Technical Field
The utility model relates to brickmaking technical field, concretely relates to sign indicating number brick equipment.
Background
In transporting bricks, it is necessary to stack the bricks in a predetermined manner to form a pile, for example, in a predetermined length and width, for the convenience of transportation so that the stacked pile can be placed on a suitable transport vehicle. However, the original bricks are not necessarily placed according to the brick pile mode, sometimes the bricks are conveyed by a conveyer belt, and the width of the conveyer belt is smaller than that of the finished brick pile; sometimes the bricks are delivered in stacks of different lengths and widths, which necessitates re-stacking of the bricks before loading. The method of the traditional brick stacking mode is that a forklift is manually driven to move a conveying belt or bricks on an original brick pile to a new position, and the length and the width of the brick pile are changed in the moving process.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model aims at providing a sign indicating number brick equipment can conveniently sign indicating number the brick pillar of predetermined length and width to make things convenient for subsequent transportation, and reduce the cost of labor.
The utility model discloses a brick stacking equipment comprises a brick temporary storage platform, a brick conveying device used for conveying bricks to the brick temporary storage platform, a first manipulator used for placing bricks on the brick conveying device, and a second manipulator used for taking down the bricks on the brick temporary storage platform for stacking; the brick temporary storage platform comprises a support, a plurality of freely rotating conveying shafts are arranged on the support at intervals, at least two brick temporary storage platforms are arranged at the tail end of the brick conveying device, and the axial direction of each conveying shaft is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the brick conveying device; the support of fragment of brick platform of keeping in is equipped with the fragment of brick position detector that is used for detecting this position and has or not fragment of brick in the one end of keeping away from fragment of brick conveyor, fragment of brick conveyor's actuating mechanism and fragment of brick position detector link to each other with the controller respectively.
Specifically, the brick conveying device comprises the following two types:
1. brick conveyor includes two at least parallel arrangement's conveyer belt, and the tail end of every conveyer belt all meets with a brick temporary storage platform.
The brick stacking method adopting the brick conveying device comprises the following steps:
A. placing the bricks on one conveyor belt of a brick conveying device by using a first manipulator;
B. conveying the bricks to a temporary brick storage platform by using a brick conveying device until the bricks move to one end of the support far away from the brick conveying device, and triggering a brick position detector;
C. the brick position detector sends a trigger signal to the controller, and the controller stops the forward conveying of the conveyor belt and enables the conveyor belt to rotate reversely for a preset distance after receiving the trigger signal;
D. selecting another conveyor belt, and repeatedly executing the steps A to C until the preset number of brick temporary storage platforms are filled with bricks;
E. and simultaneously clamping the bricks on the preset number of brick temporary storage platforms by using a second manipulator, and transferring the bricks to a preset position to form a brick pile.
At above-mentioned sign indicating number brick in-process, at first utilize first manipulator and fragment of brick conveyor cooperation, carry the fragment of brick to fragment of brick platform of keeping in, when the fragment of brick advances the tail end of conveyer belt, can be under the promotion of conveyer belt, move on the fragment of brick platform of keeping in that meets with fragment of brick conveyor, and stop on the conveying axle of fragment of brick platform of keeping in, subsequent fragment of brick on the conveyer belt can contact rather than afterwards, and promote it and continue to advance on the conveying axle, and like this, the fragment of brick will be arranged gradually on the fragment of brick platform of keeping in, and the interval between the fragment of brick is all very little. When the brick at the foremost end reaches one end, far away from the brick conveying device, of the brick temporary storage platform, the brick position detector can be triggered, the brick position detector sends a signal representing that the brick on the brick temporary storage platform is full to the controller, the controller immediately stops the driving mechanism of the conveying belt, the conveying belt is made to stop advancing temporarily, and at the moment, the second manipulator can perform corresponding brick stacking operation. After the brick position detector detects that the bricks on the brick temporary storage platform are transferred away by the second manipulator, a signal representing that the bricks on the brick temporary storage platform are transferred away is sent to the controller, and the controller immediately starts a driving mechanism of the conveyor belt to enable the conveyor belt to continuously advance.
Because the length of fragment of brick temporary storage platform is predetermined, accords with the length demand of brick pillar, and selects the width that the width of brick pillar can be confirmed to the fragment of brick temporary storage platform of different quantity, just so controlled the length and the width of the brick pillar of sign indicating number to make things convenient for subsequent transportation.
Certainly, utilize first manipulator and fragment of brick conveyor cooperation, when carrying the fragment of brick to fragment of brick platform of keeping in, need notice the fragment of brick on the conveyer belt can not influence the operation of follow-up first manipulator, specifically can drive the conveyer belt that has placed the fragment of brick to fragment of brick platform of keeping in earlier, make the fragment of brick on this conveyer belt avoid the route of the follow-up removal of first manipulator, just can avoid taking place to interfere with first manipulator, and then influence first manipulator and put the fragment of brick on another conveyer belt. The first mechanical arm can be controlled to upwards lift a certain height when the first mechanical arm crosses the conveyor belt with the bricks, so that the bricks on the conveyor belt are avoided.
In step C, the controller also rotates the conveyor belt in a reverse direction by a predetermined distance after stopping the forward conveyance of the conveyor belt. Like this the fragment of brick on the conveyer belt will with the fragment of brick on the fragment of brick temporary storage platform between the clearance that appears predetermined distance, when the fragment of brick on the second manipulator takes the fragment of brick temporary storage platform, the second manipulator can not take place to interfere with the fragment of brick on the conveyer belt, bumps the fragment of brick on the conveyer belt.
2. The brick conveying device comprises a moving frame and a conveying belt arranged on the moving frame, wherein the moving frame is driven by a driving mechanism of the moving frame, so that the tail end of the conveying belt is selectively connected with a brick temporary storage platform.
Furthermore, the moving frame is provided with a brick position detector at the side of the conveyor belt at intervals, the brick position detector is used for detecting whether bricks exist on the conveyor belt, and the brick position detector is connected with the controller.
The brick stacking method adopting the brick conveying device comprises the following steps:

B. driving the movable frame to move by using the movable frame driving mechanism, so that the transmission belt is aligned with one brick temporary storage platform;
C. conveying the bricks to a temporary brick storage platform by using a brick conveying device until the bricks move to one end of the support far away from the brick conveying device, and triggering a brick position detector;
D. the brick position detector sends a trigger signal to the controller, and the controller stops the forward conveying of the conveyor belt and enables the conveyor belt to rotate reversely for a preset distance after receiving the trigger signal;
E. driving the movable frame to move by using a movable frame driving mechanism so that the transmission belt is aligned with the other brick temporary storage platform; then, repeating the step A to the step D until the temporary storage platforms of the preset number of bricks are filled with bricks;
F. simultaneously clamping the bricks on the preset number of brick temporary storage platforms by using a second manipulator, and transferring the bricks to a preset position to form a brick pile;
in the steps C to E, when no brick exists on the conveyor belt, firstly recording the position of the conveyor belt, then driving the movable frame to move by using the movable frame driving mechanism, enabling the conveyor belt to move to an initial position, then placing the brick on the conveyor belt by using the first manipulator, finally moving the conveyor belt to the recorded position, and continuing to execute the subsequent steps;
in the first brick stacking method, each brick temporary storage platform corresponds to one conveyor belt, so that although the control is more convenient, the hardware investment of the conveyor belts is larger, and the cost of manufacturers can be increased. Moreover, sometimes, in order to meet the transportation requirements of smaller transportation vehicles, the size of the brick pile is smaller, and all the temporary storage platforms of bricks are not needed to participate in the brick stacking process, so that the corresponding conveying belts are idle, and waste is caused. To solve the problem, the second brick stacking method adopts a movable brick conveying device, and a movable conveyor belt is used for conveying bricks for all brick temporary storage platforms, so that the hardware cost of the conveyor belt is reduced, and the idle waste of the conveyor belt is avoided.

Or the brick position detector is a travel switch fixed on the top surface of the support, and the contact end of the travel switch faces the direction of the brick conveying device. When the bricks on the rack move to one end, far away from the brick conveying device, of the brick temporary storage platform, the bricks abut against a contact of a travel switch, and the travel switch is closed; after the fragment of brick on the fragment of brick temporary storage platform was shifted away by the second manipulator, travel switch's contact lost leaning on of fragment of brick, travel switch automatic disconnection, and the controller can judge like this that "the fragment of brick on the fragment of brick temporary storage platform is full" or "the fragment of brick on the fragment of brick temporary storage platform has shifted away" through detecting travel switch's closed, off-state. The travel switch can also play a role in stopping bricks from falling off the temporary storage platform for the bricks.
Further, the support is equipped with the protrusion in the one end of keeping away from the conveyer belt and sets up in the support top surface to be used for blockking the brick block structure that the fragment of brick dropped from fragment of brick temporary storage platform, the height that highly is less than the fragment of brick block structure is in order to avoid forming the interference to the second manipulator.
The first mechanical arm and the second mechanical arm respectively comprise a rack and a clamping assembly arranged on the rack through an assembly driving mechanism, and the clamping assembly consists of clamping arms on two sides and a clamping arm driving mechanism for driving the clamping arms on the two sides to move oppositely; the component driving mechanism of the first manipulator consists of vertical and horizontal driving components, and the component driving mechanism of the second manipulator consists of vertical, horizontal and rotary driving components. The rack, the component driving mechanism, the clamping arm driving mechanism and the like are commonly used on the traditional brick stacking device, and the specific structure, the working principle and the like are not repeated. Set up the second manipulator into rotatable drive mode, can change the direction of fragment of brick as required at the sign indicating number brick in-process to make adjacent two-layer fragment of brick mutually perpendicular in the brick pillar, be difficult to slide and empty to same direction, improve the stability of brick pillar.
Furthermore, the length of the clamping arm in the second manipulator is adjustable, and the maximum length of the clamping arm in the second manipulator is smaller than or equal to the length of the brick temporary storage platform in the conveying direction of the conveying device. Through the length that changes the arm lock, can correspond the length that changes the brick pillar, through the quantity that changes the fragment of brick platform of keeping in that uses, can correspond the width that changes the brick pillar, just so can adjust the size of brick pillar to satisfy the demand of different transports.
