In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, the infrared light detection module is mounted on the inner wall of the garbage box 3 near the inlet, the bacteria detection module is mounted on the inner wall of the garbage box 3 near the inlet, and the liquid detection module is located on the inner bottom surface of the housing 1.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:
the infrared light detection module can detect the garbage capacity in the garbage bag, when the compressor 17 compresses for multiple times, the distance information detected by the infrared light detection module still exceeds the alarm value, and at the moment, the processing unit controls the sealing mechanism to seal the garbage bag filled with garbage, so that the situation that the garbage in the shell 1 is full due to the fact that the garbage is not processed in time is prevented;
the bacteria detection module is used for detecting the number of bacteria in the garbage bag and transmitting bacteria detection information to the processing unit, so that the processing unit can perform the next action according to the bacteria detection information; if the organic matters in the garbage bag are rotten, when the number of bacteria collected by the bacteria detection module exceeds the standard, the processing unit controls the sealing mechanism to seal the garbage bag filled with garbage; the garbage in the garbage bag is prevented from being untreated for a long time, and bacteria propagate a large amount to pollute the air, so that the influence on the health of people due to bacterial pollution is further reduced;
the liquid detection module is used for detecting whether liquid exists in the shell or not, transmitting a detection result to the processing unit, and enabling the processing unit to execute the next action according to the detection result; if the liquid detection module detects that liquid information exists, the processing unit controls the alarm unit to give an alarm so as to timely inform workers of timely cleaning the liquid leaked in the dustbin 14 and prevent the liquid in the dustbin from polluting the dustbin 14.
According to fig. 1-6, in one embodiment, the infrared light detection module comprises an infrared light receiving device, and the infrared light receiving device is mounted on the inner wall of the garbage box 3.
The bacteria detection module comprises a bacteria detector arranged at the bottom in the shell 1, the bacteria detector is connected with a sampling device through a pipeline, and the detector is electrically connected with the processing unit.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:
the infrared light receiving device judges the quantity of the garbage in the garbage bag through infrared light emitted by the garbage in the garbage bag, and the infrared light can be used under the condition of insufficient light, so that the infrared light receiving device can be used in the lightproof environment in the garbage can 14.
The sampling device extracts a sample from the garbage bag, the sample is transmitted to the bacteria detector through the pipeline, and the bacteria detector judges whether the type and the quantity of bacteria in the garbage bag exceed standards or not.
According to fig. 1-6, in an embodiment, the processing unit is further connected to a human-machine interface for human-machine interaction, when the garbage bin 14 is not filled with garbage, a worker can also output the garbage bags by operating the human-machine interface, after the processing unit receives information of packaging and outputting the garbage bags, the processing unit controls the sealing mechanism to seal the garbage bags to achieve the purpose of packaging full-load garbage bags, and then the pushing mechanism is started to push the packaged garbage bags out of the housing 1.
In one embodiment, according to fig. 1, a triggering button is arranged on one side of a garbage input opening of the garbage can, the triggering button is close to the lower part of the garbage can, and the triggering button 41 is used for starting a sealing door of the garbage input opening to open or close; the inner wall of the throwing opening 15 or the inner wall of the garbage can 14 positioned above the conveyor belt 18 is provided with an illuminating lamp.
Trigger button is for dabbing the button, during the use, and rubbish input person triggers with the tiptoe trigger button realizes trigger button starts, further opens the door that seals of rubbish input mouth to avoid rubbish input person to carry rubbish in both hands and can not conveniently seal the condition that the door was opened with the manual operation.
The light is preferably an LED lamp and is used for illuminating the conveying belt, so that a rubbish throwing person can conveniently throw rubbish without being influenced by the environment in the rubbish throwing process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7-12, the pushing mechanism may be further embodied as including: a first motor 9, a third motor 22 and a first push plate 8,
a bottom plate 19 is arranged below the shell 1, the bottom plate 19 is used for mounting the shell 1 at the inner bottom of the dustbin 14, a U-shaped garbage hopper base 11 is fixedly arranged above the bottom plate 19, a third motor 22 is arranged at one side of the garbage hopper base 11 close to the garbage outlet 16 at intervals, and a first motor 9 is arranged at the other side of the garbage hopper base 11 at intervals;
the driving end of the first motor 9 is connected with a first push rod 10, one end of the first push rod 10, which is far away from the first motor 9, is connected with the lower surface of the tipping bucket 7, and the first motor 9 is rotatably connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate 19;
the driving end of the third motor 22 is connected with a second push rod 23, one end of the second push rod 23, which is far away from the third motor 22, is connected with a first push plate 8, and two sides of the first push plate 8 are respectively provided with a second connecting rod 13; the base is further symmetrically provided with second rails 20, and the second rails 20 are used for the sliding arrangement of the second connecting rods 13;
two side walls of one end of the tipping bucket 7 close to the third motor 22 are respectively provided with a first connecting rod 12, and the first connecting rod 12 is rotatably connected with two side walls of the garbage bucket base 11;
a baffle 6 is arranged on one side of the shell 1 close to the side opening of the tipping bucket 7, and the baffle 6 is communicated with a garbage outlet 16 of the garbage can 14 and is used for taking out the packaged garbage in the shell 1 from the garbage can 14.
And a top rod 50 is arranged on the top surface of one end of the side opening of the tipping bucket 7, and the top rod 50 is used for being matched with the baffle 6 and jacking the baffle 6.
The working principle of this embodiment is as follows:
when the pushing mechanism works, the first motor 9 is started firstly, the first push rod 10 is pushed upwards after the first motor 9 works, the first motor 9 is hinged on the bottom plate 19, and the side opening end of the tipping bucket 7 is hinged on two sides of the base 11 of the garbage bucket through the first connecting rod 12; therefore, when the first motor 9 starts the first push rod 10 to work, the first push rod 10 pushes the bottom surface of the tipping bucket 7 to move upwards, and the tipping bucket 7 turns over on the base 11 of the garbage bucket, so that the garbage bag in the tipping bucket 7 flows out from the side opening of the tipping bucket 7;
meanwhile, in the overturning process of the tipping bucket 7, the top rods 50 arranged above two sides of the side opening of the tipping bucket 7 further open the baffle 6, so that the aim of smoothly pouring the garbage bag from the tipping bucket 7, the shell 1 and the garbage can 14 is fulfilled;
then the third motor 22 is started and drives the second push rod 23 to push the first push plate 8 to move towards the outer side of the dustbin 14, and two sides of the first push plate 8 are arranged on the second track 20 in a reciprocating manner through the second connecting rod 13, so that the second push rod 23 cannot be jammed in the reciprocating process; and the second push rod 23 can stably push the garbage bag poured out of the tipping bucket 7, so that the purpose that the first push plate 8 pushes the packaged garbage bag to be completely separated from the garbage can 14 and the baffle 6 is realized, and the purpose that garbage collection workers can collect garbage is facilitated.
When the garbage bag is completely dumped out of the garbage can 14, the third motor 22 retracts the second push rod 23, and the first motor 9 retracts the first push rod 10, so that the tipping bucket 7 and the baffle 6 are reset and are prepared for next garbage collection.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment:
the pushing mechanism is used for turning the tipping bucket 7 and further realizing that the tipping bucket 7 rolls the packaged garbage bag in the tipping bucket 7 out of the tipping bucket 7 after turning, thereby realizing the purpose of automatically packaging to automatically push out the garbage bag. The first motor 9 and the first push rod 10 realize the purpose that the tipping bucket 7 is turned over and the garbage bag is further dumped out of the tipping bucket 7, so that the garbage bag in the shell 1 is cleared;
the third motor 22 and the second push rod 23 facilitate the dumping of the dumping bin 7 after dumping the packed garbage bags in the housing 1, and further push the dumped garbage bags out of the garbage can 14, so that the aims of completely and automatically sealing and packing and automatically pushing out the packed garbage bags are fulfilled. The situation that the garbage bags are manually operated to seal and take out the garbage can 14 is reduced, and the working efficiency in the garbage collection process is effectively improved.
The baffle 6 can prevent the gas of the garbage from dispersing, so that the air is prevented from being polluted and air pollution is avoided; the hinged connection facilitates the opening and closing of the baffle 6, reduces the resistance of the opening and closing of the baffle 6, enables the garbage bag to be smoothly output from the tipping bucket 7, and saves energy cost.
The baffle 6 can move around the hinged shaft under the action of gravity, and when the garbage bag slides out of the side opening of the tipping bucket 7, the ejector rod 50 pushes the baffle 6 open; after the garbage bag has broken away from tipping bucket 7 or dustbin 14, baffle 6 is automatic closed under the effect of gravity, simple structure reduction in production cost, and baffle 6 rubs the garbage bag surface under the effect of gravity simultaneously, smooths the sharp-pointed part in the garbage bag, reduces the sharp-pointed article in the garbage bag and damages the garbage bag.
According to fig. 7-12, in one embodiment, a first block 51 is provided at an interval on one surface of the baffle 6 close to the dump box, at least two first blocks 51 are provided,
one surface of the tipping bucket close to the baffle 6 is provided with an opening and is used for outputting garbage; the outer edges of two sides of the opening are symmetrically provided with second clamping blocks 52 which extend outwards;
the top surfaces of the two sides of the dump bucket close to the baffle 6 are provided with top plates 53 extending upwards, the first clamping block 51 and the second clamping block 52 are arranged in a matching way,
a downwardly extending clamping strip 54 is arranged on the lower surface of one end of the first clamping block 51 close to the second clamping block 52, a clamping groove 55 is arranged above the second clamping block 52, and the clamping groove 55 and the clamping strip 54 are matched with each other.
In the embodiment, after the garbage bags in the tipping bucket are fully loaded, firstly, the openings of the fully loaded garbage bags are subjected to heat sealing and fusing through the hot melting modules on the sealing mechanism, the fully loaded garbage bags are packed into the tipping bucket, the first motor is started, the first motor pushes the first push rod, the tipping bucket is hinged with the garbage bucket base through the first connecting rod to realize overturning, and therefore the tipping bucket can overturn the fully loaded and packed garbage bags; when the tipping bucket is turned over, the second clamping block 52 is opened against the baffle 6;
when the opening angle of the baffle 6 is greater than about 30 degrees, the contact between the second clamping block 52 and the first clamping block 51 is broken, and in the overturning process of the tipping bucket, the top plate 53 will push against the inner wall of the side, close to the hinged end, of the baffle 6 to be continuously pushed open, so that the tipping bucket is overturned, the garbage bag is output from the opening of the tipping bucket, and the baffle 6 is pushed open while the tipping bucket is overturned, so that the garbage bag is output from the shell 1 or the garbage can 14.
After the dump bucket is reset, firstly, the dump bucket is separated from the contact between the top plate 53 and the baffle 6, then the end of the clamping strip 54 of the first clamping block 51 is gradually inserted into the clamping groove 55 of the second clamping block 52, and finally, after the first motor is completely reset, the dump bucket is also reset, so that the aim of clamping the baffle 6 and the dump bucket by utilizing the clamping strip 54 on the first clamping block 51 and the clamping groove 55 of the second clamping block 52 is fulfilled, and the condition that irrelevant personnel randomly dump the garbage in the dump bucket is avoided;
the contact surfaces of the clamping strip 54 and the clamping groove 55 are inclined planes, so that the clamping groove 55 and the clamping strip 54 can conveniently open or reset the baffle 6.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 13, the garbage bag packaging machine further comprises a clamping mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is erected inside the shell 11, and a clamping end of the clamping mechanism is used for clamping the packaged garbage bag;
the clamping mechanism includes: the connecting structure comprises a third connecting rod 24, a fourth connecting rod 25, a seventh connecting rod 29 and a first panel 30, wherein the third connecting rod 24 is of a U-shaped structure, two ends of the U-shaped structure are respectively connected with the fourth connecting rod 25, and one end, far away from the third connecting rod 24, of the fourth connecting rod 25 is respectively connected with a first sliding sleeve 26;
the fourth connecting rod 25 is positioned on the inner wall of the opening of the U-shaped structure of the third connecting rod 24, the fourth connecting rod 25, the first sliding sleeve 26 and the U-shaped inner wall of the third connecting rod 24 form a U-shaped structure, a sixth connecting rod 28 is arranged in the sliding groove of the first sliding sleeve 26 in a reciprocating manner, and one end of the sixth connecting rod 28, which is far away from the first sliding sleeve 26, is connected with a ninth connecting rod 32;

According to fig. 14, in one embodiment, a vertical rod 40 is connected to one end of the telescopic rod 37 far from the eleventh connecting rod 36, and the other end of the vertical rod 40 is connected to a third push rod connected to the second motor 21;
in this embodiment, when the driving end of the second motor 21 starts the third push rod, the vertical rod 40 is driven to move together, and when the vertical rod 40 moves, the telescopic rod 37 is driven to move back and forth, so that the eleventh connecting rod 36 is driven to move in the U-shaped structure of the third connecting rod 24 by the back and forth movable telescopic rod 37, and further, the fifth connecting rod 27 and the tenth connecting rod 33 are driven to move next to the sixth connecting rod 28; finally, the purpose of expanding or contracting the space between the first panels 30 connected with the seventh connecting rod 29 is realized; the first panel 30 is used for squeezing the two sides of the garbage bag which is being packaged, so that the two sides of the garbage bag cannot contact the inner wall of the shell 1, and the situation that the garbage bag is scraped by the third rail 58 on the inner wall of the shell 1 is further reduced; and the situation that the garbage bag is blocked at the side opening of the shell, namely at the garbage outlet, can not be avoided in the process of pushing out the garbage bag by using the second push plate 64, and the purpose of smoothly pushing out the packaged garbage bag is realized.
