Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种新型活塞，它装入气缸或
油缸中，是气动或液压系统中的重要零部件。活塞为
圆柱形，中央有孔，外圆柱面上的母线为曲线，端面内
凹，有两个密封唇，本活塞既起活塞作用又起密封作
用，活塞与密封件连为一体，用同一种材料制造。抗
热胀冷缩性好，密封性好，耐油、耐蚀、耐磨性均好。
Description
本实用新型提供了一种新型活塞，装入气缸或油缸中，是气动或液压系统中的重要零部件。
现有的小气缸活塞，用橡胶件制造，其不足之处在于抗热涨冷缩性差，密封性差，强度低，弹性差，耐磨性、耐油性亦较差。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处而提供一种新型活塞。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：活塞为圆柱形，中央有孔，外圆柱面上的母线为曲线，端面为向内凹的曲面，有两个密封唇，本活塞既起活塞作用又起密封件作用，用同一种材料制造。
本实用新型的优点在于结构新颖，集活塞与密封件于一体，用同一种材料制造成整体，抗热涨冷缩性好，密封性好，耐油、耐蚀、耐磨性均好。

活塞为圆柱形，中央有孔，外圆柱面上的母线为曲线，端面为向内凹的曲面，有两个密封唇，本活塞装入气缸或油缸中，既起活塞作用又起密封作用，活塞与密封件连为一体，用聚氨酯制造。

1、一种活塞，圆柱形，中央有孔，其特征在于它的外圆柱面上的母线为曲线，端面为向内凹的曲面，有两个密封唇。
2、根据权利要求1所述的活塞，其特征在于它为用同一种材料制造的整体结构。
