构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的穿板止水接头，其特征在于PVC件的接头的止水环上有安装孔（7），在下落水管（3）的根部有套管（8）。
