本实用新型提供二种酒类、饮料类瓶盖密封垫。 一种是高发泡体双面复双层膜密封垫,以低密度聚乙 烯高发泡体为基材,低密度聚乙烯薄膜为内层膜,高 密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯薄膜为外层膜,共五层,热复合 压光一体。一种是低发泡体双面复单层膜密封垫,以 低密度聚乙烯低发泡体为基材,两面复高密度聚乙烯 薄膜或聚丙烯薄膜,共三层,热复合压光一体。新型 密封垫增加了密封性,降低了产品成本。

Description

本实用新型是关于酒类、饮料类瓶盖密封垫的发明。常用的白酒、果酒、饮料类瓶盖密封垫有三种:一种是纸板,它的密封性不好,容易漏酒漏气,影响酒的保存和质量;一种是在纸板上用粘接剂粘接一层塑料薄膜,虽然密封性有所提高,但时间一长,因纸板的吸湿膨胀,薄膜容易与纸板裂开,同样影响酒的密封性和卫生指标;再有一种是塑料低发泡密封垫,经过发泡,挤压成型,这种密封垫,因未解决不用粘接剂复膜技术,所以未复膜,表面不平整,同样影响酒和饮料的密封性。
本实用新型的目的,是提供二种新型酒类、饮料类瓶盖密封垫,一种是高发泡体双面复双层膜密封垫,一种是低发泡体双面复单层膜密封垫。
第一种实施方案如图1:(A)为高发泡体 双面复双层膜密封垫,(A1)为密封垫材料,(A2)为密封垫剖面,其构成是:高压低密度聚乙烯8-15倍发泡体为基材(1),其厚度为1.0-3.0mm;发泡体两面各复一层高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜为内层膜(2),其密度为0.91-0.93g/cm3,软化温度为90-105℃,熔点为105-115℃,拉伸强度为120-200kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm;其外两面再各复一层低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜(3),其密度为0.94-0.96g/cm3,软化温度为115-130℃,熔点为130-135℃,拉伸强度为220-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm;或者用聚丙烯薄膜作外层膜,其密度为0.89-0.91g/cm3,软化温度为130-162℃,熔点为162-170℃,拉伸强度为300-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm。共五层,热复合压光一体(实际生产中先制成密封垫材料,再冲裁成瓶盖密封垫)。
高发泡体双面复双层膜密封垫,其中间基材为高发泡体,弹性好,外层膜为高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯,强度较高,表面平整光洁,增加了密封性,符合国家卫生标准,成本仅为纸板垫的70%,大量适用于作中低档白酒、果酒和饮料的密封。
实施例:高压低密度聚乙烯10倍发泡体为基材,厚度为2.0mm;双面各复一层高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜为内层薄,厚度为0.02mm,密度为0.92g/cm3,软化温度为100℃,熔点为110℃,拉伸强度为130kg/cm2,其外两面再各复一层低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜,厚度为0.02mm,密度为0.96g/cm3,软化温度为120℃,熔点为130℃,拉伸强度为340kg/cm2,共五层,热复合压光一体。
第二种实施方案如图2:(B)为低发泡体双面复单层膜瓶盖密封垫,(B1)为密封垫材料,(B2)为密封垫剖面,其构成是:高压低密度聚乙烯2-3倍发泡体为基材(1),其厚度为1.0-3.0mm;发泡体两面各复一层低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜(2),其密度为0.94-0.96g/cm3,软化温度为115-130℃,熔点为130-135℃,拉伸强度为220-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm;或者用聚丙烯薄膜代替高密度聚乙烯薄膜,其密度为0.89-0.91g/cm3,软化温度为130-162℃,熔点为162-170℃,拉伸强度为300-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm,共三层,热复合压光一体(实际生产中先制成密封材料,再冲裁成密封垫)。
低发泡体双面复单层膜密封垫,其中间基材为低发泡体,有一定弹性,其外高密度聚乙烯薄膜或聚丙烯薄膜,强度较高,表面平整光洁、增加了密封性,符合国家卫生标准,成本略高于纸板垫,主要用于高档白酒、果酒、饮料的密封。
实施例:高压低密度聚乙烯2倍发泡体为基材,两面复一层高密度聚乙烯薄膜,其密度为0.96g/cm3,软化温度为120℃,熔点为130℃,拉伸强度为340kg/cm2,厚度为0.02mm,共三层,热复合压光一体。

Claims (4)

1、一种新型酒类、饮料类瓶盖密封垫,其特征是高压低密度聚乙烯高发泡体基材和其双面的双层复膜,内层膜为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜,外层膜为低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜和聚丙烯薄膜,共五层,热复合压光。
2、根据权利要求1所述的密封垫,其特征是高压低密度聚乙烯基材为8-15倍发泡,厚度为1.0-3.0mm;内层高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜,其密度为0.91-0.93g/cm3,软化温度为90-105℃,熔点为105-115℃,拉伸强度为120-200kg/cm2,厚度为0.020=-0.03mm;外层低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜,其密度为0.94-0.96g/cm3,软化温度为115-130℃,熔点为130-135℃,拉伸强度为220-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm;或聚丙烯薄膜,其密度为0.89-0.91g/cm3,软化温度为130-162℃,熔点为162-170℃,拉伸强度为300-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm。
3、一种新型酒类、饮料类瓶盖密封垫,其特征是高压低密度聚乙烯低发泡体基材和其双面的单层复膜,单层膜为低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜或聚丙烯薄膜,共三层,热复合压光。
4、根据权利要求3所述的密封垫,其特征是高压低密度聚乙烯基材为2-3倍发泡,厚度为1.0-3.0mm;其外层低压高密度聚乙烯薄膜,其密度为0.94-0.96g/cm3,软化温度为115-130℃,熔点为130-135℃,拉伸强度为220-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm;或聚丙烯薄膜,其密度为0.89-0.91g/cm3,软化温度为130-162℃,熔点为162-170℃,拉伸强度为300-390kg/cm2,厚度为0.02-0.03mm。
