as shown in fig. 1 to 19, the labeling device of the FOSB packaging assembly line comprises a fixed frame 1, a rotatable conveyor belt 3, an ID label marking and peeling device 5, a warning label peeling device 6, an ID label labeling device 7, a warning label labeling device 8 and a labeling inspection shooting device 9, wherein four rolling wheels 2 and four supporting feet 4 are arranged at the bottom of the fixed frame 1, and when the fixed frame moves, the four supporting feet 4 are retracted and the fixed frame 1 is pushed to move through the four rolling wheels 2; after the movement is finished, the four supporting legs 4 are put down, and the height of each supporting leg 4 can be adjusted through the knob.
A rotatable conveyor belt 3 capable of driving the wafer packaging box 10 to rotate is fixed on the fixed rack 1; the ID label marking and label stripping device 5, the warning label stripping device 6, the warning label labeling device 8 and the ID label labeling device 7 are arranged on the fixed rack 1 on the same side of the rotatable conveyor belt 3, the ID label labeling device 7 is arranged at the outlet of the ID label marking and label stripping device 5, and the warning label labeling device 8 is arranged at the outlet of the warning label stripping device 6; the labeling detection shooting device 9 is arranged on the warning label stripping device 6, a camera 901 of the labeling detection shooting device 9 is arranged right above the rotatable conveyor belt 3, and the camera 901 is over against the wafer packaging box 10 on the rotatable conveyor belt 3. The camera 901 is fixed to the fixed frame 1 by a camera holder 902. The labeling detection shooting device 9 is arranged on the warning label stripping device 6, a camera of the labeling detection shooting device 9 is arranged right above the rotatable conveyor belt 3, and the camera is opposite to the wafer packaging box 10 on the rotatable conveyor belt 3.
The ID label marking and label stripping device 5 is used for printing an ID label of a wafer packaging box and stripping the ID label from base paper, the ID label is conveniently sucked and pasted on the wafer packaging box by the ID label labeling device 7, the warning label stripping device 6 is used for stripping the warning label from the base paper, and the warning label is conveniently sucked and pasted on the wafer packaging box by the warning label pasting device 8. Warning label is shelled mark device 6 and is set up and beat mark and shell mark device 5 directly over ID label in spatial distribution, ID label pastes mark device 7 and presses close to ID label and beat mark and shell mark device 5, and warning label pastes mark device 8 and presses close to warning label and shell mark device 6, and ID label pastes mark device 7 and warning label and paste and can not launch when pasting the mark device 8 motion each other and interfere, and the two has sufficient free motion space, can both remove near wafer packing carton with adsorbed label separately when removing. The feeding of the rotatable conveyor 3 is usually performed by manual feeding, and can be transmitted by a conveyor, for example, the rotatable conveyor 3 is also used for transmitting materials at the previous station, and the wafer packaging boxes are transferred between the stations by the translation of the rotatable conveyor 3.
The ID label marking and label stripping device 5 comprises a first label stripping housing 501, a first label paper roll 502, a first backing paper rewinding roll 503, a triangular support plate 504, a label discharging support frame 505, a thermal transfer label printer 507, a first rewinding motor, a first tensioning cylindrical guide rod 509, a second cylindrical guide rod 510 and a third cylindrical guide rod 506, the first label peeling machine shell 501 is fixed on the fixed frame 1, the first label paper roll 502, the first backing paper roll 503, the triangular support plate 504, the thermal transfer label printer 507, the first rewinding motor, the first tensioning cylindrical guide rod 509, the second cylindrical guide rod 510 and the third cylindrical guide rod 506 are all arranged inside the first label peeling machine shell 501, an ID label outlet is formed in the first label peeling machine shell 501, the triangular support plate 504 is provided with a horizontally arranged upper surface, and part of the upper surface of the triangular support plate 504 extends out of the first label peeling machine shell 501 from the ID label outlet; the ID label paper 508 wound on the first label paper roll 502 is sequentially wound under a first tension cylindrical guide 509, a thermal transfer label printer 507, over a second cylindrical guide 510, on the upper surface of the triangular support plate 504, under a third cylindrical guide 506, and then connected to a first backing paper rewind roll 503; the mark outlet support frame 505 is arranged at an outlet of the upper surface of the triangular support plate 504, the second cylindrical guide rod 510 is arranged at an inlet of the upper surface of the triangular support plate 504, and the third cylindrical guide rod 506 is arranged at a third corner below the triangular support plate 504; the first rewinding motor is connected with the first backing paper rewinding drum 503 and drives the first backing paper rewinding drum 503 to rotate; the thermal transfer label printer 507 is disposed above the second cylindrical guide 510 and the third cylindrical guide 506, and the thermal transfer label printer 507 prints ID information of the wafer package on the ID label paper 508 when the ID label paper 508 passes through the thermal transfer label printer 507.
The exit end of the upper surface of the triangular support plate 504 is the peeling position of the ID label paper 508, the exit end of the upper surface of the triangular support plate 504 and the label discharge support 505 are close to each other, a slit for the ID label paper 508 to pass through is arranged between the exit end and the label discharge support, the ID label paper 508 passes through the slit, the base paper passes through the slit, the ID label paper 508 has certain hardness, and the ID label can be separated from the base paper and enter the upper part of the label discharge support 505, so that the ID label and the base paper on the ID label paper 508 can be separated. Since the ID label is not fixed, a thermal transfer label printer 507 is required to print the ID information on the ID label.
The warning label stripping device 6 comprises a transverse support 601, a warning label stripping shell 602, a warning label paper roll 603, a warning label base paper rewinding roll 604, a warning label upper pressure plate 605, a warning label rewinding motor, a label stripping platform 607 and a second tensioning cylindrical guide rod 606, wherein the transverse support 601 is horizontally arranged on the fixed frame 1 right above the ID label stripping device 7, the warning label stripping shell 602 is fixed on the transverse support 601, the warning label rewinding motor, the warning label paper roll 603, the warning label base paper rewinding roll 604, the warning label upper pressure plate 605, the label stripping platform 607 and the second tensioning cylindrical guide rod 606 are all arranged inside the warning label stripping shell 602, the second tensioning cylindrical guide rod 606 is arranged below the label stripping platform 607, the warning label upper pressure plate 605 is arranged above the label stripping platform 607, the whole warning roll of label paper is fixedly sleeved on the rotatable warning label paper roll 603, one end of the warning label paper is connected to the warning label backing paper and returns the reel 604 after walking around in proper order and shelling the platform 607 and the second tensioning cylinder guide arm 606, and the warning label is rewound the motor and is connected the warning label backing paper and return the reel 604 and drive the rotation that the warning label backing paper returned the reel 604, the warning label is shelled the mark shell 602 and is provided with out the label mouth, and the upper surface level that shells the platform 607 sets up and shells the front end of platform 607 stretches out the warning label and shells the label mouth outside that the label shell 602 was shelled to the warning label, the front end of warning label top board 605 is close to out the label mouth and presses close to the upper surface of shelling the platform 607.
The warning mark label peeling machine shell 602 is further provided with a warning mark supporting tool rest 608, the warning mark supporting tool rest 608 is vertically arranged at an outlet of the label peeling platform 607, a tool edge of the warning mark supporting tool rest 608 faces upwards, and an upper surface of the warning mark supporting tool rest 608 is a tool edge made of antifriction materials and arranged in parallel to the moving direction of the warning mark.
Because the warning label is a fixed label, printing is not required. When the warning label paper passes through the outlet end of the label peeling platform 607, the base paper of the warning label paper is sharply rotated downwards and wound to the second tensioning cylindrical guide rod 606, and the warning label can be separated from the base paper due to certain hardness and continuously moves forwards, so that the warning label is supported on the warning label supporting knife rest 608, and only the warning label is separated from 2/3 when the warning label is separated from the base paper, and the rest part of the warning label is continuously adhered to the base paper and then is adsorbed and taken away by the warning label labeling device 8.
The ID label labeling device 7 comprises an ID label horizontal moving module 701, an ID label vertical moving module 702, an ID label rotating cylinder 703 and a large label vacuum chuck 704, wherein the ID label horizontal moving module 701 is horizontally fixed on the fixed frame 1, the ID label vertical moving module 702 is vertically fixed on a sliding block of the ID label horizontal moving module 701, the ID label rotating cylinder 703 is fixed on a sliding block of the ID label vertical moving module 702, and the large label vacuum chuck 704 is fixed on a movable head of the ID label rotating cylinder 703.
Warning label pastes mark device 8 includes warning label horizontal migration module 801, the vertical removal module 802 of warning label, little label vacuum chuck 803, and warning label horizontal migration module 801 level is fixed on fixed frame 1, and the vertical removal module 802 of warning label is vertical to be fixed on the slider of warning label horizontal migration module 801, and little label vacuum chuck 803 is fixed on the slider of the vertical removal module 802 of warning label.
But the rotatable conveyer belt includes conveyer belt elevating gear, conveyer belt translation device and conveyer belt rotary device, conveyer belt elevating gear includes lifting cylinder 301 and lifting cylinder keysets 302, and lifting cylinder keysets 302 are fixed on the output head directly over lifting cylinder 301, and lifting cylinder 301 during operation drives lifting cylinder keysets 302 up-and-down motion.
The conveying belt rotating device comprises a conveying belt bearing seat 303, a rotating main shaft 304, a motor mounting plate 305, a rotating driving wheel 307, a conveying belt rotating motor 306, a conveying belt rotating driven wheel 308, a rotating synchronous belt, a main shaft flange 309 and an upper end flat plate 310, wherein the conveying belt bearing seat 303 is vertically fixed on the lifting cylinder adapter plate 302, and the lower end of the rotating main shaft 304 is vertically mounted in the conveying belt bearing seat 303 through two bearings; the motor mounting plate 305 is fixed on the conveyor belt bearing block 303, and a through hole for the rotating spindle 304 to pass through is formed in the middle of the motor mounting plate 305; the conveying belt rotary driven wheel 308 is fixed on the rotary main shaft 304 through a key, the conveying belt rotary motor 306 is fixed on the motor mounting plate 305 on one side of the conveying belt bearing seat 303, the output end of the conveying belt rotary motor 306 is connected with the rotary driving wheel 307, the rotary driving wheel 307 is connected with the conveying belt rotary driven wheel 308 through a rotary synchronous belt, and the conveying belt rotary motor 306 drives the rotary main shaft 304 to rotate through a synchronous belt mechanism formed by the rotary driving wheel 307, the rotary synchronous belt and the conveying belt rotary driven wheel 308 when working, and further drives the upper end flat plate 310 fixed above the rotary main shaft 304 to rotate.
The conveyor belt translation device comprises a front rotating shaft 311, a rear rotating shaft 312, a left side plate 313, a right side plate 314, a first shaft sleeve 315, a first threaded gear 316, a connecting ring 317, a translation driven wheel 318, a translation driving wheel 319, a translation motor 320, a translation synchronous belt, a driving shaft 321, a second threaded gear 322, a transmission chain wheel and a chain conveyor belt, wherein the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314 are arranged in parallel, the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314 are respectively fixed on the left side and the right side of an upper end flat plate 310, the front rotating shaft 311 is fixed at the front end of the upper end flat plate 310, the rear rotating shaft 312 is fixed at the rear end of the upper end flat plate 310, the front rotating shaft 311 and the rear rotating shaft 312 are both perpendicular to the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314, and two ends of the front rotating shaft 311 and the rear rotating shaft 312 are respectively fixed on the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314; the left ends of the front rotating shaft 311 and the rear rotating shaft 312 are respectively provided with a left chain shaft sleeve 323, the right ends of the front rotating shaft 311 and the rear rotating shaft 312 are respectively provided with a right chain shaft sleeve 327, the two left chain shaft sleeves 323 are sleeved with a chain conveying belt, and the two right chain shaft sleeves 327 are sleeved with a chain conveying belt.
The translation motor 320 is fixed on the motor mounting plate 305 at the other side of the conveyor belt bearing block 303, the output end of the translation motor 320 is connected with a translation driving wheel 319, the first shaft sleeve 315 is sleeved on the rotating main shaft 304, the first threaded gear 316, the connecting ring 317 and the translational driven wheel 318 are sequentially fixed on the first shaft sleeve 315 from top to bottom, the translational driving wheel 319 and the translational driven wheel 318 are connected through a translational synchronous belt, the driving shaft 321 is horizontally arranged and the axial lead of the driving shaft 321 is vertical to the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314, both ends of the driving shaft 321 are respectively installed on the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314 through bearings, a second screw gear 322 is fixed at the middle of the driving shaft 321, the first threaded gear 316 is meshed with the second threaded gear 322, two ends of the driving shaft 321 are respectively provided with a transmission chain wheel, and the two chain transmission belts are respectively meshed with the transmission chain wheels at the two ends of the driving shaft 321.
When the translation motor 320 works, the synchronous belt mechanism composed of the translation driving wheel 319, the translation driven wheel 318 and the translation synchronous belt drives the whole body composed of the first shaft sleeve 315, the first threaded gear 316 and the connecting ring 317 to rotate, so as to drive the second threaded gear 322 meshed with the first threaded gear 316 to rotate, further drive the driving shaft 321 and the two transmission chain wheels to rotate, and further drive the two chain transmission belts to move.
The bottom of the upper end flat plate 310 is also provided with two rotary wheel shaft fixing plates 325, the rotary wheel shaft fixing plates 325 are arranged in parallel to the left side plate 313 and the right side plate 314, two rotary wheels 326 are arranged between the left side plate 313 and the rotary wheel shaft fixing plate 325 adjacent to the left side plate 313, the two rotary wheels 326 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the driving shaft 321, and two ends of a steering shaft of the two rotary wheels 326 are respectively fixed on the left side plate 313 and the rotary wheel shaft fixing plates 325; when the chain conveyor belt is wound, the chain conveyor belt sequentially passes through a left chain shaft sleeve 323 on the front rotating shaft 311, a rotary wheel 326 close to the front rotating shaft 311, a transmission chain wheel, a rotary wheel 326 close to the rear rotating shaft 312 and a left chain shaft sleeve 323 on the rear rotating shaft 312; the right side plate 314 and the turret shaft fixing plate 325 adjacent to the right side plate 314 are also provided with two turrets 326, and the two turrets 326 are configured to be symmetrical with the two turrets 326 on the left side with respect to the axis of the rotary main shaft 304.

The upper end of the rotating main shaft 304 is fixedly connected with a main shaft flange 309 through a pin shaft, and the main shaft flange 309 is fixed in the middle of the bottom surface of the upper end flat plate 310 through a bolt. The specific workflow of the rotatable conveyor belt 3 is as follows: during specific work, the lifting of the wafer packaging box is realized through the conveyor belt lifting device, and the lifting cylinder 301 drives the lifting cylinder adapter plate 302 to move up and down during work; the rotation of the wafer packing box is realized by the conveyor belt rotating device, the conveyor belt rotating motor 306 drives the rotation of the rotating main shaft 304 by the synchronous belt mechanism composed of the rotating driving wheel 307, the rotating synchronous belt and the conveyor belt rotating driven wheel 308 when working, and further drives the rotation of the upper end flat plate 310 fixed above the rotating main shaft 304, the translation of the wafer packing box is realized by the conveyor belt translation device, the translation motor 320 drives the whole body composed of the first shaft sleeve 315, the first thread gear 316 and the connecting ring 317 to rotate by the synchronous belt mechanism composed of the translation driving wheel 319, the conveyor belt translation driven wheel 318 and the translation synchronous belt when working, and drives the rotation of the second thread gear 322 engaged with the first thread gear 316, and further drives the driving shaft 321 and the two transmission chain wheels to rotate, thereby driving the two chain conveyor belts 324 to move, in the operation of labeling the wafer packing box, labeling operation may need to be performed on more than one side face, at this time, the wafer packaging box needs to be enabled to rotate, so that the side face of the wafer packaging box is located at a labeling position, and after the wafer packaging box is processed, the wafer packaging belt is conveyed to the next station, and horizontal transmission needs to be performed by using a conveying belt rotating device; if the next station adopts the same mechanism as the rotatable conveyor belt 3 as the transmission mechanism, the conveyor belt lifting device is required to lift the conveyor belt translation device, rotate 90 degrees and then butt joint with the rotatable conveyor belt 3 of the next station.
The mark discharging support frame 505 comprises a mark discharging fixing frame and two mark discharging support plates, the two mark discharging support plates are fixed on the mark discharging fixing frame, the two mark discharging support plates are parallel to the motion direction of the ID label, the upper ends of the two mark discharging support plates are in a cutting edge shape, and the upper ends of the two mark discharging support plates are flush with the upper end support surface of the triangular support plate 504.
The mark discharging support plate is made of antifriction materials.
An outlet of the ID label labeling device 7 is further provided with a secondary label recovery platform 511 and an ID label detection camera, the ID label detection camera is arranged right above the label discharge support frame 505, the defective label recovery platform 511 is arranged on one side of the label discharge support frame 505, the label discharge support frame 505 and the secondary label recovery platform 511 are both fixed on a support frame base 512 through bolts, and the support frame base 512 is fixed on the fixed rack 1 through bolts.
The first label peeling machine shell 501 of the ID label marking and label peeling device 5 is also provided with a thermal transfer label printing device 508, and the thermal transfer label printing device 508 is fixed on a base paper moving path of the ID label paper 508 and prints an ID label on a base paper passing by.
The length of the upper surface of the label peeling platform 607 extending out of the label outlet is 20% -40% of the width of the warning label, the thickness of the part of the label peeling platform 607 extending out of the label outlet is gradually reduced along with the distance extending out of the label outlet, and the foremost end of the label peeling platform 607 is in an acute angle shape.
The large-label vacuum sucker 704 comprises a sucker connecting plate 7041, a sucker upper sucking plate 7042, a sucker lower sucking plate 7043, a sucker sealing gasket 7044, a sucker sponge sucking head 7045 and a sucker sucking pipeline 7046, the sucker connecting plate 7041 is fixed on a movable head of an ID label rotating cylinder 703, the sucker upper sucking plate 7042 is horizontally arranged and fixed at the bottom of the sucker connecting plate 7041, the sucker lower sucking plate 7043 is fixed under the sucker upper sucking plate 7042, a sucking cavity is arranged between the sucker upper sucking plate 7042 and the sucker lower sucking plate 7043, the sucking cavity edge joint of the sucker upper sucking plate 7042 and the sucker lower sucking plate 7043 is provided with the sucker sealing gasket 7044 for sealing, the sucker sucking pipeline 7046 is fixed on the sucker connecting plate 7041, the lower end of a sucker sucking pipe is connected with the sucker upper sucking plate 7042 and communicated with the sucking cavity, and the sucker sponge sucking head 7045 is fixed at the bottom of the sucker lower sucking plate 7043.
The suction plate 7043 and the suction sponge head 7045 are provided with a plurality of air suction ports which are uniformly distributed.
The small label vacuum chuck 803 comprises a small chuck fixing seat and a small pneumatic chuck vertically installed on the small chuck fixing seat, and the small chuck fixing seat is fixed on a sliding block of the warning label vertical moving module 802 through a bolt.
