Referring to fig. 5, the stop motion conveying device 14 includes an installation frame 141, a driving conveying roller 142 and a driven conveying roller 143 are disposed on the installation frame 141, the driving conveying roller 142 and the driven conveying roller 143 are both rotatably installed on the installation frame 141, and the driving conveying roller 142 and the driven conveying roller 143 are at the same height and arranged in parallel, a stop motion conveying belt 144 is disposed between the driving conveying roller 142 and the driven conveying roller 143, a driving member 145 is connected to the driving conveying roller 142, the driving member 145 is selected from a stepping motor or a servo motor, the driving member 145 can drive the driving conveying roller 142 to rotate when operating, so that the stop motion conveying belt 144 installed between the driving conveying roller 142 and the driven conveying roller 143 conveys the tissue packets.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the stop conveyor 144 includes a main belt 1441, a stop plate 1442, and a plate holder 1443, the main belt 1441 is endless and is drivingly connected to the driving conveyor roller 142 and the driven conveyor roller 143, the main belt 1441 is driven by the driving conveyor roller 142 to rotate, a plurality of plate holders 1443 are uniformly distributed on the main belt 1441 along the length direction of the main belt 1441, the plate holders 1443 are fixed to the main belt 1441, the stop plates 1442 are mounted on the plate holders 1443, and are spaced between two adjacent stop plates 1442, a plurality of plate holders 1443 are continuously disposed between two adjacent stop plates 1442, a paper towel pack is placed between two adjacent stop plates 1442, when the thickness between the paper towel packs is larger, the distance between two adjacent stop plates 1442 increases, and the number of plate holders 1443 between two adjacent stop plates 1442 increases. Referring to fig. 5, the bag pushing system 2 includes a bag pushing frame 21, a guide frame 22 is fixedly disposed on the bag pushing frame 21, rollers 221 are disposed at two ends of the guide frame 22, the rollers 221 are rotatably connected to the guide frame 22, and a moving belt 222 is arranged on the two rollers 221, the moving belt 222 is in transmission connection with the two rollers 221, one of the rollers 221 is connected with a power source 223, the power source 223 can be a stepping motor or a servo motor, when the roller 221 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions by the power source 223, the moving belt 222 on the roller 221 can be rotated in the forward and reverse directions, a moving slide 23 is slidably fitted on the guide frame 22, the moving slide 23 slides along the length direction of the guide frame 22, and the moving slide 23 is fixedly connected with a moving belt 222, during the forward and backward rotation of the moving belt 222, the rotation amplitude of the moving belt 222 is smaller than half of the circumference of the moving belt 222, so that the moving carriage 23 horizontally reciprocates under the action of the moving belt 222. The movable sliding seat 23 is provided with a bag pushing rod 24, the end part of the bag pushing rod 24 is provided with a bag pushing plate 25, the bag pushing plate 25 is fixed on the bag pushing rod 24, the length direction of the bag pushing rod 24 is parallel to the length direction of the guide frame 22, the end part of the bag pushing rod 24 points to the tail end of the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144, the width of the bag pushing plate 25 is the total thickness of a plurality of paper towel bags packed together, the bag pushing rod 24 is arranged perpendicular to the conveying direction of the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144, when the movable sliding seat 23 moves towards the direction of the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144, the bag pushing plate 25 at the end part of the bag pushing rod 24 can correspond to the plurality of paper towel bags, so that the bag pushing plate 25 pushes the plurality of paper towel bags to be separated from the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144, the middle platform 26 is arranged at the same height with the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144, the middle platform 26 is arranged at one side of the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144 opposite to the bag pushing frame 21, when the bag pushing plate 25 pushes the paper towel bags to be separated from the fixed lattice conveyor belt 144, the towel pack is moved onto the intermediate platform 26.
Referring to fig. 5, for the stop conveyor 144, the stop conveyor 144 has a stop interval for each package of paper towels placed on the stop conveyor 144 or the stop conveyor 144 rotates continuously, and the package pushing rod 24 is placed on the stop conveyor 144 at a time interval during one package pushing process, so that the package pushing plate 25 needs to be lifted upwards to allow the package pushing plate 25 to pass above the package of paper towels when the package pushing plate 25 is reversely returned to the package pushing position. A hydraulic buffer 28 is arranged above the bale pushing rod 24, the hydraulic buffer 28 is fixed on the movable sliding seat 23, the hydraulic buffer 28 is vertically arranged, when the bale pushing rod 24 is lifted upwards by the lifting cylinder 27, and the bale pushing rod 24 is lifted upwards and abutted against the hydraulic buffer 28, the lifted end of the bale pushing rod 24 is buffered by the hydraulic buffer 28, so that the lifting speed of the bale pushing rod 24 can be further improved by the matching of the hydraulic buffer 28 and the lifting cylinder 27.
Referring to fig. 7, the packing system 3 includes a packing frame 31, a packing pusher 32, and a packing pusher 33, the packing pusher 32 is slidably fitted on the packing frame 31, and the packing pusher 32 is horizontally reciprocated on the packing frame 31 so that the length direction of the packing pusher 32 is parallel to the stop conveyor 144, and the packing pusher 32 is located above the intermediate platform 26. The moving direction of the packing push rod 32 on the packing rack 31 is parallel to the length direction of the packing push rod 32, so that the end of the packing push rod 32 is opposite to the connecting line of a plurality of tissue packs placed on the middle platform 26, and the packing push rod 32 pushes the plurality of tissue packs to move into the packing bags opened by the bag opening system 6 at the same time. Referring to fig. 8, the side walls at both sides of the wrapping push block 33 are provided with former angles 36, the former angles 36 are V-shaped, the length direction of the V-shape of the former angles 36 is parallel to the length direction of the wrapping push rod 32, the air holes 35 are provided with the positions of the lowest points of the former angles 36, after the wrapping push block 33 is inserted into the packaging bag, the former angles 36 are easy to admit air, and meanwhile, the packaging bag is attached to the inner wall of the former angles 36, so that the forming effect is more accurate, and the folded shape is more regular.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the bag making system 5 includes a bag making frame 51, two guide rails 52 are disposed on the bag making frame 51, the guide rails 52 are fixed on the bag making frame 51, the length direction of the guide rails 52 is parallel to the conveying direction of the cylindrical packaging bag, a slitting machine base 53 is disposed on the guide rails 52, the slitting machine base 53 is slidably fitted on the guide rails 52, and the position of the slitting machine base 53 on the guide rails 52 can be adjusted along the length direction of the guide rails 52 and fixed to the adjusted position on the slitting machine base 53. The slitting machine base 53 is provided with two conveying rollers 54, the two conveying rollers 54 are arranged up and down, a packaging bag is placed between the two conveying rollers 54, and when the two conveying rollers 54 rotate, the packaging bag is conveyed downstream under the action of the two conveying rollers 54. A pallet 55 is disposed downstream of the two transfer rollers 54, and the pallet 55 is disposed horizontally. With reference to fig. 10, there is an upper knife 56 dislocated with the supporting plate 55 at the side position of the supporting plate 55, a lower knife 57 is disposed below the supporting plate 55, a power hydraulic cylinder 561 driving the upper knife 56 to vertically move is connected to the upper knife 56, the power hydraulic cylinder 561 is vertically disposed, a knife holder 562 is fixedly disposed at the lower end of the power hydraulic cylinder 561, the position of the upper side of the upper knife 56 is rotatably connected to the knife holder 562, the rotation axes of the upper knife 56 and the knife holder 562 are horizontally disposed, the upper knife 56 is kept vertical under the action of gravity, the lower knife 57 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the packaging bag, and the power hydraulic cylinder 561 is fixed on the slitting machine base 53. When the wrapping bag passes through from the below of upper slitter 56, power hydraulic cylinder 561 drives upper slitter 56 and moves down and cuts the wrapping bag, simultaneously because upper slitter 56 rotates and connects on blade holder 562 to upper slitter 56 can have the rotation along with the wrapping bag, thereby can cushion upper slitter 56, reduces upper slitter 56 and scratches on the wrapping bag. The side of the supporting plate 55 close to the transmission roller 54 is fixed on the slitting machine base 53, the side of the supporting plate 55 far away from the transmission roller 54 is provided with a fixing plate 58, the fixing plate 58 is horizontally arranged, a pressing hydraulic cylinder 591 is fixedly arranged on the fixing plate 58, the pressing hydraulic cylinder 591 is arranged above the fixing plate 58, the pressing hydraulic cylinder 591 is vertically arranged, the output end of the pressing hydraulic cylinder 591 is fixedly provided with a pressing plate 59, and the pressing plate 59 can press the upper surface of the supporting plate 55 under the action of the pressing hydraulic cylinder 591. When the slitter base 53 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 52, since the upper knife 56 and the lower knife 57 are moved along the slitter base 53, the distance between the upper knife 56 and the pressing hydraulic cylinder 591 is adjusted, and thus, packaging bags of various lengths can be cut, and when the packaging bags are cut by the upper knife 56 and the lower knife 57, the packaging bags are clamped between the pressing plate 59 and the supporting plate 55 by the pressing hydraulic cylinder 591, so that the packaging bags are prevented from moving.

The height of the first guide groove 6251 on the driving frame 624 is higher than that of the third guide groove 6253 on the driving frame 624, the second guide groove 6252 is arranged obliquely, the second guide groove 6252 is in transition connection between the first guide groove 6251 and the third guide groove 6253, when the pin moves from the first guide groove 6251 to the third guide groove 6253, the pin drives the driving handle 628 to swing downwards, so that the driving handle 628 drives the two groups of bag supporting assemblies 622 to move in the directions away from each other; conversely, when the pin moves from the third guide slot 6253 to the first guide slot 6251, the pin drives the driving lever 628 to swing upward, so that the driving lever 628 drives the two bag opening assemblies 622 to move toward each other, and the third guide slot 6253 is located at the side of the sliding slot 625 close to the bag opening device 63, so that when the suction cup 6221 moves toward the bag opening device 63 with the bags, the bag opening is opened by the mutual separation of the two bag opening assemblies 622, thereby sleeving the bags on the bag opening device 63.
Referring to fig. 11, when the driving handle 628 is located in the first guiding groove 6251, a gap larger than the thickness of the bag still remains between the suction cups 6221 of the two bag supporting assemblies 622, so that the suction cups 6221 of the two bag supporting assemblies 622 can be conveniently moved to the positions opposite to the upper and lower sides of the bag, in order to press the suction cups 6221 on the bag, a driving hydraulic cylinder 626 is connected on the driving frame 624, the driving hydraulic cylinder 626 is vertically arranged, the driving frame 624 is vertically matched on the bag opening frame 61 in a sliding way, the driving hydraulic cylinder 626 is fixed on the bag opening frame 61, the output end of the driving hydraulic cylinder 626 is fixed on the driving frame 624, when the drive cylinder 626 extends, the drive cylinder 626 moves upwardly against the drive frame 624, thereby further pushing the driving handle 628 to rotate, so that the two groups of bag supporting assemblies 622 are further close to each other, and the suction cup 6221 clamps the bag, thereby sucking the bag on the suction cup 6221.
Referring to fig. 11, the driving device 64 includes two belt pulleys 641 and a transmission belt 642, wherein both the two belt pulleys 641 are rotatably connected to the bag opening frame 61, the transmission belt 642 is drivingly connected to the two belt pulleys 641, the length direction of the transmission belt 642 is parallel to the moving direction of the moving seat 621 on the bag opening frame 61, the moving seat 621 is fixed on the transmission belt 642, and one of the belt pulleys 641 is provided with a stepping motor or a servo motor, and the transmission belt 642 can rotate forward and backward by the forward and backward rotation of the belt pulley 641, so that the moving seat 621 fixed on the transmission belt 642 slides on the bag opening frame 61 in the horizontal direction, thereby driving the bag opening device 62 to move.
