两边套管
本实用新型涉及一种修理泄漏水管用的配件,特别是一种套管。
现有的用于不停水抢修泄漏水管用的套管是用铸铁制成的,此种套管铁的用量大,重量重,制造成本高,所用的密封件上相互接合的面是平的,因此密封件在外压的作用下的收缩性收到一定的限制,使用时不易将密封件紧压在水管上,当水压较高时,水易从密封件与水管接合处泄漏。
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种铁的用量少,重量较轻,制造成本低,使用时无泄漏的两边套管。
本实用新型是这样实现的,包括两边套管,套管的两端呈半圆弧状,套管的两端及套管的接合面均设有相通的密封槽,密封槽上设有与密封槽相配的密封件,密封件为两端呈半圆弧状的框状物,两套管的接合面上设有均匀分布的螺栓紧固孔,其中套管连同密封槽是用钢板整体冲压出来的,密封件的接合面的切面呈梯形。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,由于套管是用钢板整体冲压出来的,因而铁的用料少,重量轻,整体结构牢固,制造成本低,密封件接合面的切面采用梯形后,在压力的作用下相互间可压挤回缩,使用时可有效地将密封件压在水管上,防止了水压较高时,水易从密封件与水管接合处泄漏出来的现象的出现。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括两边套管1,套管1的两端2呈半圆弧状,套管1的两端2及套管1的接合面3均设有相通的密封槽4,密封槽4上设有与密封槽4相配的密封件5,密封件5为两端呈半圆弧状的框状物,两套管1的接合面3上设有均匀分布的螺栓紧固孔6,其中套管1连同密封槽4是用钢板整体冲压出来的,密封件5的接合面7的切面呈梯形。
如图3、图4所示,若用于管接口渗漏时,套管1的中间的切面呈凸起状。

1、两边套管,包括两边套管,套管的两端呈半圆弧状,套管的两端及套管的接合面均设有相通的密封槽,密封槽上设有与密封槽相配的密封件,密封件为两端呈半圆弧状的框状物,两套管的接合面上设有均匀分布的螺栓紧固孔,其特征在于套管连同密封槽是用钢板整体冲压出来的,密封件的接合面的切面呈梯形。
